Field of the invention

The present invention relates to a goods display with a transport fixing. With the help of this fixation, goods can be securely fastened to the merchandiser so that transport of the merchandiser including the merchandise is possible, for example, from the manufacturer to the seller or even from a storeroom to the shop floor.

Background of the invention

There are a variety of merchandisers, which are often referred to as displays and serve to offer goods in a showroom. A particularly interesting group of these displays are those which should only remain in the sales room for a short time. These are often made of cardboard or corrugated board. Such merchandise advertisers may carry advertising messages to boost the sale of merchandise over a period of time. Frequently, such goods displays are built only in the sales room and filled there with goods. In a number of more specific solutions, the goods are transported in the sellers.

The British Patent 777,950 discloses a counter display, which has two goods carriers. These goods carriers can be arranged one above the other in two rows, each presenting a manageable number of goods on the counter. The goods carriers are oriented substantially vertically during transport and are surrounded by a shell made of cardboard. From this case, the goods carrier can be moved down. They are connected by a hinge and can then move in a down-opening V-shape be placed on the counter. However, this interesting solution seems only suitable for compact counter displays.

The U.S. Patent 2,001,798 discloses a counter display designed specifically for perfume bottles. The counter display comprises a box-shaped body. In this body perfume bottles can be transported. Its top also offers the possibility to offer it for sale. For this purpose, recesses are provided in the upper side. These should correspond as closely as possible to the bottom shape of the perfume bottles. At the back of the body a spine shield is provided on the advertising messages can be printed. In this case, a bottle or can is received in the opening of a slanted panel. This connects the bottle or can with a towering spine shield. The bottle or can is additionally held by a tab in this spine shield. The spine shield can convey advertising messages or product information.

The U.S. Patent 2,231,091 discloses another display, which is presented in particular as a counter display for rather small goods, namely for packaging for pencil mints. The goods are cuboid, so that a stack of goods can form a larger cuboid. This cuboid is enclosed by the material of the erector. The goods are therefore transported in a cuboid box. When used as a stand, the cuboid is tilted slightly. Stacked rows of goods can slide down in the block and be removed through a side opening at the bottom. This concept combines the display of goods and the transport of goods very well. However, the display is set to goods in a very specific predefined format and is probably not suitable for high-weight products.

The Japanese Patent Publication JP 9098859 A discloses a counter display, in which rectangular goods are also received by a cuboid carton. After transport, the top and the front of the carton, which is provided by a tab, can be removed. Then you get a half-open box, which is well suited as a stand.

The U.S. Patent 5,513,745 discloses a solution for a larger stand, which is particularly suitable for greeting cards. The greeting cards are housed in two cuboid boxes, each having an open front. The display includes two of these boxes. During transport, the boxes are placed with their open sides against each other and connected. At delivery, the goods are so well protected. The corresponding boxes are provided with material. with which can be produced in the showroom a stand, especially a pedestal, with both boxes can be placed in an inclined position next to each other and a top, on which advertising messages can be placed. Although this solution allows the transport of the goods with the goods stand together, on site, however, a relatively complicated structure is required.

The US patent application 2008/0309209 A1 discloses a combination of a merchandiser and a transport device. The merchandiser has transport rollers. The transport device is fastened by lashing on the goods display.

The present invention seeks to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. It is a universally applicable and inexpensive producible goods display are offered, on the goods of various sizes can be safely transported. In the sales room, the stand should present goods attractively.

This object is achieved by a merchandiser according to claim 1.

In the goods display is thus a goods display, which has a transport fixing or which is equipped at least for use with such a transport fixation. The goods display should have an outer shell and at least one goods carrier. The outer shell typically includes two side walls and a back wall. Often, no front wall is provided, occasionally a perforated front wall is provided in which the openings ensure adequate access to the goods. As a rule, more than one goods carrier is provided, typically three, four or five goods carriers are provided which are expediently arranged at the same distance one above the other.

The goods carriers each have a front edge. This edge can have different shapes, if the article carrier essentially consists of a bottom, then it can be the front edge of this bottom. The leading edge may also comprise a separate component (which is integral or separate from the bottom of a goods carrier), for example, the leading edge may be formed by a wall portion. Where such a component is intended as a leading edge, this and not about the front edge of a floor is to be regarded as the front edge of the goods carrier.

In the outer shell of the merchandiser or in the at least one goods carrier a Gurtdurchführung is provided, since the transport fixing comprises a webbing. The Gurtdurchführung can be conveniently provided in the rear wall of the merchandiser. It can also be provided in a rear area of the goods carrier. The belt feed-through is to be positioned so that a suitable course of the transport fixation is possible. The transport fixation should include a webbing. In a first region, the webbing is intended to run from the front edge of the goods carrier to the belt feedthrough, and the webbing should at least partially extend over the goods carrier along the first region. Expediently, the webbing also runs over a product which is located on the goods carrier. In this way, the webbing can be brought into contact with the goods for the purpose of fixing the goods. In a second area, the webbing is intended to run from the front edge of the goods carrier to the belt feedthrough and at least partially run along the second area under the goods carrier. To achieve this, it is expedient to provide the Gurtdurchführung behind the place for a male product. It could also be possible to provide the belt feedthrough adjacent to a product or below a product.

