A winding reel (7) for a label dispenser (1), comprising a rotating element (9) connected to at least three rods (10, 11), said rods (10, 11) being oriented parallel to a rotary axis (D) of the rotating element (9) and each of said rods (10, 11) having a free end (E) that faces away from the rotating element (9), characterized in that a first rod (10) is connected to the rotating element (9) in a movable manner and two rods (11) are connected to said rotating element (9) in a stationary manner, and that an operating element (12) is pivotably arranged on the free ends (E) of the two stationarily arranged rods (11), said operating element (12) being connected to the free end (E) of the first rod (10) and configured to cause, when operated, a deflection of the free end (E) of the first rod (10) in the direction of the rotary axis (D).
  2. The winding reel according to claim 1, characterized in that the first rod (10) is connected to the rotating element (9) by means of a second joint (13b).
  3. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first rod (10) is connected to the operating element (12) by means of a first joint (13a) at the free end (E) thereof.
  4. The winding reel according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the first and/or second joint (13a, 13b) is/are provided with a joint lever (13c, 13d).
  5. The winding reel according to claim 4, characterized in that the joint lever (13c, 13d) has a pivot axis (G, G') at each of its two ends.
  6. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the operating element (12) is provided with a lever (12a).
  7. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the operating element (12) is provided with a support (12b).
  8. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, at an operating position of the winding reel (7), all the rods (10, 11) are spaced at the same radial distance from the rotary axis (D) of the rotating element (9).
  9. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, at a winding position of the winding reel (7), all the rods (10, 11) are, in a projection parallel to the rotary axis (D), arranged equidistantly on a circular path (K) around the rotary axis (D) of the rotating element (9), said circular path (K) being defined by the radial distance (r) of the rods (10, 11) from the rotary axis (D).
  10. The winding reel according to at least one of the claims 7 and 9, characterized in that the total number of rods (10, 11) provided is an even number, and that the support (12b) of the operating element (12) is configured for cooperating with a rod (11), which is fixed to the rotating element (9) in a stationary manner and which is arranged on the circular path (K) such that it is displaced by 180° relative to the movable rod (10).
  11. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, at a position of change, the operating element (12), in a projection parallel to the rotary axis (D) of the rotating element (9), is arranged fully inside of a contour defined by the position of the rods (10, 11).
  12. The winding reel according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the winding reel (7) comprises at least six rods (10, 11).
  13. A method for operating a winding reel (7) for winding-up a label carrier tape (5) on a label dispenser (1), wherein said winding reel (7) comprises a rotating element (9), which is rotatable about a rotary axis (D) and which has connected thereto at least three rods (10, 11) oriented parallel to the rotary axis (D) when occupying a winding position, each of said rods (10, 11) having a free end (E) that faces away from the rotating element (9), and an operating element (12) is provided, and wherein, in addition, a first rod (10) is connected to the rotating element (9) in a movable manner and two additional rods (11) are connected to said rotating element (9) in a stationary manner, said method comprising the following steps:
    - pivoting the operating element (12) about a pivot axis (S) at the free ends (E) of two rods (11), which are stationarily connected to the rotating element (9), from an operating position to a position of change,
    - pivoting the first rod (10), which is movably connected to the rotating element (9), about a pivot axis (G) of a joint (13b) between said first rod (10) and the rotating element (9), thus moving the free end (E) of the first rod (10), which faces away from the rotating element (9), closer to the pivot axis (G) of the rotating element (9).
  14. The method according to claim 13, comprising the following steps:
    - continuing the pivoting of the operating element (12) in the same direction,
    - pivoting a joint lever (13d), which is provided between the movable rod (10) and the rotating element (9), about a second pivot axis (G') between the joint lever (13d) and the rotating element (9),
    - thus moving the movable rod (10) in a direction away from the rotating element (9).
  15. The method according to one of the claims 13 or 14, characterized in that, the operating element (12) comprises a support (12a) and that, at the operating position, the support (12b) of the operating element (12) rests on a rod (11), which is in contact with the support (12b), at a dead center position of the operating element (12) and of the first joint (13a).
