Fig. 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Lösevorrichtung 1 mit eingesetzter Wischerplatte 2, die zu einem nicht vollständig dargestellten Moppbezughalter 3 gehört. Die Lösevorrichtung 1 weist einen Rahmen 4 auf, der einen Durchgriffsbereich 5 zu einer Seite hin begrenzt. Der Rahmen 4 ist hier als Drahtrahmen aus einem Edelstahldraht gefertigt, wobei sämtliche Ecken gerundet ausgebildet sind. Der Rahmen 4 definiert eine erste Ebene und schließt in sich eine Einführöffnung 9 ein. An dem Rahmen 4 angeordnet ist ein Anschlag 6 für die Wischerplatte 2, die hier in Eingriff mit diesem Anschlag 6 dargestellt ist. Der Anschlag 6 ragt in den Durchgriffsbereich 5 hinein, mit anderen Worten befindet er sich innerhalb desjenigen Bereichs, dem eine gedanklich nach unten verschobene Einführöffnung 9 überstreichen würde. Der Anschlag 6 weist eine Anschlagkante 13 auf und ist hier als am Rahmen 4 angeformter Drahtbügel ausgebildet. Die Anformung besteht dabei vorzugsweise aus einer Schweißung. Dieser Anschlag 6 mit Anschlagkante 13 ist in einem Mittenbereich 10 einer ersten Seite 11 des Rahmens 4 angeordnet. Die Einführöffnung 9 weist einen in etwa rechteckigen Querschnitt auf und ist somit an die rechteckige Form der Wischerplatte 2 angepasst. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite 11 ist, ebenfalls in einem Mittenbereich 10, ein Drehpunktauflagebereich 7 angeordnet, der in diesem Fall in den Rahmen 4 eingeformt ist, nämlich als eine nach unten weisende Wölbung. Gut zu erkennen ist das erfindungsgemäße Prinzip, wonach das Lösen der später noch näher erläuterten Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22, hier durch die Stielaufnahme 33 lediglich halb verdeckt dargestellt, nicht durch eine lineare Bewegung des Moppbezughalters erfolgt, sondern vielmehr durch dessen Schwenk- oder Drehbewegung um diesen Drehpunktauflagebereich 7. Hierdurch wird eine lineare nach oben gerichtete Bewegung des Mopphalters vermieden, wie sie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt ist. Vielmehr ragt der Stiel des Moppbezughalters 3 nun schräg nach oben. Bei dieser Ausführungsform sind Anschlag 6 und Drehpunktauflagebereich 7 unterhalb der Ebene und damit auch unterhalb der Einführöffnung 9 angeordnet. Dies ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich. Insbesondere könnte der Drehpunktauflagebereich 7 auch als nach oben gerichtete, in etwa umgekehrt W-förmig verlaufende, Anformung ausgebildet sein. Der Erfindung kommt es vor allen Dingen darauf an, dass Anschlag 6 und Drehpunktauflagebereich 7 in einer gemeinsamen zweiten Ebene liegen, die die erste Ebene schneidet und somit nicht parallel zu dieser ausgebildet ist. Ob einer oder beide der genannten Kontaktpunkte zu dem Moppbezughalter oberhalb oder unterhalb oder einer oberhalb und der andere unterhalb der ersten Ebene liegen, ist zunächst nicht von Belang. Fig. 1 zeigt weiterhin, dass ein zweiter Ringförmiger Draht 17 vorgesehen ist, der eine größere Einführöffnung 9' aufweist, als die des ersten ringförmigen Drahts. Beide sind zueinander parallel orientiert und mittels mehrerer Verbindungsabschnitte 30 miteinander verbunden. Diese stellen den Übergang von dem kleineren zu dem größeren ringförmigen Draht her. Figur 1 zeigt weiterhin einen ersten Kontaktbereich 14 und einen zweiten Kontaktbereich 15, die ebenfalls in den Durchgriffsbereich 5 hineinragen, jedoch weniger stark als der Anschlag 6. Diese dienen dazu, anders gestaltete, insbesondere die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten, Moppbezughalter mit dieser Vorrichtung ebenfalls lösen zu können. Wie bereits beschrieben, befindet sich der Betätigungshebel 23 der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 bereits in Eingriff mit dem Anschlag 6 bzw. dessen Anschlagkante 13. Diese Anschlagkante 13 ist deutlich länger als der Betätigungshebel 23 selber ausgebildet, um einem Benutzer auch bei ungenau eingeführtem Moppbezughalter stets ein sicheres Entriegeln