Claims (15)

  1. Toiletten- oder WC-Vorrichtung für behinderte motorisierte Autofahrer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst,
    - einen Raum (1), der eine Öffnung (10, 54, 55) aufweist, wobei der Raum (1) so angeordnet ist, dass ein Autofahrer (30) neben der Öffnung (10, 54, 55) außerhalb des Raums (1) in einer vorbestimmten Position parken kann,
    - eine Toilettenschüssel (12) für Behinderte, die in dem Raum (1) installiert ist,
    - einen beweglichen Notsitz (11, 41, 59), der eine Sitzfläche (17, 53, 65) für die Benutzerperson aufweist,
    - Mittel (9, 40, 60, 61, 62) zum Führen des Notsitzes (11, 4, 59), die in dem Raum (1) befestigt sind,
    - wobei der bewegliche Notsitz (11, 4, 59) von der Benutzerperson auf den Führungsmitteln zwischen einer vorgerückten Position, die außerhalb des Raums und neben und in der Nähe des Sitzes des Fahrzeugs der Benutzerperson liegt, das in seiner vorbestimmten Position neben der Öffnung (10, 54, 55) des Raums (1) hält, und einer Übergabestelle bewegt werden kann, in der der Notsitz (11, 41, 59) und die Schüssel (12) sich nebeneinander und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden,
    - wobei der Notsitz (11, 41, 59) Mittel aufweist, die seine Festlegung in seiner Übergabeposition und seiner vorgerückten Position neben dem Sitz des Fahrzeugs aufweist,
    - wobei die Öffnung (10, 54, 55) von der Benutzerperson geschlossen werden kann, wenn sich der Notsitz (11, 41) im Inneren des Raums (1) befindet, und
    - Führungsmittel und/oder Kennzeichnungsmittel, die dem Autofahrer ermöglichen, sein Fahrzeug in der zielgenauen Position zu parken, in der der Notsitz sich in seiner vorgerückten Position anordnen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel, die die Festlegung des Notsitzes (11, 41) ermöglichen, durch schwenkbare oder einziehbare Armlehnen betätigt werden, die von den zwei lateralen Seiten des Notsitzes (11, 41) dargeboten werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notsitz (11, 41) Mittel (50) zum vertikalen Verschieben des Sitzes aufweist, die eine Veränderung des vertikalen Niveaus der Sitzfläche (17, 53) des Notsitzes (11, 41) mindestens zwischen zwei Niveaus, nämlich dem Niveau der Mulde der Schüssel und dem Niveau des Sitzes des Fahrzeugs, wenn dieses unterschiedlich ist, gestatten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffungsmittel (10; 54, 55) des Raums eine Zugangsöffnung an einer Seite oder einem Raumseitenwinkel nahe dem Fahrzeug freisetzen, wobei die Abmessungen der so angeordneten Öffnung derart sind, dass mindestens das äußere Teil der Tür des Fahrzeugs durch die Öffnung hindurchgehen kann, wenn die Benutzerperson die Tür öffnet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Führung des Notsitzes zwischen seiner in den Raum zurückgezogenen Position und seiner neben dem Sitz des Fahrzeugs vorgerückten Position sich schräg zu der Seite und nach vorn in Bezug auf das Fahrzeug gemäß einem Winkel zwischen 50 und 70° erstrecken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (40) im Wesentlichen parallel oder höchstensfalls leicht schräg in Bezug auf die Längsachse des Fahrzeugs gemäß einem Winkel kleiner als 30° zur Achse der Vorrichtung sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (60, 61, 62) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse des Fahrzeugs sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notsitz (41) einen Aufbau oder Wagen (46) trägt, der die Sitzfläche lagert und in Bezug auf den Notsitz beweglich ist und seitlich zum Sitz des Fahrzeugs verschiebbar ist, wenn der Notsitz in seiner vorgerückten Position ist, und mindestens an seinem Ende zur Seite des Sitzes hin mit Abstützmitteln (48, 49) ausgerüstet ist, die auf dem Boden rollen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notsitz (11, 41) eine Sitzfläche (17, 53) aufweist, die auf von dem Notsitz (11, 41) getragenen Mitteln (18, 52) zur Führung der Sitzfläche gleiten kann, wobei eine Verschiebung der Sitzfläche in teilweise überkragender Stellung bis in die unmittelbare Nähe des Sitzes des Fahrzeugs ermöglich wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notsitz manuell von der Benutzerperson verschiebbar ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel am Boden des Raums (1) befestigt sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (60, 61, 62) an einer Wand (57) oder einer anderen, den Boden freigebenden Stütze befestigt sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel eine Anordnung von Teleskopelementen (60, 61, 62) aufweisen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notsitz einen versenkbaren Arm (66) aufweist, der sich zu dem Sitz des Fahrzeugs erstreckt, wenn die Öffnung des Raums freigegeben ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Wegs des Notsitzs (11, 41) in der Größenordnung von 80 bis 120 cm und insbesondere der Benutzungsperson, die auf dem Sitz des Fahrzeugs sitzt, zugänglich ist.
