Claims (10)
- Structure surfacique textile comportant un substrat flexible (11) sur lequel sont déposés une multitude d'éléments (12) en forme de paillettes constitués d'un matériau résistant à l'abrasion et plus rigide que celui du substrat (11), les éléments en forme de paillettes (12) étant réalisés à partir d'un matériau comprenant au moins une colle à dispersion à base aqueuse et des agents de charge renforçant la résistance, le matériau pour les éléments en forme de paillettes (12) comprenant au moins un matériau de latex, une colle à dispersion à base de polyuréthane et des agents de charge de renforcement, caractérisée en ce que la proportion du matériau de latex est d'au moins 20 %, la proportion de la colle à dispersion à base de polyuréthane est d'au moins 10 % et la proportion d'agents de charge est d'au moins 5 % du matériau pour les éléments en forme de paillettes (12), les agents de charge étant des particules céramiques et/ou des particules de verre et/ou des particules métalliques, et ledit au moins un matériau de latex est un copolymère de butadiène/styrène.
- Structure surfacique textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau pour les éléments en forme de paillettes (12) comprend un agent réticulant ainsi qu'une dispersion aqueuse de styrène/acrylate.
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la taille des particules des agents de charge est comprise entre 3 µm et 80 µm.
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le substrat (11) est constitué d'un tissu de polyamide ou de polyester.
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments en forme de paillettes (12) sont déposés sur le substrat (11) par un procédé d'impression au pochoir.
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments en forme de paillettes (12) sont déposés sur le substrat (11) en un treillis régulier.
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface du substrat (11) est recouverte de 25 % - 80 % par les éléments en forme de paillettes (12).
- Structure surfacique textile selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le substrat (12) est pré-revêtu d'un agent favorisant l'adhésion.
- Revêtement de meuble formant siège, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé à partir d'une structure surfacique textile (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
- Revêtement de meuble formant siège selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que sur sa surface détournée des éléments en forme de paillettes, la structure surfacique textile (10) est recouverte par un film de polyuréthane collé sur celle-ci.