der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 zu ermöglichen. The stop 6 protrudes into the penetration area 5, in other words it is located within the area that an insertion opening 9, which is thought to be shifted downward, would sweep over. The stop 6 has a stop edge 13 and is designed here as a wire bracket molded onto the frame 4. The molding preferably consists of a weld. This stop 6 with stop edge 13 is arranged in a central region 10 of a first side 11 of the frame 4. The insertion opening 9 has an approximately rectangular cross section and is therefore adapted to the rectangular shape of the wiper plate 2. On the opposite side 11, also in a central area 10, there is a pivot support area 7, which in this case is molded into the frame 4, namely as a downward-facing curvature. The principle according to the invention, according to which the release of the locking device 22, which will be explained in more detail later, shown here only half-covered by the handle receptacle 33, is clearly recognizable not by a linear movement of the mop cover holder, but rather by its pivoting or rotating movement about this pivot support area 7 This avoids a linear upward movement of the mop holder, as is known from the prior art. Rather, the handle of the mop cover holder 3 now projects obliquely upwards. In this embodiment, the stop 6 and the pivot support area 7 are arranged below the plane and thus also below the insertion opening 9. However, this is not mandatory required. The primary concern of the invention is that the stop 6 and the fulcrum support area 7 lie in a common second plane, which intersects the first plane and is therefore not formed parallel to it. It is initially irrelevant whether one or both of the abovementioned contact points to the mop cover holder are above or below or one above and the other below the first level. Fig. 1 further shows that a second annular wire 17 is provided, which has a larger insertion opening 9 'than that of the first annular wire. Both are oriented parallel to one another and connected to one another by means of a plurality of connecting sections 30. These make the transition from the smaller to the larger annular wire. Figure 1 also shows a first contact area 14 and a second contact area 15, which also protrude into the penetration area 5, but less strongly than the stop 6. These serve to solve differently designed, in particular the mop cover holder known from the prior art, with this device to be able to. Fig. 2 zeigt die im Benutzungsfall an einem Reinigungssystemwagen 31 angeordnete Lösevorrichtung 1. Zu erkennen ist, dass sich unterhalb der Lösevorrichtung 1 ein Aufnahmebehälter 32 für herabfallende Moppbezüge befindet. Anstelle des dargestellten festen Behälters kann an der Lösevorrichtung 1 auch ein flexibler Behälter wie beispielsweise ein Wäschesack angehängt sein. Zu erkennen ist, dass die Verbindungsabschnitte 30 auf einem Holm des Reinigungssystemwagens 31 aufliegen, was durch die konische Form der Vorrichtung ermöglicht wird. Anformungen 16 dienen zum einen zum Befestigen eines solchen lösbaren Aufnahmebehälters als auch dazu, die Vorrichtung auf dem Holm weiter abzustützen bzw. an diesen anzuliegen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösevorrichtung 1 kann von einem Benutzer nur nach oben von dem Reinigungssystemwagen 31 entnommen werden, was deren unbeabsichtigtes Entfernen oder Verrutschen verhindert. Gleichzeitig sind keinerlei Befestigungsmittel erforderlich, um die erfindungsgemäße Lösevorrichtung 1 an dem Systemwagen 31 zu befestigen. Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Moppbezughalters mit arretierten Flügeln. Dargestellt ist nicht ein vollständiger Moppbezughalter 3, lediglich dessen Wischerplatte 2 mit zwei gleich dimensionierten klappbaren Flügeln 21, einer Gelenkverbindung 19 einem Betätigungshebel 23 sowie einer Stielaufnahme 33, in der ein nicht dargestellter Stiel aufgenommen wird, sind dargestellt. Zu erkennen ist, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 zwischen beiden Flügeln 21 vor der Gelenkverbindung 19, mithin an einer vorderen Kante 24, angeordnet und dort betätigbar ist. Der Erfindung kommt es insbesondere auf die Betätigbarkeit der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 an, diese kann prinzipiell auch an anderer Stelle angeordnet sein, solange sie nur von dieser Seite des Moppbezughalters an dieser Stelle betätigbar ist. Wie zu den anderen Figuren noch näher erläutert werden wird, hat das Mittelteil 29 eine konstruktiv wichtige Stellung innerhalb des erfindungsgemäßen Moppbezughalters 3. Fig. 3 zeigt die beiden klappbaren Flügel 21 in arretierter Stellung. Diese sind mit je zwei Drehachsen 34 an dem Mittelteil 29 drehbar gelagert. Das Mittelteil 29 bietet zunächst mit der Halterung 35 eine wischerplattenseitige Halterung für die Gelenkverbindung 19, die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 ist ebenfalls an dieser Halterung 35 angeordnet und drehbar mit dieser verbunden. Gleiches gilt für den Betätigungshebel 23. Die Flügel 21 weisen auf ihrer zur Mittelteil 29 weisenden Seite eine im Querschnitt etwa V-förmige Aufwölbung 36 auf. Fig. 3 shows the two folding wings 21 in the locked position. These are each rotatably mounted on the central part 29 with two axes of rotation 34. The middle part 29 initially offers with the holder 35 a wiper plate-side holder for the articulated connection 19, the locking device 22 is also on this holder 35 arranged and rotatably connected to this. The same applies to the actuating lever 23. The wings 21 have on their side facing the central part 29 an approximately V-shaped bulge 36 in cross section.

Fig. 4 zeigt den Zustand des erfindungsgemäßen Moppbezughalters 3 während des Lösevorgangs. Zu erkennen ist, dass der Betätigungshebel 23 nach unten, in Richtung auf die Flügel 21 verschwenkt wurde. Diese sind hier durch eine Drehbewegung um die Drehachse 37 außer Eingriff gebracht worden, mit den in Figur 5 besser zu erkennenden Gegenelementen 26 der klappbaren Flügel 21. Diese sind bereits ein wenig aus der durch das Mittelteil 29 definierten Ebene heraus verschwenkt, die Aufwölbungen 36 sind angehoben. Auf dem linken Flügel 21 ist die Abstützfläche 28 der Aufwölbung 36 zu erkennen, auch die des rechten Flügels 21. Zu erkennen ist weiter eine Ausnehmung 38 in der Aufwölbung 36, die ein Gegenelement 26 zur Verfügung stellt, nämlich eine Anschlagfläche 27. Auf diese Anschlagfläche 27 wirkt von oben das Formschlusselement 25 der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 22 ein, wie insbesondere Fig. 3 , rechter Flügel, zu entnehmen ist. Fig. 5 zeigt auch die Vorsprünge 41 und 42, die beide unter die Ebene 40 des Flügels 21 ragend endend sind und von denen zumindest der erste bevorzugt in einem Winkel ungleich 90° weg weisend ist. Der zweite Vorsprung 42 ist in etwa orthogonal zum ersten Vorsprung 41 verlaufend und gebildet durch einen Abschnitt in der Gegenfläche, des Verriegelungsmechanismus des Flügels 21. Es ist dies derjenige Abschnitt des rechts dargestellten Flügels im Bereich von dessen Gegenelement 26 der etwa in der Mitte derjenigen Schmalseite des Flügels 21 befindlich ist, die in Richtung des Mittelteils 29 zeigt und die unter dem Haltesteg für die Gelenkverbindung 19 in Richtung der zentralen Öffnung des Mittelteils 29 weist. Die Vorsprünge 41 sind hier als Sicken dargestellt, können erfindungsgemäß aber auch einfach freigestellte Umbiegungen sein. Vorsprung 42 ist in jedem Fall eine solche Umbiegung. This is the section of the wing shown on the right in the area of its counter element 26 which is located approximately in the middle of the narrow side of the wing 21 which points in the direction of the central part 29 and which points under the retaining web for the articulated connection 19 in the direction of the central opening of the central part 29. The projections 41 are shown here as beads, but according to the invention can also be simply free bends. In any case, projection 42 is such a bend.