The transport fixation should, as mentioned, include a webbing. This extends in a longitudinal direction and in a transverse direction. In the longitudinal direction, the webbing has in succession a first section, a second section and a third section. In the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the first section is narrower than the second section and also narrower than the third section.

The second section of the webbing has an end passage, that is, a device through which one end of the webbing can pass.

The third section should have a connecting means. With this connecting means, a section of the same webbing or another webbing is to be connected. This should at least be possible if corresponding connecting means are provided on another section of the same or another strap. Typical connecting means are buckles whose mandrel may require a receiving hole. Other convenient connection means are Velcro fasteners, adhesive joints, mechanical connections, in particular pure connectors or with other types of connections combined connectors.

Suitably, a goods display with a transport fixing, in which the third section of the transport fixing overlaps in the fixing position with the front edge of the goods carrier. This is particularly advantageous because then usually a fast and effective connection can be made with the connecting means. On the one hand, the leading edge of a goods carrier is usually easily accessible. On the other hand, the leading edge can also serve to apply a force or counterforce useful in making a connection. For example, if a Velcro or adhesive material is used for connection, the front edge can serve as a contact surface. The leading edge can interact in some embodiments in a more demanding manner with the connecting means. For example, it would be considered that the belt wholly or partially wraps around the leading edge. Thus, tensile forces can be absorbed by the leading edge. The strap can then be additionally attached to the front edge.

Furthermore, it may be considered that the third section overlaps alternatively or above all in addition to its overlap with the front edge of the goods carrier with a front region of the goods. Even such an area of goods can serve as a useful printing area for many goods.

It is useful in the sense of these considerations, when the front edge of the goods carrier is formed by a wall portion.

Also useful in the context of the present invention is a goods display in which the end bushing is provided in the region of the front edge of the goods carrier, i. usually before the goods to be adjusted or set and in any case before the center of gravity of the goods carrier. As far as the transport fixing is movable relative to the goods display, it is advantageous to bring them about when the merchandiser or before the loading of the merchandiser with goods in an appropriate position or deliver the merchandiser accordingly.

It is also expedient to design the article display so that the first section of the webbing runs parallel to the third section in the region of the front edge of the article carrier along a first path. As a rule, a connection can be established in this way in a particularly favorable manner. The leading edge can then serve as a pressure surface for both the first portion of the webbing and for the third section.

It is expedient to have a goods stand and, in particular, a transport fixing which comprises a webbing in which the webbing has a first end and a second end lying opposite the first end in the longitudinal direction. The first end should lie in the first section of the webbing and the second end in the third section of the webbing. It is advantageous if, in particular in the fixing position, the first end is oriented downwards in the region of the front edge (that is, as a rule to the bottom) and the second end is oriented up there. In this way, a webbing can be used very intuitively for fixation. In addition, a relatively short strap can be used in this guide. Also advantageous is a goods display of the type described, in which the webbing has a gripping tab in the third section. It is expedient in particular if the gripping tab has a gripping hole. The gripping tab or the gripping hole can serve to grip the third section so securely that it is easy to release the connection with the connecting means. Further, on this occasion, the webbing and thus the transport fixation can be well separated from the goods display.

It is expedient in the context of the present invention if the webbing has a variably selectable inner circumference in the fixing position. If the circumference is infinitely variable, this is particularly advantageous.

The webbing can be made of various materials, for example, textile materials. Because of the conception of the webbing, it is also possible to manufacture the webbing from other semi-rigid materials, in particular from cardboard. In carton different kinks can be easily provided and carton has a sufficient tensile strength. Due to the favorable guidance of the webbing but tearing of the carton is avoided. In addition, even a webbing of cardboard can then be easily brought by suitable connecting means in an effective fixing point, when the third portion and the first portion overlap each other at least partially. Also very helpful when using a webbing made of cardboard, it is when the leading edge of the goods carrier is located in the region of the third section of the webbing. Preferably, the webbing is in one piece. Alternatively, it is composed of several sections.

It is useful if a bend line is provided adjacent to the Endendurchführung. With this crease line, the portion of the belt adjacent to the crease line can be snugly fitted against the portion of the belt through the end bushing. A merchandiser according to the present invention may be provided with or without merchandise. However, it is quite expedient to deliver the goods display completely with goods and with transport fixation. It is then easily transportable and can be transported from a manufacturer to a showroom. Fig. 2 shows the same article display 10, while it is prepared for receiving and fixing a commodity. On the upper product carrier 14a a product 22 is placed in the form of a cuboid box. At the first end 24, a first section 28 of the transport fixing 20a connects. In this area, the transport fixing 20a is in Transverse direction relatively narrow. Fig. 4 shows a goods display in ready to transport configuration. In this embodiment, the third section 32 additionally has a grip tab 38, which in turn has a grip hole 40. The crease line can be provided in the longitudinal direction at the same height as the end bushing 34, but this need not.

The description and the illustrations have thus made it clear overall how a goods display with a transport fixing can be produced in a very simple manner, which allows the safe transport of the goods, but can also be used quickly and conveniently in the showroom as a sales exhibitor.

Claims (14)

1.
