Description

The invention relates to a multi-pack for accommodating individual packs filled with frozen goods.

Collective packaging, also called outer packaging, is characterized by the fact that it is also used to transport the individual packaging. Alternatively, a large number of individual packages can be wrapped in shrink film. However, such a film is rather difficult to open and requires the use of plastic.

Collective packaging has so far only been used to store the goods contained therein, e.g. B. frozen goods, filled individual packaging protected to transport, for example, from the manufacturer of the goods to a logistics center or on to retail sales. At a point of sale of the goods, the collective packaging is opened and the individual packaging contained therein is removed from this collective packaging and laid out in an arranged manner on an exhibition area, for example in a freezer. It is also known to fill multipacks with refrigerated goods or non-chilled goods and to position them open in the refrigerated section or elsewhere so that the individual packages can be removed. In deep-freeze logistics, however, the collective packaging is no longer used for presentation and is disposed of instead. Other means, such as grids in the freezer, are used to position the goods after removal.

It is also not known to date to construct multipacks in such a way that they can be used in an attractive position for the practical display of the individual packs on shelves and chests.

When presenting the goods z. B. in retail, it is of particular advantage if the individual packaging with a specially marked front, on which in particular the product, the product name, the manufacturer and / or the brand of the goods is shown, is visible to potential customers. Accordingly, the individual packaging from the collective packaging must be set up differently depending on the exhibition area, since it is possible that in one exhibition area, for example on the floor (freezer), the customer looks down on the individual packaging from above, i.e. approximately vertically, in another exhibition area, e.g. B. on a shelf (freezer shelf), laterally approximately horizontally looking at the individual packaging. In the WO 2015/143168 A1 discloses a collective packaging for individual packages, the casing of which consists of cardboard and has at least two areas defined by a perforation on one surface of the casing, each of which extends over two of the six sides of the casing.

In addition, not all individual packaging has a suitable surface with which the individual packaging can be placed on a base so securely that the front of the individual packaging can be placed in the customer's line of sight, in particular when the line of sight is from top to bottom (into a chest) or horizontally or slightly inclined downwards or upwards on a shelf. So far, further aids have been required here, for example grilles, which are currently arranged in the exhibition area, for example a deep freeze. However, the known aids are usually either very complex in relation to the positioning of the individual packages or cannot ensure precise positioning.

Regarding kitchen rolls and toilet paper, ie for removing compressible cylindrically shaped paper goods, was in the EP 1 604 904 A1 suggested to change a known collective packaging in such a way that two separate and separate perforations are arranged on this, whereby an opening in the collective packaging can be torn open through these perforations, through which a kitchen roll or toilet paper can be removed. After the goods have been transported, this collective packaging should therefore only be opened at one of the perforations, depending on the exhibition area, so that the goods can be removed more easily from the collective packaging.

The disadvantage here is that they are not suitable for using the collective packaging to store the individual packaging contained in the collective packaging for several To arrange exhibition areas in a way that is visually appealing to the customer and for easy removal even if the collective packaging is comparatively empty.

The object of this invention is to remedy the disadvantages mentioned above.

The object is achieved by a collective packaging according to claim 1 and by a collective packaging filled with a large number of individual packages filled with frozen goods according to claim 14.

Collective packaging, which can hold individual packaging filled with frozen goods, in particular tubular packaging and/or cardboard boxes, has a sleeve which forms a holder, in particular for the individual packaging, and is made of paper and/or cardboard and/or plastic. For example, the collective packaging consists of the sleeve forming the receptacle, with the sleeve in particular not necessarily completely enclosing the volume of the receptacle, and in particular no separate lid being part of the collective packaging. In particular, however, the collective packaging is completely or at least 90% closed when it has not been torn open. The sleeve has at least two areas on its surface, each area being defined and/or delimited by a perforation. In particular, each of the areas is defined and/or delimited by its own perforation. In particular, one area is delimited by a perforation from the rest of the surface of the cover and/or from the rest of the cover.

The collective packaging is set up to separate the areas from the collective packaging, in particular the remaining surface of the casing and/or the remaining surface, by tearing along the perforation. In particular, the tearing takes place along the perforation and/or the areas along the perforation are separated from the collective packaging.

According to the invention, the collective packaging is characterized in that a first area at least partially overlaps with a second area and the first area is not identical to the second area.