Claims (16)

  1. A releasing device (1) for temporarily lockable wiper plates (2) of a mop cover holder (3), having a frame (4) with a pass-through area (5) defining a first plane and enabling the insertion of a mop cover holder (3), and having a stop (6) arranged on the frame (4) for the wiper plates (2), wherein the releasing device furthermore has a pivot point support area (7) arranged on the frame (4) and enabling the support of a handle arranged on the mop cover holder (3), wherein the stop (6) and the pivot point support area (7) are located in a second plane which intersects the first plane, characterized in that the stop (6) protrudes into the pass-through area (5) and lies within an area which is covered by an opening area of an insert opening (9) of the pass-through area (5) as said opening area is imagined to be moved vertically in an upward or downward motion.
  2. The releasing device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the frame (4) is formed by a ring-shaped wire (8), which preferably is designed in a rectangular shape with rounded corners, wherein the frame (4) forms and surrounds an insert opening (9) of the pass-through area (5).
  3. The releasing device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stop (6) and the pivot point support area (7) are arranged below the insert opening (9) when in their operational position.
  4. The releasing device (1) according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the stop (6) has a stopping edge (13) extending parallel to the first plane.
  5. The releasing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot point support area (7) is formed in the wire (8) and the stop (6) is formed on the wire (8), and/or wherein they are arranged in a respective centre portion (10) of two opposite sides (11) of the ring-shaped wire (8).
  6. The releasing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a first contact area (14) and a second contact area (15) are formed on the ring-shaped wire (8), wherein the stop (6) is arranged between the first contact area (14) and the second contact area (15).
  7. The releasing device (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the first and second contact areas (14, 15) have a different vertical and horizontal spacing to the pivot point (7) than does the stop (6).
  8. The releasing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a second ring-shaped wire (17) which is arranged in a plane located at a distance to the first ring-shaped wire (8) and is designed such that it is connected with the latter, wherein the second ring-shaped wire (17) has a different, in particular a greater, diameter (18) than does the first.
  9. The releasing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has mouldings (16) for temporarily connecting a receptacle for used mop covers.
  10. A system for at least one releasing device (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9 and at least one mop cover holder, said mop cover holder (3) having a handle mount (33), a wiper plate (2), and a hinge joint (19) arranged between the handle mount (33) and the wiper plate (2), wherein the wiper plate (2) has two lockable, foldable wings (21), wherein a locking device (22) acting upon the wings (21) is provided, wherein the wings (21) are designed to be of identical dimensions and the locking device (22) is arranged between the two wings (21) in the area of a the hinge joint (19) at the front edge (24) of the wiper plate (2) and is designed such that it can be fully actuated from this edge (24).
  11. The system according to Claim 10, characterized in that the locking device (22) acts upon both wings (21) and has a swivelling actuator lever (23), in particular an actuator lever (23) which can swivel away from the hinge joint (19).
  12. The system according to Claim 11, characterized in that the actuator lever (23) acts upon at least one positive-locking element (25), wherein the at least one positive-locking element (25) locks counter elements (26) on the side where the wings are located.
  13. The system according to Claim 12, characterized in that the positive-locking element (25) and the counter element (26) on the side where the wings are located have stop surfaces (27) that face each other.
  14. The system according to Claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the counter element (26) has support surfaces (28), wherein the support surfaces (28) rest on a centre portion (29) of the wiper plate (2) and wherein the centre portion (29) supports the hinge joint (19) and the actuator lever (23).
  15. The system according to any one of Claims 10 to 14, characterized in that at least one protrusion (41) is arranged on a wing (21), wherein this protrusion (41) points away from a plane (40) defined by the wing (21) at an angle other than 90°.
  16. The system according to Claim 15, characterized in that another protrusion (42) is provided, which extends approximately orthogonally to the first protrusion (41).
