Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to an output device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread, rolls or the like.

Such dispensers, especially for baked goods, are already known in the art and e.g. in retail use to allow self-service removal of baked goods.

By means of these dispensers, baked goods can be presented to the customer and the latter can take the goods independently according to his choice.

The dispensers must meet strict hygiene requirements, as unpackaged goods are sold off. One of the requirements, for example, is that it must be prevented that once selected goods can not be returned. In addition, for example, at the same time it must be ensured that a spit and sneeze protection is ensured in order to protect the stored unpacked goods from contamination.

In addition, it is necessary that the dispenser can be cleaned easily, quickly and reliably.

Usually, therefore, the storage area of the goods is basically separated from the removal area and the goods must be selected by the customer accordingly or isolated and then transferred to the removal area. A return of the product from the removal area in the storage area is prevented in the normal operating state of the output device, for example, due to appropriate design measures such as partitions or barriers.

From the EP 2 554 078 A1 An output device for bread is already known which has a tool-less dismountable removal assembly. This is intended in particular to facilitate the cleaning of the dispenser.

From the EP 2 248 448 A1 an output device is already known, which has a separator consisting of pegs with different lengths to prevent the return of already selected bakery products. The locking straps are arranged between the storage area and the removal area and allow only a transfer of the baked goods from the storage area to the removal area.

From the DE 20 2007 009 953 U1 is a goods container for self-service removal of baked goods known. In this case, this goods container on the front side designed in the manner of a drawer goods carrier for the removal of goods. This product carrier can be fixed in the use position in a frame by means of a lock and can be pulled out after appropriate unlocking eg for cleaning or filling of the frame.

It is the object of the present invention advantageously to develop an output device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread, rolls or the like, in particular in that the removal area on the one hand enables a simple and appealing removal of the goods and on the other hand simple and uncomplicated e.g. for cleaning and / or maintenance purposes without specialized assembly personnel, but also from e.g. relatively untrained personnel can be disassembled.

This object is achieved by an output device with the features of claim 1. Thereafter, it is provided that an output device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread, rolls or the like, at least one front removal assembly for forming at least one goods removal opening, wherein the removal assembly at least a fastening structure, at least one collecting channel and at least one fixing element for fixing the collecting channel in the mounting structure, wherein the fastening structure a fastening receptacle for the use of at least a portion of the collecting channel and wherein the fixing element is convertible from a first position in which the collecting channel is fixed, in a second position in which the collecting channel is released, and vice versa.

The present invention is based on the idea of providing the dispensing area as a module in the form of a dispensing assembly. The elements of the removal assembly are locked in the first position of the fixing element and mounted ready for installation and released in the second position, so that, for example, untrained personnel can dismantle the removal assembly easily and without tools. The gutter is releasably held by the mounting structure and the fixing element. The gutter can be used in the attachment structure and receives there a first bearing point or attachment point and the second bearing point or attachment point by the fixing element. This second bearing point or attachment point can be solved by appropriate actuation of the fixing element, for example, to be able to remove the gutter. The gutter is released without tools in the second position of the fixing element. The gutter is unfixed in this position and can be removed in this position from the sampling assembly. To insert a gutter in the sampling assembly, the fixing element is also to bring to the second position. After insertion of the gutter this is locked in the removal assembly, in which the fixing element is transferred to the second position. Experience has shown that a dispenser for baked goods such as bread or rolls needs to be cleaned regularly in the area of the removal opening. This is particularly easy and thorough possible if the components of the removal area can be removed individually and then cleaned individually. An exchange of elements of the removal assembly is possible according to the invention uncomplicated. For example, should it be found that an element of the removal assembly, such as the gutter, is damaged, this can be removed in a few steps and a replacement gutter can be easily replaced without the involvement of maintenance technicians, but eg by the market staff. Consequently, the removal area of the dispenser can be relatively hygienic and kept clean, but also possibly to be maintained. The structure of the removal assembly also makes it possible to provide a generously dimensioned and visually appealing removal area. A simple and attractive removal is possible.

The gutter can have a trough-like, in particular curved shape.

The gutter can be made at least partly of transparent material, in particular of glass (for example tempered safety glass (ESG)), of acrylic glass (Plexiglas) or of transparent plastic. It can also be provided that the gutter is completely made of transparent material. The glass can be partially coated or satined. It is conceivable, by the satin finish or imprints or engravings or the like to attach information regarding the goods.

In transparent gutters, a regular cleaning is required because at the removal operations, for example. Fingerprints or other contaminants accumulate over time on the gutter and must be removed accordingly. At the same time, transparent gutters from which the goods can be removed are perceived as particularly appealing by the customers and are therefore increasingly in demand. This is probably not least due to the fact that such gutters allow an immediate inference to the cleanliness of the dispenser and at the same time the product is presented by the partial transparency in the picking area appealing.

The gutter can be dimensioned such that the bakery products to be removed are guided into the gutter after the separation and fall into it and are safely taken up there. The customer or user can then remove the selected product from the gutter.

The gutter also serves to catch any crumbs. The market staff can then suck out the crumbs or remove after removing the gutter.

The fixing element may be arranged on the side facing away from the collecting channel of a side wall of the fastening structure. The opposite side of the side wall of the mounting structure may not be accessible in the position of use, but be covered, for example, by a side wall of the dispenser. As a result, the fixing element is inevitably covered in such a way that it can no longer be actuated when bringing the position of use.

Instead of a flap, a slider, a clip device, a slip-on profile, a wedge or the like may be provided as a fixing element.

Adjacent to the fixing element may be provided an additional support for the collecting channel, which holds the released gutter in position at least in the second position of the fixing element. It is conceivable that the removal assembly has a holding frame for the storage trough in the direction of the rear side. As a result, a simple structural solution is provided, with which the removal group and the storage tub can be pulled out together.

The removal assembly may in particular be provided with a locking mechanism with which the removal assembly can be locked and unlocked. Thus, the extraction assembly for unlocking from the dispenser by means of the locking mechanism can be unlocked and re-locked for insertion. The locking mechanism may comprise two operating levers arranged in the side walls of the removal assembly.

The pivoting elements can be designed as a wire hanger. Spacers may be provided between the wire brackets, wherein in each case a spacer may be integrated in a wire bracket. It is also conceivable that the pivoting elements are formed by plastic components, in particular transparent plastic components.

Alternatively, a slanting wall or a run-on slope or a perforated wall or a perforated disk can also be provided as a product return lock.

A rear section or a rear wall of the collecting channel can cover an information area, in particular a price marking area. This area can be, for example, a slide-in bar into which the price marking e.g. can be inserted or clipped. As a result, the price tag can move closer to the goods, which is perceived as visually appealing and also facilitates the assignment of the prices to the individual goods, if several types of goods in a storage tub, possibly separated from each other, are stored. In addition, the coverage provided by the gutter ensures that the information area can not come into contact with the goods.

The pricing can be used for example in the position of use of the output device from below into a transparent bar.

Furthermore, it is conceivable that a profile is attached to at least one edge of the collecting channel, in particular an upper edge of the collecting channel in the position of use of the dispensing device.