Additionally or alternatively, the collective packaging is characterized according to the invention in that at least two perforations, in particular on the cover, are arranged in such a way that the at least two areas defined and/or delimited by them are both suitable, at least also on and/or on a first surface and/or side of an individual packaging contained in the collective packaging, in particular the uppermost and/or first, to adjoin, in particular to abut, with the first surface and/or side in particular the or one of the largest surfaces and/or sides of the individual packaging and/or the front side of the is individual packaging and/or the abutment is an areal concern and/or the suitability for abutment is at least 80% of the first surface and/or side of the individual packaging.

Due to one of these features that are essential to the invention, it is ensured that the collective packaging can be used as protective transport packaging for the individual packaging and at the same time at least two areas are set up on the collective packaging by means of the perforation, so that the individual packaging contained in the collective packaging can be separated by at least one of the two, especially if this was removed by tearing along a perforation, areas can be removed in at least two different configurations of the collective packaging and the same side of the individual packaging is visible, in particular prominently. In addition to this one side, other sides of the individual packaging can also be fully or partially visible and the selection of these other sides can and/or will differ depending on the selection of the area torn open and/or to be torn open.

In particular, the individual packaging is of the same type, for example next to one another and/or one behind the other and/or one above the other and/or below one another in the collective packaging and/or all the individual packaging contained in a collective packaging are incorporated in such a way that the same outside and/or their surface normals of all individual packaging are in the same a spatial direction of the collective packaging is oriented.

Advantageously, the method includes the transport of at least two, in particular identical, in particular also identically filled, collective packaging and opening the at least two collective packaging, a first of the at least two collective packaging being opened by separating a first, in particular only a first, area of the first collective packaging and placed on a shelf and wherein a second of the at least two multipacks is opened by separating a second, in particular only a second, area of the second multipack and is positioned in a chest and/or on the ground. In this case, the at least two multipacks both have the first and the second area. The areas are areas defined and/or delimited according to the invention by perforations. In this case, the transport does not have to take place together, but in particular takes place at the same time and/or overlapping in time.

The figures are purely schematic and are limited in their representation to the aspects that are essential for understanding.

The same elements are provided with the same reference symbols in the figures.

In 1 is a preferred embodiment of a blank for a collective packaging according to the invention. A total of twelve individual surfaces that are connected to one another and each form an outer side and/or outer surface of the collective packaging and/or the casing are shown, with the second and fourth surfaces from the left in the top line being an outer side, namely the first end face in this exemplary embodiment middle line, the second and fourth surface from the right, each an outside, namely in this embodiment the first and second side wall, in the middle line the first and second surface from the right, each an outside, namely in this embodiment respectively the bottom and top, and in the bottom line, the second and fourth surface from the left represents an outside, namely in particular the second end face. The first and third areas from the left in the bottom row represent a first and second side flap. The first and third areas from the left in the top row represent a third and fourth side flap. The side flaps are permanently connected to the outside, preferably glued. For this purpose, the side flaps are folded under the outsides so that the outsides at least partially cover the side flaps. In the exemplary embodiment, the first and second side flaps are folded under the second end and the third and fourth side flaps are folded under the first end. The side flaps are advantageously connected to the outer sides in such a way that the cover is thereby held together. Furthermore, an attack tab or opening 3 is advantageously arranged on one of the top and bottom sides in and/or one of the areas. In the exemplary embodiment, this is the case with regard to the top and bottom and with regard to both areas. In the figure, the attack tab or opening 3 is shown as a small area 3 on the first and third areas from the right in the middle row).

In the embodiment as in the figure 1 illustrated is a side panel flap represented by the first panel from the left in the middle row. This adjoins the second side wall. When the collective packaging is folded, the side wall flap is folded under the underside and is firmly connected to it, in particular glued.

For the purpose of a better and stronger hold (together) of the casing, the side flaps and/or the side wall flap are advantageously glued to the respective connected outside or otherwise connected to it at least in a non-positive manner.

