Das Schließkeilmodul 2 wird schlossseitig an der Fahrzeugtüre 11 und das Haltebackenmodul 3 an einem von einem Seitenwandrahmen 12 der Fahrzeugkarosserie 10 gebildeten Türrahmen montiert. Beim Schließen der Fahrzeugtüre 11 wird das Schließkeilmodul 2 mit dem Haltebackenmodul 3 gekoppelt, so dass eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen der Fahrzeugtüre 11 und dem Seitenwandrahmen 12 der Fahrzeugkarosserie 10 entsteht. Claims (10)

Schließkeilsystem (1) zur lösbaren Kopplung einer Fahrzeugklappe (11) mit einem Strukturteil (12) einer Fahrzeugkarosserie (10), umfassend - ein Schließkeilmodul (2) mit zwei gegeneinander verschiebbar gelagerten Schließkeilen (2.1) mit Keilflächen (2.11) und mit einem Schließkeilhalter (2.2) zur verschiebbaren Aufnahme der Schließkeile (2.1), - ein Haltebackenmodul (3) mit zwei, das Schließkeilmodul (2) zwischen sich aufnehmenden Haltebacken (3.1), wobei die Haltebacken (3.1) mit an die Kontur der Keilflächen (2.11) der Schließkeile (2.1) angepassten Keilnuten (3.11) ausgebildet sind, und - eine Antriebseinrichtung (4) mit welcher zur Herstellung der Kopplung der Fahrzeugklappe(11) mit dem Strukturteil (12) die Schließkeile (2.1) durch Auseinanderverlagern mit ihren Keilflächen (2.11) in die Keilnuten (3.11) gedrückt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- wenigstens ein Schließkeil (2.1) eine Sollbruchstelle (2.12) aufweist, mit welcher bei einer die betriebsgemäße mechanische Belastung übersteigende Belastungskraft des Schließkeils (2.1) eine Trennung des in die Keilnuten (3.11) gedrückten Schließkeils (2.1) in einen keilnutenseitigen Teil (2.13) und einen schließkeilhalterseitigen Teil (2.14) bewirkt wird.
