Claims (8)

  1. A device (1) for monitoring an emergency device in a rail vehicle, comprising:
    - at least one emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31);
    - at least one monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33);
    - a vehicle control unit (15) of the rail vehicle; and
    - a signal transmission device (12, 13, 14, 34, 35, 37), by way of which the monitoring device is coupled to the vehicle control unit and by which a signal can be transmitted from the monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33) to the vehicle control unit (15),
    characterized in that
    the monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33) is configured to monitor as to whether a cover or storage device for the emergency device is being/was actuated,
    the device comprises a signaling device (17, 20, 21), which is configured to signal whether the cover or storage device for the emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) is being/was actuated,
    the emergency device is an emergency hammer (2, 3), a fire extinguisher (4), a first aid kit, an emergency ladder, or a smoke or respirator mask (30, 31),
    the monitoring device is a switch or a sensor, and
    the emergency device can be located on-site in the rail vehicle, and
    the device comprising an image recording device (23, 24), which is assigned to the emergency device and which is configured to record an image or a video of the emergency device when this is being actuated or removed.
  2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the at least one emergency device is determinable according to the kind thereof.
  3. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the signaling device (17) is configured to output a signal to the driver of the rail vehicle.
  4. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the signaling device (20) is configured to output a signal to a control center or an emergency alarm center.
  5. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the device comprises a fire alarm unit (27), the signal of which is integratable into the device.
  6. A rail vehicle, comprising a device according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
  7. A method for monitoring an emergency device in a rail vehicle, comprising:
    - monitoring at least one emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) by way of a monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33); and
    - transmitting a signal from the monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33) to a vehicle control unit (15) of the rail vehicle,
    characterized in that
    during the monitoring of the emergency device, a cover or storage device for the emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) is being monitored with respect to the actuation thereof,
    the signal is transmitted from the monitoring device (5, 7, 11, 32, 33) to the vehicle control unit (15) when the cover or storage device for the emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) is being actuated,
    a signal is transmitted from the vehicle control unit (15) to a signaling device (17, 20, 21),
    it is signaled that the cover or storage device for the emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) is being actuated,
    the emergency device being an emergency hammer (2, 3), a fire extinguisher (4), a first aid kit, an emergency ladder, or a smoke or respirator mask (30, 31), and
    the monitoring device being a switch or a sensor, and
    the emergency device being located on-site in the rail vehicle, and
    with an image recording device (23, 24), which is assigned to the emergency device an image or a video of the emergency device is recorded when this is being actuated or removed.
  8. The method according to claim 7, comprising:
    - signaling to a control center or an emergency alarm center that the emergency device (2, 3, 4, 30, 31) is being removed.
