Claims (14)
- Elektrische Verbinderanordnung, die aufweist:einen Steckverbinder, der aufweist:ein Steckverbindergehäuse (10); undeine sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20), die an der Außenseite des Steckverbindergehäuses (10) angeordnet ist derart, dass sie zwischen einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Zwischenraum zwischen dem Steckverbindergehäuse (10) und der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der offenen Position offen ist; undwobei der Zwischenraum durch die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der geschlossenen Position abgedeckt ist;wobei der Zwischenraum von zumindest zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Anordnung durch Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) abgedeckt ist, die sich von dem Steckverbindergehäuse (10) zu der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der offenen Position erstrecken;wobei die Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) derart ausgebildet sind, dass das Überlappungsausmaß zunimmt, wenn die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in die geschlossene Position bewegt wird.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Plattenelement (15a, 15b, 15c) zumindest teilweise mit dem Steckverbindergehäuse (10) oder der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) überlappt, wenn die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der geschlossenen Position ist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes Plattenelement (15a, 15b, 15c) ein integraler Teil entweder des Steckverbindergehäuses (10) oder der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) ist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) und/oder das Steckverbindergehäuse (10) entsprechende Aussparungsmittel (21a, 21b, 21c) aufweisen, die ausgebildet sind zum Aufnehmen des entsprechenden Plattenelements (15a, 15b, 15c), wenn die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der geschlossenen Position ist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die Aussparungsmittel (21a, 21b, 21c) ausgebildet sind zum teilweisen Aufnehmen des entsprechenden Plattenelements (15a, 15b, 15c), wenn die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in dem offenen Zustand ist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß den Ansprüchen 4 - 5, wobei die Aussparungsmittel (21a, 21b, 21c) und die jeweiligen Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) Paare von parallelen Teilen bilden.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich zumindest eines der Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) von einem Umfang des Steckverbindergehäuses (10) zu einem Umfang der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der offenen Position erstreckt.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anordnung zumindest drei Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um den Zwischenraum von zumindest drei verschiedenen Seiten der Anordnung abzudecken, oder
wobei die Anordnung zumindest vier Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um den Zwischenraum von zumindest vier verschiedenen Seiten der Anordnung abzudecken. - Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest eines der Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) eine Dicke in dem Bereich von 0,1 bis 1,5 mm hat, vorzugsweise in dem Bereich von 0,3 bis 1,0 mm, und wobei am meisten bevorzugt zumindest eines der Plattenelemente (15a, 15b, 15c) eine Dicke von etwa 0,5 mm hat.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Steckverbindergehäuse (10) ein Haltemittel (16) aufweist, das ausgebildet ist, um mit der sekundären Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der offenen Position in Eingriff zu sein, wobei insbesondere die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) ein Vorsprungsmittel (26) aufweist, das ausgebildet ist zum Interagieren mit dem Haltemittel (16) des Steckverbindergehäuses (10) derart, dass die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der offenen Position bleibt.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Steckverbindergehäuse (10) aus zumindest drei verschiedenen Teilen besteht, von denen jedes entsprechende Befestigungsmittel aufweist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Steckverbindergehäuse (10) ein Blockiermittel (18) aufweist, das ausgebildet ist zum Vorsehen einer Anschlusspositionssicherung (TPA - terminal position assurance), wenn die Anordnung vollständig zusammengebaut ist.
- Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Steckverbindergehäuse (10) einen Steckteil (12) aufweist, der zumindest zwei Rastarme (13a, 13b) zum Einrasten mit entsprechenden Rastmitteln eines entsprechenden Gegenverbinders aufweist, und wobei die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) Blockierschenkel (24a, 24b, 24c, 24d) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind zum Blockieren einer Freigabebewegung der Verriegelungsarme (13a, 13b), wenn die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) in der geschlossenen Position ist und der Steckverbinder vollständig mit dem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder gekoppelt ist, und
wobei die sekundäre Verriegelungsvorrichtung (20) nur von der offenen Position in die geschlossene Position bewegt werden kann, wenn der Steckverbinder vollständig mit dem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder gekoppelt ist. - Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Steckverbinder ein 180° Steckverbinder ist.
