Once the painted cylinder (T) is released over the movable conveyor (M), the first stopper member (6a) is moved and split from the cylinder (T).
  • the cylinder painting system (S) also comprises at least a first sensor (5a) which controls whether the painted cylinder (T) (or cylinders (T)) has passed the first stopper (6a) or not, and transmits data (for example, the number of cylinders (T) that have passed) to the said controlling unit (3).
  • the first stopper (6a) restores its original position and stops the first unpainted cylinder (T), thereby aligning it with respect to the displacement unit (H).
  • the said cylinder painting system (S) comprises at least a second stopper (6b) which is controlled by the controlling unit (3) for preventing the movement of a further cylinder (T), once at least a cylinder (T) is gripped by the displacement unit (H), located on the movable conveyor (M) towards the cylinder (T) that has been gripped.

Thanks to the said control panel, a user can control the operation (for example, the duration of painting, the amount of paint, paint color etc.) of the cylinder painting system (S) and record the relevant data of the said operations.
  • the said injector (2) may inject a cleaning fluid instead of paint. Therefore, the cylinder painting system (S) may also be used as a cleaning system. In another alternative embodiment, a cleaning unit (for example, a movable brush) may be utilized instead of an injector (2). Therefore, it is also possible to clean the outer surfaces of the cylinders (T) by using the cylinder painting system (S).

  • the inventive cylinder painting system (S) a uniform painting on the outer surfaces of the cylinders (T) is obtained. Additionally, since the cylinders (T) are moved by fully mechanical systems (without a need for a user) during the painting process and multiple cylinders (T) can be painted at a time, the painting process is completed in a short time (for example, in an embodiment in which three cylinders (T) are painted simultaneously, the duration for painting a cylinder is 2 seconds). Moreover, as the cylinder painting system (S) includes those components that move linearly in the vertical direction only and rotate in the vertical axis, the cylinder painting system takes up a small room.

Claims (12)

  1. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S), das auf das Streichen wenigstens eines Zylinders (T) gerichtet ist, der auf einer beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) angeordnet ist, wobei der Zylinder (T) Flüssiggasbrennstoff enthält, wobei das Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) aufweist:
    - wenigstens eine Verlagerungseinheit (H), die wenigstens einen sich mit der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) bewegenden Zylinder (T) ergreift, den gegriffenen Zylinder (T) in vertikaler Richtung weg von der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) verlagert und den Zylinder (T) um eine vertikale Achse dreht, nachdem er von der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) weg bewegt ist, wobei die Verlagerungseinheit (H) wenigstens zwei Arme (1) zum gleichzeitigen Anstreichen mehrerer Zylinder (T) aufweist, die sich in der vertikalen Richtung zu der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) hin und davon weg bewegen und die Zylinder (T) greifen, wobei wenigstens eine Bewegungseinheit (8b) die Arme (1) um die vertikale Achse dreht,
    - wenigstens eine Spritzdüse (2) zum Spritzen von Farbe auf die äußere Oberfläche der Zylinder (T) während diese um die vertikale Achse gedreht werden,
    - wenigstens eine Steuereinheit (3), die den Betrieb der Verlagerungseinheit (H) und der Spritzdüse (2) steuert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter aufweist
    wenigstens ein Bewegungsübertragungselement (9), das die Drehbewegung des Arms (1) zu wenigstens einem weiteren Arm überträgt, und
    wenigstens eine weitere Bewegungseinheit, um so vertikale Bewegung der Spritzdüse (2) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (3) eine speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung (PLC) ist.
  3. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (3) ein Computer ist.
  4. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (1) wenigstens ein Greifelement (7) aufweist, um den Zylinder (T) zu greifen.
  5. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungseinheit (H) wenigstens eine erste Bewegungseinheit (8a) aufweist, um Bewegung des Arms (1) in der vertikalen Richtung zu erlauben.
  6. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (7) wenigstens eine bewegliche Haltevorrichtung aufweist.
  7. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen ersten Stopper (6a) aufweist, der von der Steuereinheit (3) zur Ausrichtung wenigstens eines Zylinders (T), der auf der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) angeordnet ist, in Bezug auf die Verlagerungseinheit (H) gesteuert wird.
  8. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen ersten Sensor (5a) aufweist, der prüft, ob wenigstens ein angestrichener Zylinder (T) den ersten Stopper (6a) passiert hat oder nicht, und Daten zu der Steuereinheit (3) überträgt.
  9. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen zweiten Stopper (6b) aufweist, der von der Steuereinheit (3) gesteuert wird, um, sobald wenigstens ein Zylinder (T) von der Verlagerungseinheit (H) gegriffen ist, die Bewegung eines weiteren Zylinders (T), der sich auf der beweglichen Fördereinrichtung (M) befindet, zu dem Zylinder (T), der gegriffen ist, zu verhindern.
  10. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen zweiten Sensor (5b) aufweist, der die von der Verlagerungseinheit (H) zu greifenden Zylinder (T) zählt und Daten zu der Steuereinheit (3) überträgt.
  11. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens eine Anzeigeeinheit (4) aufweist, die es dem Benutzer erlaubt, den Betriebszustand des Systems zu überwachen.
  12. Zylinderanstreichsystem (S) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeigeeinheit (4) wenigstens ein Bedienfeld aufweist, das den Betrieb des Zylinderanstreichsystems (S) steuert und das der Steuereinheit (3) zugeordnet ist.
