and wherein, in particular, in addition to gravity no means are provided for bringing the post into the non-use position, in which the pivoting post is located in the plane of the bed frame of the bed (1), in an angular range (γ) of 15° to 0° relative to the horizontal position. - The hospital bed and/or treatment bed according to one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the releasable latching, clamping or retaining means (70, 71, 73) are designed to be releasable by a movement of the at least one bar (10, 20) relative to the post (40, 60).
- The hospital bed and/or treatment bed (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the operating element (30) is arranged centrally on the bar (10), such that in each case the spacing thereof from the axial ends of the bar (10) on both sides is more than a quarter of the length of the bar (10).
- The hospital bed and/or treatment bed (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the actuating direction of the operating element (30) is oriented counter to the direction of gravity so that after releasing the elements for latching or the elements for clamping, in particular, the weight forces of the bar (10) are able to be diverted via the operating element (30) into one hand of a person actuating said operating element.
- The hospital bed and/or treatment bed (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one of the bars (10, 20) is telescopable, such that the spacing of the means thereof used for the mounting relative to the post (40, 60) is able to be altered, in particular, by sliding blocks (16, 26) in order to permit preferably an oblique position of the bar relative to the post.
- A siderail (2) for mounting on a bed (1), wherein the siderail (2) comprises two posts (40, 60) for mounting on the bed (1) and at least one bar (10), preferably at least two bars (10, 20), which is/are mounted with the ends thereof via sliding guides (41) relative to the post (40, 60), wherein the siderail (2) comprises an operating element (30) which is designed to release elements for latching (70, 71) or elements for clamping the movement of both ends of the bar (10) along the sliding guides (41), via a single actuation of the operating element (30),
characterized in that
the posts (40, 60) comprise a pivotable portion as a pivoting post (40) which is pivotably mounted relative to the bed (1) by a pivot bearing (42), and
means which are able to be clamped resiliently or pneumatically or at least one motor is/are provided in order to assist a movement of the pivoting post (40) into a non-use position.
