Description

The invention relates to an air distribution device for a ventilation system of a building.

Ventilation systems for buildings are known from the prior art. They serve to ventilate buildings or their parts, that is, on the one hand to supply fresh air and on the other hand to dissipate used exhaust air. Air ducts are used for this purpose, through which the building supply air or the building exhaust air are led in separate individual ducts.

Air distribution devices are used to distribute fresh air or exhaust air to different air ducts of the ventilation system. Depending on the number and orientation of the air ducts to be combined with each other, appropriately designed air distribution devices are provided.

Although the known from the prior art air distribution devices have proven in everyday practical use, there is room for improvement, especially with regard to a simplified handling especially for assembly or disassembly purposes.

HU183857 discloses an air distribution device according to the preamble of claim 1. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a novel air distribution device that allows it thanks to their conceptual design to ensure a simplified assembly and disassembly.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes an air distribution device for a ventilation system of a building, having a housing, the housing outside two, preferably three, more preferably four double connections for the fluidic connection in each case an air duct and / or -rohrs, wherein the housing in its inner air distribution channels provides the fluidically separated from each other in each case all the first and all second individual connections of the double connections fluidly connect with each other.

The air distribution device according to the invention has a housing. This provides the housing outside double connections, each double connection two individual connections are provided. In this case, a first single connection per double connection is provided for a first medium and a second individual connection per double connection for a second medium. For example, the first medium may be fresh air and the second medium may be exhaust air.

The housing of the air distribution device according to the invention has at least two such double connections, which it is allowed to connect two air ducts to the housing, each air duct two individual channels are provided, namely a fresh air duct on the one hand and an exhaust duct on the other. Preferably, however, the housing has three or more, for example, four double connections, which according to the number of double connections correspondingly many air ducts can be connected to the housing of the air distribution device according to the invention. In the case of preferably four double connections provided four air ducts can be fluidly coupled to the housing of the air distribution device according to the invention.

The housing provides air distribution channels inside. These are fluidically separated from each other and connect each first and all second individual connections of the double connections fluidly with each other. Thus, all the first individual connections of the double connections via a first air distribution channel and all second individual connections of the double connections via a second air distribution channel fluidly coupled together, the first and second Luftverteilkanal are in turn fluidly decoupled from each other, so there is no fluidic connection between the first and second Luftverteilkanal.

The above-described construction makes it possible in an advantageous manner to be able to use the air distribution device universally. It can be connected to the housing of the air distribution device according to the type and orientation different air ducts, so that it is no longer required in contrast to the prior art, vorzuhalten a specially provided for this air distribution device depending on the connection constellation. The air distribution device according to the invention can be used equally for the connection constellations occurring in the application case, which considerably simplifies assembly and disassembly work. In addition, in contrast to the prior art, a plurality of differently designed air distribution devices need not be provided. Warehousing and provision is also simplified.

  • vertikal → vertikal
  • vertikal → horizontal nach rechts
  • vertikal → horizontal nach links
The air distribution device according to the invention makes it possible to redirect one or two air streams simultaneously in several directions and indeed according to the respective installation situation on site. In preferably four double connections, an air flow deflection can take place in four directions, wherein a deflection of two air streams can take place simultaneously. The following air flow deflections are conceivable, for example:
  • horizontal → horizontal to the right
  • horizontal → horizontal to the left
  • horizontal → vertical upward
  • horizontal → vertical down
  • vertical → vertical
  • vertical → horizontal to the right
  • vertical → horizontal to the left

It is in this context according to a further feature of the invention preferably provided that the housing is cuboid and has six housing outer sides, of which two sides, preferably three sides, more preferably four sides each provide a double connection. In this case, preferably two horizontally oriented housing outer sides and two vertically aligned housing outer sides are each equipped with a double connection.

The air distribution device is characterized according to a further feature of the invention by a sealing plug, which serves the airtight seal of a single connection or a double connection. Such a closure plug is used when in the intended use case not all individual or double connections of the air distribution device are connected to an air duct. The extent not used Einzelbeziehungsweise double connections are then airtight to close by means of appropriate plugs.

According to a further feature of the invention, an adapter element is provided. This serves to connect an otherwise not connection-compatible air duct to a single connection or to a double connection. In this case, the adapter element serves, in particular, to be able to couple in a functional manner with an air distribution device according to the invention instead of an air duct, also in cross section, round air ducts or pipes. Advantageously, the air distribution device according to the invention is thus not limited to use in combination with air ducts. Particularly in the case of a possible retrofitting of existing ventilation systems, this embodiment is advantageous.

Air duct channel combinable channel sections and an air distribution device of the type described above, wherein the channel sections and the air distribution device are formed fluidically connected to each other.

The channel system according to the invention has channel sections on the one hand and air distribution devices of the type described above on the other. These can be connected to one another according to the modular principle with each other to a channel system with each other fluidly. In the final assembled state, a plurality of duct sections form an air duct. These can be fluidly combined with one another via an air distribution device of the type described above, the air distribution device of the type according to the invention allowing up to four air ducts to be fluidically coupled to each other at a crossing point. Starting from an air duct, an air distribution to three further air ducts can be provided.

