The base leg and the holding leg can be made in one piece.

The retaining leg comprises two elongate integral retaining grooves for receiving in each case one end section of a respective Abschalelementes. These integral retaining grooves each have an extension direction parallel to an extension direction of the retaining leg. The integral retaining grooves each define an associated shuttering element direction perpendicular to its direction of extent. The terms "extension" and "direction of extension" are used in this document - unless in individual cases deviating defined - basically to be understood as longitudinal extension or longitudinal direction.

Bretter. In use, the end portions of the Abschalelemente are inserted or inserted into the retaining grooves. The associated Abschalelement-direction is then the direction of extension of the Abschalelements. For elongated Abschalelemente, in particular Abschalbretter, the Abschalelement direction corresponds to the longitudinal direction or extension direction of the elements or boards.

The integral retaining grooves form integral parts of the retaining leg, so are integrally formed on the holding leg or molded. In some embodiments of the bracket, the shutter member directions defined by the integral retaining grooves are orthogonal to the extension direction of the base leg. If the integral holding grooves, as described above, are additionally set up for aligned alignment of the respective shut-off elements, the two shut-off elements together with the base leg form a T-shape in the top view during use.

In some embodiments, the holding leg comprises a holding element with along its extension direction H-shaped cross section with two outer webs and a central web. The integral retaining grooves are formed by the two concave inner spaces, the retaining element, separated from the central web. The retaining element is an integral part of the retaining limb pointing away from the base limb.

In some of these embodiments, the outer webs form a right angle with the base leg. Accordingly, the Abschalelement directions are also perpendicular to the extension direction of the base leg. The holding element is preferably symmetrical with respect to a central axis of the base leg. According to the invention, the retaining leg comprises connecting elements, latching elements or snap elements in the form of holes, for producing a rigid connection with a separate retaining rail. The connecting elements of the retaining leg are designed to connect the retaining leg and the retaining rail in at least two alternative, mutually parallel positions. According to the invention, the bracket further comprises a structurally separate from the base leg and holding leg retaining rail. The retaining rail comprises an elongated separate retaining groove. Furthermore, the retaining rail comprises connecting elements, in particular locking elements or snap elements. These connecting elements of the retaining rail correspond to the connecting elements of the retaining leg and are designed for producing a rigid connection with the retaining leg.

In such embodiments with a separate retaining rail, the retaining bracket is accordingly (at least) two-piece and consists (at least) of a base angle in the form of a retaining bracket as described above and the additional retaining rail. As will be shown in more detail below, but also several retaining rails may be present.

The connecting elements of the retaining leg and the retaining rail attach in the connected state, the orientation of the retaining rail with respect to the retaining leg. Thus, the connecting elements of the retaining rail can be formed by protruding from a base of the retaining rail locking lugs and the connecting elements of the retaining leg by corresponding transverse bores or holes in the retaining leg, wherein a positive connection is formed by the locking.

WEGE ZUR AUSFÃœHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, exemplary ways of carrying out the invention will be described with reference to the figures. In the figures, for reasons of clarity, multiply existing elements are referenced only once.

Relative location and directional indications used in the following description, such as "top", "bottom", "left", "right", refer to the figures and are for guidance only.

The following is first on the FIGS. 1 a, 1 b Reference is made, which a bracket 1 in a side view ( FIG. 1a ) as well as a supervision ( FIG. 1b ) demonstrate. The bracket 1 has a base leg 10 and a right leg 10 to the base leg holding leg 11. The base leg 10 and the holding leg 11 are integrally formed. In its typical position in the application, the bracket is 1 - as in FIG. 1a shown - oriented so that the base leg 10 is aligned horizontally and the holding leg 11 points vertically upwards. Other orientations are also possible. Thus, the base leg 10 depending on the application in particular vertically and the retaining legs 11 may be aligned horizontally accordingly. The bracket 1 is designed as a plastic injection molded part.

