Claims (13)

  1. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10), umfassend eine Rückenlehne (44), einen Sitz (36), eine Tragstruktur (28) zum Tragen der Rückenlehne (44) und des Sitzes (36) und eine Basisabstützung (12), wobei die Tragstruktur (28) relativ zur Basisabstützung (12) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und der Sitz (36) und die Rückenlehne (44) jeweils relativ zur Tragstruktur (28) schwenkbar gelagert sind, um der Tragstruktur (28), dem Sitz (36) und der Rückenlehne (44) zu ermöglichen, jeweils in einem vorbestimmten Bereich zu schwenken, um dem Stuhl (10) zu ermöglichen, sich in eine und aus einer zurückgelehnten Position zu bewegen, wobei der Sitz (36) in seinem vorbestimmten Bereich relativ zur Tragstruktur (28) unabhängig von einer Neigung der Tragstruktur (28) relativ zur Basisabstützung (12) frei schwenkbar ist, und wobei die Rückenlehne (44) in ihrem vorbestimmten Bereich relativ zur Tragstruktur (28) unabhängig von einer Neigung der Tragstruktur (28) relativ zur Basisabstützung (12) frei schwenkbar ist.
  2. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend einen Sitzschwenkmechanismus, welcher dem Sitz (36) ermöglicht, um einen Schwenkpunkt und relativ zur Basisabstützung (12) zu schwenken, sodass der Sitz (36) zwischen einer ersten Begrenzung in einer ersten Richtung und einer zweiten Begrenzung in einer zweiten entgegengesetzten Richtung schwenkbar ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Begrenzung den vorbestimmten Bereich des Sitzes (36) definieren.
  3. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Sitzschwenkmechanismus eine Komponente zur Regulierung oder Dämpfung der Bewegung und des Zurückkehrens des Sitzes (36) während des Schwenkens umfasst.
  4. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Sitz von einer neutralen Position bei 0° bis zur ersten Begrenzung bei etwa +5° und bis zur zweiten Begrenzung bei etwa -5° schwenkbar ist.
  5. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Rückenlehnenschwenkmechanismus, welcher der Rücklehne (44) ermöglicht, um einen Schwenkpunkt relativ zur Tragstruktur (28) zu schwenken, sodass die Rückenlehne (44) zwischen einer ersten Begrenzung in einer ersten Richtung und einer zweiten Begrenzung in einer zweiten entgegengesetzten Richtung schwenkbar ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Begrenzung den vorbestimmten Bereich der Rückenlehne (44) definieren.
  6. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Rückenlehnenschwenkmechanismus eine Komponente zur Regulierung oder Dämpfung der Bewegung und des Zurückkehrens der Rückenlehne (44) während des Schwenkens umfasst.
  7. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die Rückenlehne (44) von einer neutralen Position bis zur ersten Begrenzung bei etwa -12° schwenkbar ist.
  8. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Schwenkmechanismus, welcher der Tragstruktur (28) ermöglicht, um einen Schwenkpunkt relativ zur Basisabstützung (12) zu schwenken, sodass die Tragstruktur (28) zwischen einer ersten Begrenzung in einer ersten Richtung und einer zweiten Begrenzung in einer zweiten entgegengesetzten Richtung schwenkbar ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Begrenzung den vorbestimmten Bereich der Tragstruktur (28) definieren.
  9. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Schwenkmechanismus eine Komponente zur Regulierung oder Dämpfung der Bewegung und des Zurückkehrens der Rückenlehne (44) während des Schwenkens umfasst.
  10. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 3, 6 oder 9, wobei die Komponente eine vorgespannte oder elastisch verformbare Komponente ist oder umfasst, welche verformbar ist, wenn die Rückenlehne (44) in einer oder in jeder Richtung geschwenkt wird.
  11. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Komponente ein Federstahlglied, eine Feder, ein elastomeres Glied oder ein hydraulisches Dämpfungsmittel ist oder umfasst.
  12. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei die erste und die zweite Begrenzung durch einen oder mehreren Puffer (70, 72) definiert sind, welche innerhalb des Schwenkmechanismus bereitgestellt sind.
  13. Zentralsäule-Bürostuhl (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei die Tragstruktur (28) von einer neutralen Position bis zu einer ersten Begrenzung bei etwa -9° schwenkbar ist.
