Claims (10)
- Mechanismus zum Öffnen und Schließen von mindestens einem Schiebeflügel einer Einstiegstür eines Transportfahrzeugs, die Fahrgästen ermöglicht, ein- und auszusteigen, wobei das Fahrzeug (1) einen Rahmen aufweist, in Bezug auf den der Flügel zwischen jeweils einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist, wobei der Mechanismus (19) Folgendes aufweist:- eine Zahnstange (21), die in oder auf dem Flügel im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Schieberichtung des Flügels angeordnet und daran befestigt ist,- einen Motor (25, 25b, 25c), der an dem Rahmen des Fahrzeugs befestigt ist,- ein erstes Zahnrad (31), das mit einem ersten Ausgang des Motors in Eingriff steht und ein zweites Zahnrad (33) in Drehung versetzt, das mit der Zahnstange in Eingriff steht, das auf diese Weise ermöglicht, durch Drehen den Flügel zu schieben,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (25, 25b, 25c) einen Ausgang aufweist, der mit einem Planetengetriebe (27) versehen ist, das den ersten Ausgang (29) aufweist, der mit dem ersten Zahnrad (31) in Eingriff steht, und dass der Mechanismus ferner einen Verriegelungshebel (35) des Flügels umfasst, der mit einem zweiten Ausgang (36) des Planetengetriebes (27), der sich von dem ersten unterscheidet, in Eingriff steht, und der gegen Ende des Schiebewegs des Schließens des Flügels auf diese Weise in Schwenkbewegung angetrieben wird, bis er hinter einem Anschlag (37) eingreift, der gegenüber dem Flügel fest ist.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, der ferner eine Führungsschiene (39) umfasst, die gegenüber dem Flügel fest ist und wo eine erste Rolle (41), die auf dem zweiten Zahnrad (33) befestigt ist, gleitend geführt wird, wobei auf diese Weise das zweite Zahnrad in Eingriff mit der Zahnstange (21) gehalten wird.
- Mechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, wobei der Anschlag (37) jenseits von einem der Enden der Führungsschiene (39) und von der Zahnstange (21) angeordnet ist und an der Führungsschiene oder an der Zahnstange befestigt ist.
- Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Anschlag (37) eine Anlagefläche aufweist, die ausgerichtet ist, um in Bezug auf den Hebel (35) eine Einspannwirkung durch eine Kerbe zu erzeugen, die bei einer Einwirkung, die in die Öffnungsrichtung auf den Flügel (5a, 5b) ausgeübt wird, die aber dann nicht von dem Motor (25, 25b, 25c) kommt, den Hebel in eine derartige Richtung zurückschiebt, dass er nicht aus der Kerbe heraustreten kann.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 4, wobei ein Rückstellmittel (47) darauf abzielt, den Hebel (35) in Kontakt mit der Anlagefläche (450) zu halten, um das Einspannen zum Verriegeln des Hebels in geschlossener Position des Flügels zu bestätigen.
- Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein Abstandshalter (34) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Zahnrad (31, 33) angeordnet ist, um den Abstand zwischen ihnen aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verriegelungshebel (35) durch eine zweite Rolle (43) in den Anschlag (37) eingreift, die beim Schieben des Flügels in einer Führungsschiene (39) in Eingriff steht, aus der sie heraustritt, um den Anschlag zu erreichen.
- Mechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 7, wobei die erste und zweite Rolle (41, 43) beim Schieben des Flügels in der gleichen Führungsschiene (39) in Eingriff stehen.
- Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Motor (25, 25b, 25c), der elektrisch ist, eine Drehachse (250, 250b, 250c) aufweist, die quer zu der Schieberichtung (9) des Flügels ist, und auf dem ersten Ausgang das Planetengetriebe (27) koaxial trägt, von dem das erste Zahnrad (31) koaxial angeordnet ist.
- Schienentransportfahrzeug, umfassend:- einen Rahmen (3), in Bezug auf den der Flügel (5a, 5b) zwischen jeweils einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist, und- den Mechanismus (19, 19a, 19b) zum Öffnen und Schließen von mindestens einem Schiebeflügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
