Un tel élément et un conteneur correspondant sont connus de la demande de brevet JP 08-057460 .The present invention relates to an element of a container, in particular a trash can, comprising an analysis device, a trash can comprising at least the element of the present invention, a waste collection system comprising said trash can and a method waste collection system using one or more bins of the present invention. The present invention relates in particular to an element of a container with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Such an element and a corresponding container are known from the patent application. JP 08-057460 .

The collection of waste represents an important objective, that of preserving the cleanliness of an agglomeration. Currently, optimizing collection costs is important for consumers, municipalities, local authorities, and the industry at large. To facilitate this collection and optimize the work of garbage collectors, signposts installed on garbage cans have been put in place to prevent garbage collectors from having to open garbage cans to find out if they are full, thereby saving time. .

For example, EP 2 388 210 A1 describes a waste collection bin with a collection alarm. The tank comprises an indication member connected to the wall of the lid or the tank.
Thus the waste producer will be able to indicate that the tray must be collected by placing the indicating member in the indication position or in the rest position meaning while the bin is not full. The garbage man no longer has to get off the truck to check the contents of the trash. However, since the waste producer has a role to play in the collection process, questions of reliability can arise, particularly in the event of the waste generator's being forgotten.

This is how other bins have been developed, they are equipped with electronic systems measuring the level of filling of the trash. The fill level is then communicated to one or more waste collection centers to improve the planning of the interventions without asking for contribution from the waste producer (s). However, these types of devices require energy sources to operate, such as batteries, for example, which need to be recharged regularly due to their continuous operation. In addition, these new bins will have to replace all the old ones currently in service, thus increasing the cost of maintenance for local authorities and / or companies.

Thus, there is a real need to improve these means of control and waste management by reducing the costs both in energy and for the implementation of these systems.

In addition, it is known that garbage cans do not only contain solid waste but also liquid waste, such as wastewater. However, this liquid waste requires specific treatment, wastewater treatment, thus representing additional costs for local communities. Therefore, there is also a need to improve the control and management of liquid waste, such as wastewater, in containers. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a container element for analyzing the volume of liquid, in particular water, in a container in order to rebalance the costs by imposing the user or users .

L'objet de la présente invention est atteint par un élément d'un conteneur comprenant les caractéristiques techniques de la revendication 1.The object of the present invention is achieved by an element of a container comprising the technical features of claim 1.

It may furthermore be preferable, according to any one of the preceding or following embodiments, for the at least one sensor to comprise at least one accelerometer attached to the element for detecting the opening and / or closing of the sensor. container. Thus a reliable measurement of the opening and closing can be obtained.

It may further be preferable, in accordance with any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the analysis device to include a module for transmitting and receiving signals for analyzing the content and / or filling level of the container. . So the person in charge of the collection of the container or containers will not need to approach or open the container to check its contents, this saving time.

It may further be preferable, according to any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the signals to be electromagnetic wave signals in particular optical, and / or IR and / or audio to analyze the contents of the container. Thus a reliable measurement of the content or level of filling can be obtained.

It may further be preferable, according to any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the analysis device to further comprise a wireless communication module configured to send information about the content and / or the state of filling of the container to a user or users via a wireless network or networks, in particular Bluetooth and / or RFID and / or RSSI and / or Wi-Fi and / or Wimax and / or ZigBee and / or SigFox networks.

It may further be preferable, according to any one of the preceding or following embodiments, for the wireless communication module to use a wireless system configured to send signals closer and closer to the fill level of the wireless. container. The user will be regularly informed about the level of filling and the urgency regarding the indicated pickup. This will facilitate the organization of the pickup.

It may further be preferable, according to any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the analysis device to further comprise at least one biogas detector. It becomes possible to detect the presence of unpleasant odors and a faster collection of the container can be planned.

It may further be preferable, according to any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the element further to include at least one attenuator for absorbing shocks due to the opening and closing of the container to improve its lifetime.

It may furthermore be preferable, according to any one of the preceding or following embodiments, for the element to comprise an energy recovery device comprising at least one photovoltaic, thermoelectric or mechanical electricity generating device. vibration and that the analysis device is partially powered by electricity produced by the energy recovery device. Thus, the system can become autonomous in energy.

