Claims (15)

  1. Schienenfahrzeug (1) des Typs, umfassend:
    - auf einem ersten Niveau (10), ein unteres Passagierabteil (6), umfassend einen unteren Boden (44), und
    - auf einem zweiten Niveau (12), in der Höhe versetzt mit Bezug auf das erste Niveau (10),
    - eine erste Zugangstür (22) von einer ersten Seite (26) des Schienenfahrzeugs,
    - eine zweite Zugangstür (24) von einer zweiten Seite (28) des Schienenfahrzeugs, die der ersten Seite (26) gegenüber liegt,
    - eine erste feste Zugangsplattform (48), die sich gegenüber der ersten Zugangstür (22) befindet, und
    - eine Zugangsplattform (52), die vertikal mit Bezug auf den unteren Boden (44) beweglich ist, die zwischen die zweite Zugangstür (24) und die erste feste Zugangsplattform (48) gestellt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Rampe (32) umfasst, die sich zwischen der ersten festen Zugangsplattform (48) und dem unteren Boden (44) erstreckt, die dem Benutzer eines Rollstuhls ermöglicht, in das untere Passagierabteil (6) zu gelangen.
  2. Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine zweite feste Zugangsplattform (50), die zwischen die bewegliche Plattform (52) und die zweite Tür (24) gestellt ist.
  3. Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach Anspruch 2, umfassend mindestens eine Stufe (34), die zwischen der zweiten festen Plattform (50) und dem unteren Boden (44) angeordnet ist.
  4. Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bewegliche Plattform (52) eine Platte (54) umfasst sowie einen Mechanismus zur Verschiebung (56) der Platte (54) zwischen einer oberen Position, die auf der gleichen Höhe wie die feste Plattform (48) liegt, und einer unteren Position, die auf der gleichen Höhe wie der untere Boden (44) liegt.

Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach Anspruch 6 und 8 in Kombination, wobei das Toilettenmodul (38) einen Sensor (42) zum Nachweis der Anwesenheit eines Benutzers im Inneren dieses Toilettenmoduls (38) umfasst, wobei der Nachweissensor (42) mit der Kontrolleinheit (76) verbunden ist, um die Verschiebung der beweglichen Plattform (52) zu beeinflussen, indem der Übergang der beweglichen Plattform in die obere Position nur zugelassen wird, wenn das Toilettenmodul (38) nicht besetzt ist.

Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rampe (32), die sich zwischen der ersten festen Zugangsplattform (48) und dem unteren Boden (44) erstreckt, angepasst ist, um einem Benutzer im Rollstuhl zu ermöglichen, auf autonome Weise in das untere Passagierabteil (6) zu gelangen.
