Claims (14)

  1. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln, umfassend:
    - ein Gestell (1), das einen Schneidbereich (4) begrenzt,
    - ein Schneidwerkzeug (10; 10'; 10"), das zumindest im Schneidbereich (4) in Bezug auf das Gestell (1) in einer Schneidebene (C) geradlinig hin- und herbewegt werden kann,
    - Mittel (36) zur Betätigung des Schneidwerkzeugs (10; 10'; 10"), die einen zu einem Übertragungssystem (40) gehörigen Elektromotor (38) umfassen, der das Schneidwerkzeug (10; 10'; 10") antreibt,
    - Mittel zur Steuerung des Elektromotors (38), die ein Bedienelement (69) umfassen,
    - einen Deckel (6), der einen Schacht (5) zum Einführen der zu zerkleinernden Lebensmittel aufweist, der sich oberhalb des Schneidbereichs (4) befindet,
    - wobei das Bedienelement (69) auf dem Deckel (6) angeordnet ist,
    - wobei der Deckel (6) beweglich auf dem Gestell (1) montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Deckel (6) in eine auf dem Gestell (1) verriegelte Stellung gebracht werden kann, in der der Deckel (6) den Schneidbereich (4) und das Schneidwerkzeug (10; 10'; 10") derart abdeckt, dass diese von der Oberseite des Gerätes nicht zugänglich sind,
    - die Mittel zur Steuerung des Elektromotors (38) so ausgelegt sind, dass der Elektromotor (38) durch eine Betätigung des Bedienelements (69) eingeschaltet werden kann, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der verriegelten Stellung befindet,
    - wobei sich der Deckel (6) auf dem Gestell (1) in die verriegelte Stellung verschieben lässt.
  2. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - sich der Deckel (6) zwischen der verriegelten Stellung und einer entriegelten Stellung bewegen lässt, in der der Deckel (6) abgenommen werden kann, sodass zumindest der Schneidbereich (4) zugänglich gemacht wird,
    - die Mittel zur Steuerung des Elektromotors (38) so ausgelegt sind, dass der Elektromotor (38) durch eine Betätigung des Bedienelements (69) nicht eingeschaltet werden kann, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der entriegelten Stellung befindet.
  3. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Steuerungsmittel einen Schalter (61) umfassen, der sich im Gestell (1) des Gerätes befindet, wobei der Schalter (61) über eine Steuerstange (62) betätigt wird, die in einer Bohrung (63) des Gestells (1) angeordnet ist, die dem Deckel (6) gegenüber liegt, wenn dieser die verriegelte Stellung einnimmt,
    - das Bedienelement (69) durch einen Drucktaster (60) gebildet wird, der so ausgelegt ist, dass er ggf. über ein Übertragungselement (92) die Steuerstange (62) betätigt, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der verriegelten Stellung befindet.
  4. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende der Steuerstange (62) an einer Oberseite des Gestells (1), die sich unter dem Deckel (6) befindet, offen liegt.
  5. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (63) einen Durchmesser von höchstens 1 cm aufweist.
  6. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, abhängig von Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucktaster (60) mit einem Betätigungsfinger (64) fest verbunden ist, der einen kleineren Durchmesser als die Bohrung (63) aufweist und der Bohrung (63) gegenüber liegt, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der verriegelten Stellung befindet, und in Bezug auf die Bohrung (63) versetzt ist, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der entriegelten Stellung befindet.
  7. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerstange (62) über das Übertragungselement (92) betätigt wird, das sich in einer weiteren Bohrung (93) eines zwischen dem Gestell (1) und dem Schneidwerkzeug (10; 10'; 10") angeordneten abnehmbaren Zwischenträgers (90) befindet.
  8. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende des Übertragungselements (92) an einer Oberseite des Zwischenträgers (90), die sich unter dem Deckel (6) befindet, offen liegt.
  9. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, abhängig von Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucktaster (60) mit einem Betätigungsfinger (64) fest verbunden ist, der einen kleineren Durchmesser als die weitere Bohrung (93) aufweist und der weiteren Bohrung (93) gegenüber liegt, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der verriegelten Stellung befindet, und in Bezug auf die weitere Bohrung (93) versetzt ist, wenn sich der Deckel (6) in der entriegelten Stellung befindet.
  10. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weitere Bohrung (93) einen Durchmesser von höchstens 1 cm aufweist.
  11. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (61) eine stabile geöffnete Stellung und eine instabile geschlossene Stellung besitzt.
  12. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucktaster (60) beweglich an einem elastischen Rückstellelement (66) montiert ist.
  13. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsmittel so ausgelegt sind, dass sie den Betrieb des Elektromotors (38) im Fall des Nachlassens des Drucks auf das Bedienelement (69) stoppen.
  14. Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (6) vom Gestell (1) abnehmbar ist.