It may further be preferable, according to any of the preceding or following embodiments, for the element to be the container lid and / or the container vessel. Thus, the element of the present invention can be installed directly in place of a lid or a tank of any container, in particular, a municipal bin, collective. In addition, this would make it possible to use the advantages of the invention with bins already existing and also reduce the budget for replacing bins to set up a smart pickup system.

Indeed, the analysis device can transmit through the communication module information about the water level in the trash or bins to a user or users, for example local authorities. This may be of interest to local authorities as the treatment of water in the garbage cans generates additional waste management costs. Thanks to this device, the costs for the communities will be able to decrease notably by making pay / / to the users a supplement when the analysis of the contents of the bin shows the presence of water.

The present invention further relates to a garbage bin comprising at least one element according to any one of the preceding or following embodiments.

In addition, the present invention relates to a waste collection system comprising one or more bins according to an embodiment of the present invention and a receiving module for receiving one or more parameters relating to the contents of the trash or bins.

It may further be preferable, in accordance with any of the foregoing or following embodiments, for the trash wireless communication module to communicate with one or more other wireless communication modules of one or more other neighboring garbage cans using one or more wireless networks. Thus, the information of each of these wireless communication modules can be centralized only on one of the wireless communication modules. This then makes it possible to use only one of the wireless communication modules to transmit the level of filling and / or the presence of unpleasant odors to one or more receiving modules. In this way, energy consumption is optimized.

  1. (a) détection de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la poubelle ;
A waste collection method using one or more bins according to any one of the preceding or following embodiments would comprise the steps of:
  1. (a) detecting the opening and closing of the trash;
  2. (b) activating an analysis device comprising a module for transmitting and receiving signals for analyzing the contents and / or the level of collection of the bin
and / or one or more biogas detectors.

With this information the pickup tours can be optimized.

Preferably, the waste collection process further comprises the step of:
  • (c) sending the results of the analysis of step b) by a wireless communication module indicating the contents and / or the filling state of the trash.

The pickup service knows from a distance the level of filling to better organize the rounds of pickup.

Preferably step c) can provide for the filling signal to be sent closer and closer as a function of the level of filling. This includes an indication to the user about the urgency of the pick-up.

It may further be preferred that the waste collection process further comprises the step of:
  • (d) sends results by a wireless communication module indicating to collect the trash when the biogas detector is triggered.

Thus, the presence of unpleasant odors can be detected and even if the bin is only partially full, the collection of the bin can be done.

The figure 1 schematically shows an element according to a first embodiment of an element of a container.

The element 1 in the figure represents a container lid, but it could also be a container tank according to another embodiment or a module to be integrated in the lid or the tank. Element 1 comprises an analysis device 3. This analyzing device 3 is connected to one or more sensors 5 configured to detect the opening and closing of a container, not shown in the figure. The sensor 5 may be an accelerometer attached to the element and / or light sensors.

Once the sensor (s) 5 have detected that the container is closed, the analysis device 3, which is in standby mode, will be triggered for the analysis of the contents and / or filling level of the container. In the following the container is a trash.

The analysis device 3 comprises for analysis a module 7 capable of transmitting and receiving signals of electromagnetic waves, in particular optical, and / or IR and / or audio waves. The module 7 is further connected to a wireless communication module 9 configured to transmit the state of filling and / or the contents of the container. The analysis device 3 may further comprise a biogas detector 13 configured to detect the presence of unpleasant odors.

The figure 2 schematically represents a communication mode between the element 1 and a reception module 11. The communication is between the analysis device 3 of the element 1 and the reception module 11.

The sensor (s) 5 are configured to detect when the container (not shown) has been opened and closed, indicating that a user has deposited waste into the container. An activation signal is then sent to the analysis device 3. Thus the modules 7 and 13 will analyze the contents and / or the level of filling of the container and / or the presence of bad odors. Once the analysis is complete, the modules 7 and 13 will send the results of their analysis to the wireless communication module 9. According to another embodiment, the analysis device 3 sends the signals directly to the wireless communication module 9 for the analysis to be done remotely.

The receiving module 11 can be included in a container collection truck, or in a collection center can thus manage the filling rate and / or the biogas emission of one or more containers at a time.

According to a variant of the invention, the wireless communication module 9 can be configured to send signals closer and closer to the receiving module 11 depending on the filling of the container. The increasingly closer signals illustrate that the container is filling more and more. So pickup services can optimize pickup routes.

