The desired protective effect should in particular against explosion / blasting, at the same time against shelling, burglary and fire / fire, occur, which are caused in particular by explosive charges, which are attached directly to the outer wall as a contact charge or detonate in the immediate vicinity.
At present different solutions are known, which have a protective effect against the Effects of fire / fire, fire, burglary or explosion, but not together against the effects of fire / fire, shelling, burglary and explosion, and especially against contact charges.
Conventional protective structures with corresponding protective devices often achieve their protective effect by using heavy steel layers or very solid concrete walls. Especially such steel structures have relatively poor building physics properties, especially against fire / fire.

The inventive arrangement of the reinforcing fabric in the region of the inside of the base wall prevented in the case of loading, especially in a detonation, the unwanted breaking out of parts of the reinforced steel base wall. Breaking out parts could otherwise injure persons and / or destroy objects.
The base wall consists at least of a cement-bound High performance material, such as concrete, and is steel reinforced. The base wall has to ensure in particular the required load capacity of the wall construction. The base wall is often structurally a static bearing wall.
Reinforced concrete is in the context of the invention high performance lightweight concrete in which static or structural requirements in the usual manner non-prestressed or prestressed steel inserts were installed. The amount of steel inserts is specified by appropriate regulations and / or standards and can vary according to the given constructive options in this regard.
Leichtbeton im Sinne der Erfindung ist beispielsweise ein Beton gemäß der DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-2.Lightweight concrete according to the invention is, for example, a concrete according to DIN EN 206-1 / DIN 1045-2.
The protective device according to the invention for a building part consists at least of a base wall, a concrete shell and an insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer between the base wall and concrete shell is arranged.
Reinforcing fabrics according to the invention are in particular fabric mats, in particular with a lattice-like structure, which in particular have a high extensibility and tensile strength. The reinforcing mesh is made of materials that give the reinforcing mesh flexible, extremely strong, stretch-resistant properties.
The outer layer of the protective device according to the invention for a building part, namely the concrete shell, serves primarily to distribute the very punctually occurring loads of a contact detonation over a wider area. Therefore, very good tensile properties are required for this layer, which are ensured in particular by the invention selected and used reinforcement fabric.
The subsequent to the concrete shell layer, the insulating layer, reduced by conversion and deflection, during the destruction of the insulating layer, as much as possible the detonation energy or the amount of detonation energy, which is directed in particular into the interior of the room cell.
In addition, in particular, in order to limit the total weight of the protective device, the lightest possible materials are used. Glass foams are in particular focus.
Another requirement that complies with the insulating layer is to develop the highest possible breaking energy so as to reduce the energy level of the entire protection device during the destruction process caused by the detonation. The material of the insulating layer is atomized into the smallest possible fragments. Larger fragments would develop a larger projectile effect, in particular due to their larger mass, which would be suitable for penetrating the next layer of the protective device according to the invention, at least at certain points.
The insulating layer may be formed, for example, plate-shaped. The material of the plate-shaped insulating layer may be a glass foam, which has an increased density, particularly preferably a density above 190 kg / cbm possesses. In addition, the glass foam can have an increased compressive strength, particularly preferably a compressive strength of more than 2200 kPa.
The thermal conductivity is about 0.072 W / m K.
The glass foam is not flammable or at least has good fire retardant properties.
Such a plate-shaped insulating layer in the context of the invention is, for example, a glass foam board, which allows thermal insulation, pressure resistance and non-combustibility of building materials on buildings at the same time.
The dimensioning and material selection of the parts of the protection device according to the invention for a building part takes place according to the specific local Conditions and the extent of the effects to be averted of fire / fire, shelling, burglary and explosion on this part of the building.
The dependent claims 2 to 8 contain advantageous embodiments of the invention without limiting this.
It is preferred that an insulating layer is arranged on the outer wall of the concrete shell.
The outer layer of the protective device according to the invention for a building part, namely the Däminschicht, in the case of an external detonation, ie a detonation outside the protective part of the building, for the load of the entire protection device has an important role. In particular, the insulating layer has to fulfill the task of generating the largest possible distance to the surface of the base wall. The greater this distance, the lower the detonation force acting on the surface of the base wall in the case of external detonation.
Furthermore, during the destruction of the insulating layer as much as possible of the detonation energy or the amount of detonation energy, which is directed in particular into the interior of the space cell, by conversion and diversion, to be reduced.
It should also, in particular, to limit the total weight of the protection device, lightest possible materials are used.
The material of the outermost layer of insulation should not be flammable or at least have good fire retardant properties.
It is essential that the reinforcement fabric consists of a fiber material made of PET. The reinforcing fabric preferably has a latticed structure, wherein the intersections of the latticed reinforcing fabric have a high strength. The reinforcing fabric should be made of materials which give the reinforcing fabric flexible, extremely resilient, stretch-resistant properties.
It is also preferred that the reinforcing fabric has a mesh structure, wherein the mesh width / grid width is about 50 mm. In such a mesh size, the reinforcement fabric which is inserted in the solidified concrete mass, in the final state, d. H. after curing of the reinforcing mesh enclosing the concrete, intimately connected to the concrete.
It is also preferred that on the inside of the base wall clamped an anti-splintering mat, preferably braced at the edges, or is arranged glued. This type of attachment, ie braced in the sense of fitting, but not connected, has shown surprisingly improved protective effect in experiments.
The splinter protection mat is a known from the prior art and customary for such applications.
It is also preferred that at least the base wall, in particular without that the concrete shell and the insulating layer are arranged on the base wall, is transportable. This makes it possible that the base wall can be produced industrially and only at the site, in particular the concrete shell and / or the insulating layer must be mounted.