Beginning on the upper side of the casing, a first area is arranged separated by a perforation of the first area 1, with this perforation 1 extending over the two side walls up to the second end face. On the top, at one end of this perforation 1, there is a gripping tab 3, with the help of which the perforation can be gripped and then torn open along the perforation. Advantageously, in this embodiment, the perforation 1 is only partially executed on the second end face, since the edge of the short (low height, height from bottom to top in the figure 1 shown) part of the second face (in figure 1 the fourth area from the left in the bottom line) represents the boundary of the first area on the second end face. This means that only one perforation is required on the side walls, side flaps and the top to be able to completely separate the first area. Furthermore, the perforation 1 is also arranged in the area of the attack flap, but due to the representation of the flap in figure 1 not shown. If an access opening is used, the perforation is not necessary around the area, since a separation can already be realized in the area of the access opening through the access opening. The perforation 1 thus extends on the top in the area of the tab along the rear or upper edge of the top.

Due to the overlapping/covering/connection of the first and second side flaps with the second end face) and the arrangement of the first area on the top side, first side wall, second side wall and second end face in this exemplary embodiment, a perforation 1 of the first area arranged on the first and second side flap, so that the first area is delimited and defined both by a perforation 1 on the outer sides (top side, first and second side wall and optionally second end face) and a perforation 1 on the first and second side flap, since these would otherwise impede the separation in the assembled state. For this purpose, the perforation 1 on the first and second side flap is congruent with the perforation 1 located above it on the overlapping second end face in an assembled state of the collective packaging. If the first and/or second side flap has a length (extension from left to right in figure 1 ) that is greater than the height (extension from top to bottom in the figure 1 ) of the second face, it is also necessary that the perforation 1 also extends on the first and/or second side flap where the second face does not cover/overlap the side flap(s) due to the too short height. In this way, a circumferential perforation 1 can be realized in the assembled state.

A second area, which is at least partially surrounded by the first area, is delimited by a second perforation 2 . This perforation extends from the top over the second face to the bottom of the case. The gripping tab 3 for the second area is arranged on the perforation 2 on the underside.

With regard to the second area and the second perforation, it is as in FIG Figure 1 and 2 shown, advantageous if the side flaps form a bridge and/or connection between the parts of the second front side by means of their adhesive bonding to the parts of the second front side and thereby make it possible that when attaching to the attack flap 3 of the second area and tearing open along the second perforation 2 from the underside via the lower part of the second end side via the connection of the side flaps to the second part of the second end side and to the top side along the in particular continuous and/or circumferential perforation, the entire second area can be separated in one piece in one operation and one approach . For this purpose, the side flaps have perforations in particular, which in the assembled State of the collective packaging extend between the perforations of the parts of the side and in particular also extend where perforations of the second end face or parts of the second end face are arranged. In this way you not only form a bridge/connection, but also allow the entire area, including parts of itself, to be separated cleanly and easily.

Due to a shortening of part of the second end face or the asymmetry of the configuration of the second end face, the shell is not necessarily completely closed in one spatial direction.

In the figure 2 is one out of the blank on the left figure 1 folded and glued assembled multipack shown. Several individual packages are accommodated in the collective packaging, with the front side 4 of the first/uppermost individual package adjoining the second front side.

The collective packaging is shown on the right-hand side above (a), the first area along the perforation 1 being separated from the collective packaging and the collective packaging being set up on the underside as a floor. This freed up a removal area, whereby the individual packages contained in the multi-pack are visible by partially removing the top, side walls and second end face, and the front 4 of the first/top individual package is visible without the individual package being re-positioned within the multi-pack must be arranged, and thus the front 4 is directly visible to a customer. This state is particularly suitable for setting up the collective packaging on a (frozen) shelf.

By means of (c) is in the figure 2 the same collective packaging is shown, with the second area being separated from the collective packaging along the perforation 2 and the collective packaging being set up on the first end face as a floor. This freed up a removal area, whereby the individual packages, which are accommodated in the multipack, are visible by partially removing the top, second end face and bottom, and the front side 4 of the first/topmost individual package is visible, without the individual package being repositioned within the multipack must be arranged, and thus the front 4 is directly visible to a customer. This condition is particularly suitable for placing the collective packaging in a (frozen) chest or on the floor.

On the right-hand side below (b) an alternative collective packaging is shown, with the second area being separated from the collective packaging along the perforation 2 and the collective packaging being set up on the first end face as a base. This represents an alternative embodiment of the Figure 1 and 2(a) shown second area. In this area, the second area occupies the entire area of the second end face.