The figure 3 schematically represents a trash can 15 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising an element 1 as described in Figures 1 and 2 and a tank 17. The element 1 can be included in the lid of the bin 15, it can according to another embodiment be included in the tank of the trash.

The lid of the bin 15 with its element 1 is fixed on the tank 17 by one of its sides with hinges 19. According to another mode, the lid 15 can slide upwards for the opening and the bottom for the closing of the bin.

As described above, the analysis device 3 only functions once the element 1 has been opened and then closed. To supply the different parts, the analysis device 3 and the sensors 5 are supplied with electricity by a power source 21, such as batteries.

The power source 21 comprises, alternatively, a power recovery device 23 partially feeding the analyzing device 3. The power source 21 may further comprise a backup battery.

According to a variant, to ensure the protection of the material within the element 1, shock attenuators 33 are placed on the element 1 of the bin 15.

The Figure 4 ( 4a , 4b and 4c ) schematically represents a tank of a trash can 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention and comprising the numerical references corresponding to the elements as described in the preceding figures 1 to 3.

The lid 27 of the bin 50, when the bin is closed, rests on the rim 57.

The analysis device 3 further comprises at least one sensor 51, 59, 61. The at least one sensor 51, 59, 61 is an electrical resistor. The value of the electrical resistance (s) is measured to analyze whether the vessel contains liquids such as water. Indeed, if the value of the resistance is maximum, it will mean that the tank does not contain water. Conversely, it will mean that the tank contains water. Indeed, the different calculated values of the resistance will make it possible to establish the volume of water present in the tank. The higher the resistance values, the higher the volume of water will be. The analysis device will then transmit the information to the communication module and which will then be transmitted to the reception module (not shown in the figure). Thus, during the collection of garbage cans, garbage collectors will be able to allocate a volume of water to each garbage bin, which will make it possible to adjust waste treatment costs by adding a supplement. The more liquid in the trash bin, the higher the cost of waste treatment for the user.

According to Fig. 4a , the tank 53 comprises at least one electrical resistance 51 configured to measure the water level in the tank 53. The at least one electrical resistance 51 is included in the thickness of the tank 53. Preferably, poured into the material of the tank. Resistor 51 is a linear resistance. The resistor 51 extends from the flange 57 of the tank to the bottom 55. Preferably, the resistor 51 extends to a height h of the bottom 55 of the tank. This makes it possible to avoid corrosion of the resistance (s).

According to Fig. 4b the resistance can be circular. A plurality of circular resistors 59 are included in the material of the vessel 53. For example, a first resistor 59a at the rim 55, a second resistor 59b at ¾ of the vessel, or in the middle of the vessel (not shown), and a third resistor 59c at the bottom 55 of the tank 53. Preferably, the resistor 59c is at a height h of the bottom 55 of the tank.

La jauge 63 est à l'intérieur de la cuve 53.Finally, according to the embodiment of the Fig. 4c , or the / or the resistors 61 are positioned in a gauge 63 in the tank 53 of the trash. The gauge 63 is inside the tank 53.

The Figure 5 schematically illustrates the measurement of the volume of a liquid in the tank 53. The measurement of the potential V out depends on the level of the liquid in the tank, because the effective resistance changes with the height of the liquid in the tank.

In a first step (a), the opening and closing detection sensor (s) will be able, once the container is open and then closed, to activate the analysis of the content of the container according to step (b).

The analysis of the contents of the container is divided into two parts. On one side with the module 7 capable of transmitting and receiving signals to analyze the contents and / or the level of collection of the bin using electromagnetic waves, preferably optical and / or IR and / or audio and the other the biogas detector (s) 13 analyzing the biogas emission of the contents of the container, indicator of bad smells.

Then, in step (c) the module 7 sends information on the contents and / or the filling rate of the container, to the wireless communication module 9. Similarly, the detector or detectors 13 following the step (d) ) send the biogas emission analysis to the wireless communication module 9.

Finally, according to step (e) the wireless communication module 9 will transmit to the receiving module 11 signals increasingly closer depending on the filling rate indicating the urgency of collection.

La collecte du conteneur doit être organisé soit lorsque le dispositif d'analyse 3 indique que le conteneur est plein ou presque plein, soit lorsque le dispositif d'analyse 3 indique un taux élevéThe collection of the container must be organized either when the analysis device 3 indicates that the container is full or almost full, or when the analysis device 3 indicates a high rate.