The channel sections each provide two individual channels. In this case, one of the individual channels of the guide is preferably used by fresh air and the other single channel of the guide preferably of exhaust air. The air guiding device according to the invention provides separate air distribution ducts on the inside of the housing, so that a separate deflection of fresh air on the one hand and exhaust air on the other hand is reliably ensured. An unwanted mixing of the fresh air on the one hand and exhaust air on the other hand within the air distribution device according to the invention is certainly excluded.

"Baukastensystem" im Sinne der Erfindung meint im Übrigen, dass die einzelnen zum System gehörenden Bauteile, wie zum Beispiel die Kanalabschnitte und/oder die Luftverteileinrichtungen wahlweise und in Abhängigkeit von den Einbaubedingungen vor Ort miteinander zu einer Belüftungsanlage kombiniert werden können."Modular system" in the context of the invention means, moreover, that the individual components belonging to the system, such as the duct sections and / or the air distribution devices can be combined optionally and depending on the installation conditions on site together to form a ventilation system.

According to a further feature of the invention it is provided that the channel system comprises sealing plugs which are formed corresponding to individual connections or double connections provided by the air distribution device. By means of these plugs that are not required in the intended use case individual connections or double connections can be fluidly sealed, that is closed.

According to a further feature of the invention, the system further has connection adapters. These connection adapters are used instead of the channel sections in their geometric configuration also differently shaped air ducts or pipes to connect to the air distribution device fluidly.

Incidentally, the advantages already explained above with reference to the air distribution device according to the invention also to the same extent apply to the channel system proposed by the invention.

The air distribution channels 6 and 7 are formed fluidically separated from each other. They each connect all the first and all second individual ports 4 and 5 of the double ports 3 fluidically with each other. It is provided according to the embodiment shown that the individual terminals 4 of the double terminals 3 are coupled to each other fluidly by means of the air distribution channel 6, while the individual terminals 5 of the double terminals 3 are fluidly connected to each other via the air distribution channel 7.

In the intended use case, the inventive air distribution device 1 connects at least two air ducts 11 with each other, wherein each air duct two individual channels are provided. These individual channels are connected to one another via the individual connections 4 and 5 provided for each double connection 3. In this case, a single channel is used, for example, the air supply and the other single channel of air discharge.

  • Fig. 4a) horizontale Umlenkung nach links beziehungsweise rechts
  • Fig. 4b) vertikale Umlenkung nach oben
  • Fig. 4c) vertikale Umlenkung nach unten
The air distribution device according to the invention can be used universally, that is for a plurality of different connection constellations. This results from a synopsis of FIGS. 4a to 4e , each representing different connection constellations with respect to the connection of two not shown in the figures air ducts 11. In this case, the flow of a first medium I (for example, supply air) and a second medium II (for example, exhaust air) is represented by the respective arrows. In detail, the figures show:
  • Fig. 4a ) horizontal deflection to the left or right
  • Fig. 4b ) vertical deflection upwards
  • Fig. 4c vertical deflection down
  • Fig. 4d vertical deflection upwards from horizontal right
  • Fig. 4e vertical deflection down from horizontal right.

The FIGS. 4a to 4e show only exemplary constellations. Of course, further connection constellations are possible, which are not shown in the figures. Of essential importance to the invention, however, is that the air distribution device according to the invention is due to its structural design to allow a plurality of different connection constellations, so that in contrast to the prior art in an advantageous manner is no longer necessary to provide each constellation own air distribution.

Es ist dabei bevorzugt, dass die Einzelanschlüsse 4 und 5 jeweils identisch zueinander ausgebildet sind, womit auch die Verschlussstopfen 8 unabhängig vom jeweiligen Einzelanschluss 4 beziehungsweise 5 in identischer Weise ausgebildet sein könnendIn the intended use case not connected to an air duct 11 single or double ports of the air distribution device 1 are airtight to close, for which purpose corresponding plug 8 are used, as in Fig. 5 shown. The sealing plugs 8 are to be introduced in the direction of the arrows 9 into the respectively associated individual connections 4 and 5, wherein in the latched state, as shown in FIG Fig. 6 is shown in a detailed view, an airtight closure of the respective terminals 4 and 5 is reached. It is preferred that the individual terminals 4 and 5 are each formed identically to each other, whereby also the sealing plug 8 independently of the respective individual terminal 4 or 5 can be designed in an identical manner

For an airtight closure of a single port 4 or 5, each closure plug 8 is equipped with a sealing ring 10, wherein it is preferred to provide each sealing plug 8 three such sealing rings 10, which are spaced apart in the height direction different connection paragraphs of the sealing plug 8, as in particular from according to the illustration Fig. 6 results.

Fig. 7 lässt ein erfindungsgemäßes Kanalsystem erkennen. Fig. 7 lets recognize a channel system according to the invention. This has a plurality of channel sections 12, which form an air duct 11 in the final assembled state. Individual air ducts 11 can flow through an air distribution device according to the invention in the manner already described above be combined with each other. The air distribution device 1 according to the invention also allows the connection of, for example, air guide tubes 14, for which purpose adapter elements 13 are used, which are formed on the one hand corresponding to the individual ports 4 and 5 of an air distribution device 1 and on the other hand corresponding to the air guide tubes 14. In the final assembled state, the air ducts 11 are connected to a ventilation system 15, introduced via the fresh air into the individual air ducts 11 and exhaust air can be discharged from the air ducts 11.