The base leg 10 has a basically flat underside 100, which in use a substrate - usually a casing - facing, on which the base leg 10 of the bracket 1 is mounted. However, the bottom 100 is not over the entire surface on the ground. From the bottom 100 protrude down a series of transverse webs 104, which serve as a spacer for resting on the Serve underground. Thus, in the assembled state, the underside 100 - apart from the transverse webs 104 - at a distance from the ground, which reduces the optical visibility of the remaining concrete in the bracket 1 in a desired manner.

For mounting on the ground a number of example 5 continuous mounting holes 101 is present, by means of which the base leg 10 is nailed. For reasons of stability, the base leg 10 has a longitudinal rib 102 and a series of struts 103.

The holding leg 11 has a first part 110 and a second part 111 connected to the first part 110, wherein the first part 110 and the second part 111 have a common longitudinal direction or parallel longitudinal directions. The second part 111 represents a holding element. The first part 110 is a hollow profile of exemplary square cross-section. The second part 111 has an H-shaped cross section. A first outer web 110a is in this case together with a wall of the first part 110. A second outer web 111b is parallel to the first outer web 110a, wherein the two outer webs 110a, 111b are connected by a central web 111a. Between the outer webs 110a, 111b, this results in two concave inner spaces separated by the central web 111a, which constitute integral retaining grooves 112a, 112b.

Die beiden integralen Haltenuten 112a, 112b definieren einander entgegengerichtete Abschalelement-Richtungen A, A' rechtwinklig zu ihrer Längsachse sowie rechtwinklig zum Schenkel 111a.The two integral retaining grooves 112a, 112b define mutually opposed Abschalelement-directions A, A 'at right angles to its longitudinal axis and at right angles to the leg 111a.

The first part 110 of the retaining leg 11 also has an optional length scale 114, which facilitates cutting the retaining leg 11 to a length required in the respective application.

The following is in addition to Figure 1c Reference is made showing the bracket 1 in a view "from the left", with a view along the longitudinal direction of the base leg 10. The outer web 111 b has a series of connecting elements in the form of two along its longitudinal direction aligned and mutually parallel rows of holes with holes 113 a, 113 b, wherein the holes 113 a, 113 b form negative locking elements, as dargstellt below.

In a holding leg 11 facing part of the base leg 10 is also an open-front optional optional hole 115 incorporated with Dywidag thread.

FIG. 2 represents the above-described bracket 1 complementarily in a perspective view, wherein the mounting holes 101 are not shown.

The following is in addition to the FIGS. 3a, 3b, 3c Reference is made, which shows a holding machine 2 in three mutually orthogonal views.

The holding machine 2 is formed by a preferably made of plastic U-profile. The holding line 2 has parallel side walls 20 and a rear wall 21 perpendicular to the side walls 20. Together, the side walls 20 and the rear wall 21 define a separate retaining groove 22. The retaining groove 22 defines a Abschalelementrichtung B parallel to the side walls 20 and perpendicular to the rear wall 21st

On its outer side, ie pointing away from the separate retaining groove 22, the rear wall 21 has a series of positive locking elements 23 and locking lugs, which for Forming a latching or snap connection in cooperation with the negative latching elements, so alternatively the holes 113a or 113b are designed.

The following is in addition to FIG. 4 Referenced. FIG. 4 shows a further bracket, which is the bracket 1 as described above and the mounting bracket 2 mounted on the bracket 1 or formed.

In this case, the additional bracket 1 and the holding machine 2 are connected such that the detents 23 are latched to the holes 113b. Accordingly, the separate retaining groove 22 away from the base leg 10 and the longitudinal extension of the retaining leg 11 with the integral retaining grooves 112a, 112b is parallel to the longitudinal extension of the separate retaining rail 2 with the separate retaining groove 22. The arrangement of a plurality of holes 113b and locking lugs 23 is the Orientation of the holding machine 2 to the holding leg 11 firmly defined.

Instead of with the holes 113b, the locking lugs 23 could be locked in the same way with the holes 113a, resulting in a positioning of the holding machine 2, which for in FIG. 4 shown positioning is parallel. In both cases, the retaining rail 2 and separate retaining groove 22 in the top view (along the retaining leg 11) on an offset to the extension direction of the base leg 10.
