Claims (14)
- Muskelvorspannungsvorrichtung, dazu bestimmt, mit einer Bodenfläche (30) und dem Oberbau (29) eines Rahmens zusammenzuwirken, wobei das Gerät umfasst:- ein Trageelement (2), dazu bestimmt, zwischen der Bodenfläche und dem Oberbau des Rahmens eingeklemmt zu werden, wobei das Trageelement eine einen Kreisbogen bildende Trägerstange umfasst, wobei die Trägerstange dazu bestimmt ist, vertikal zwischen der Bodenfläche und dem Oberbau des Rahmens angebracht zu werden, ein oberes Element (3), dazu bestimmt, mit dem Oberbau des Rahmens zusammenzuwirken, wobei das obere Element an einem ersten Endabschnitt (8) der Trägerstange angebracht ist, eine unteres Element (4), dazu bestimmt, mit der Bodenfläche zusammenzuwirken, wobei das untere Element an einem zweiten Endabschnitt (9) der Trägerstange angebracht ist,- ein am Trageelement angebrachtes Rückstellelement (11) und ein Vorspannelement (13), wobei das Vorspannelement mit dem Rückstellelement gekuppelt ist, wobei das Vorspannelement dazu geeignet ist, durch einen Benutzer (27) in Richtung des Inneren des Kreisbogens der Trägerstange gezogen zu werden, und das Rückstellelement dazu geeignet ist, auf das Vorspannelement eine Rückstellkraft (12), welche gegen die Zugkraft (15) des Benutzers wirkt, auszuüben,
und wobei- die Trägerstange den Kreisbogen von dem ersten Endabschnitt der Trägerstange bis zum zweiten Endabschnitt der Trägerstange bildet,- die Trägerstange teleskopisch ausgebildet ist, wobei die Trägerstange in der zurückgezogenen Position eine geringere Länge aufweist als die Länge der Trägerstange in der gespannten Position, eine Arretiervorrichtung (10) für die Spannung der Trägerstange, dazu geeignet, die Trägerstange wahlweise in einer Position, vorzugsweise in einer Vielzahl von Positionen, zwischen der zurückgezogenen Position der Trägerstange und der gespannten Position der Trägerstange zu arretieren, um die Länge der Trägerstange einzustellen. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Arretiervorrichtung dazu geeignet ist, die Länge der Trägerstange zwischen zwei Endwerten kontinuierlich einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Trägerstange einen ersten Teil (6) und einen zweiten Teil (7) umfasst, wobei der zweite Teil (7) der Trägerstange verschiebbar in dem ersten Teil (6) der Trägerstange angeordnet ist, und wobei die Arretiervorrichtung (10) dazu geeignet ist, auf den zweiten Teil (6) der Trägerstange eine Arretierkraft (55) auszuüben, deren erste Komponente (55A) sich in einer tangentiaien Richtung zur Schieberichtung (54) des zweiten Teils (7) der Trägerstange in den ersten Teil (6) der Trägerstange erstreckt und deren zweite Komponente (55B) sich senkrecht zur ersten Komponente (55A) erstreckt, so dass zum Einen auf den zweiten Teil der Trägerstange eine Kraft ausgeübt wird, um die Trägerstange auszuziehen und zum Anderendie relative Bewegung zwischen dem ersten Teil der Trägerstange und dem zweiten Teil der Trägerstange arretiert wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend einen Schlitten, welcher bewegbar entlang der Trägerstange angebracht ist, wobei das Rückstellelement eine elastische Vorrichtung umfasst, deren erster Endabschnitt an dem Schlitten und deren zweiter Endabschnitt an dem Vorspannelement angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend einen Schlitten (16), welcher bewegbar entlang der Trägerstange angebracht ist, wobei das Rückstellelement eine zweites flexibles Verbindungselement (14) umfasst, dessen erster Endabschnitt mit dem unteren Element des Trageelementes verankert ist und dessen zweiter Endabschnitt mit dem Vorspannelement verbunden ist und wobei der Schlitten ein Umlenkelement umfasst, welches dazu geeignet ist, mit dem flexiblen Verbindungselement zusammenzuwirken, so dass die Rückstellkrat zwischen einer ersten Richtung (17), welche das untere Element des Trageelementes mit dem Umlenkelement verbindet, und einer zweiten Richtung (18), welche das Umlenkelement mit dem Vorspannelement verbindet, umgelenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei das Rückstellelement einen Elektromotor umfasst, welcher dazu geeignet ist, die Rückstellkraft zu erzeugen, wobei das flexible Verbindungselement an eine Antriebswelle (36) gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, umfassend einen im unteren Element des Trageelementes angeordneten elektrischen Kabelaufroller, um ein Versorgungskabel des Elektromotors aufzurollen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Trageelement zwei identische und parallele Trägerstangen (5A, 5B) umfasst, wobei das untere Element des Trageelementes den unteren Endabschnitt der zwei Trägerstangen und das obere Element des Trageelementes die oberen Endabschnitte der zwei Trägerstangen so verbindet, dass ein Rahmen entsteht.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das obere Element des Trageelementes und das untere Element des Trageelementes jeweils einen Puffer (25) aus einem weichen Material umfassen, dazu bestimmt, jeweils mit dem Oberbau des Rahmens und der Bodenfläche des Rahmens in Kontakt zu treten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das untere Element des Trageelementes einen Sockel (19) umfasst, welcher ein plane Sitzfläche (29) aufweist, dazu bestimmt, mit der Bodenfläche zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das obere Element des Trageelementes eine erste Halterung (21) und eine zweite Halterung (22) umfasst, welche zusammen einen Winkel bilden, wobei die erste Halterung und die zweite Halterung in zwei Richtungen ausgerichtet sind, deren jeweiligen Komponenten sich in dem Bereich umfassend den Kreisbogen und den Mittelpunkt des Kreisbogens schneiden, wobei der Winkel dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Oberbau des Rahmens zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Element des Trageelementes Räder (35) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8 in Kombination mit Anspruch 11, wobei das obere Element des Trageelementes einen ersten Abstandhalter (23), welcher die erste Halterung der zwei Trägerstangen verbindet und senkrecht zu den zwei Trägerstangen verläuft, und einen zweiten Abstandhalter (24), welcher die zweite Halterung der zwei Trägerstangen verbindet und senkrecht zu den zwei Trägerstangen verläuft, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10 in Kombination mit Anspruch 11, wobei die zweite Halterung (22) parallel zur planen Sitzfläche (20) ausgerichtet ist.
