the rotating metal disk or brake disk (22, 23) is provided beside the guide (2) in a defined relationship to the guide (2), wherein the inner surface of said metal disk or brake disk rotates past a magnet cylinder (21) that is disposed at the outer edges with a space in between, wherein the magnetic field of the magnet cylinder (21) passes vertically through the rotating metal disk or brake disk (22, 23). - The device according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the magnet cylinder (21) comprises two spring-mounted, cylindrical magnets (27, 28), which are pushed apart by means of the spring (26), wherein a pin (29, 30) is provided on each of the magnets (27, 28), and where the pins (29, 30) extend into the guide slots on the regulator (20), wherein through rotating the regulator (20) the magnets (27, 28) are moved towards each other or away from each other. - The device according to claim 1 and 2,
characterized in that
the device is designed such that it can be conveniently attached at a number of suspension points, for which purpose a mounting bracket (12) is provided. - The device according to claim 1 and 3,
characterized in that
gear wheels (3; 4; 6; 7; 8) are provided on the guide (2), which act as a gear mechanisms and which, due to their design and configuration, provide a defined relationship between the rotation of the guide (2) and the rotation of the axle (9). - The device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a carrier plate (13) and a support plate (14) are disposed on either side of the guide (2). - The device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a guide means (17) is provided, which rests directly on the pulling means (1) so as to prevent slippage between the pulling means (1) and the guide (2).
