Wobei der als zweiter Halterahmen 20 ausgebildete Flanschrahmen einen umlaufenden Flansch 22 mit einem Kragen aufweist in dem ein umlaufender Dichtring 23 angeordnet ist, zur sicheren Abdichtung der Steckverbindung gegen Umwelteinflüsse. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass zwei jeweils in den gegenseitig gesteckten Halterahmen, gegenüberliegend angeordnete Steck-Module nicht vertauscht steckbar sind und zu einer Zerstörung von Bauteilen oder Anlagen führen.

Dazu ist dieser Adapter dann mit jeweils konträren Kontakten zu den Kontakten in beiden Steck-Modulen bestückt.

Dabei sind für die unterschiedlichen Winkelstellungen Zahlensymbole vorgesehen, die bei dem vorgesehenen 2-teiligen Kodiersystem mit den Zahlen 0 - 4 für den ersten Pfosten und für den zweiten von 5 - 9 nummeriert sind. Damit sind bis zu 25 Kombinationen möglich.
Weiterhin ist in der Draufsicht des als Flanschrahmen ausgebildeten Halterahmens 20 ein Steckeinsatz 30 mit einem darin eingefügten Steck-Modul 40 dargestellt.

Claims (5)

  1.     wherein the retention frame (10, 20) is further configured in such a manner that a plug-in module (40, 40') which is inserted into the plug insert (30) and which has in each case at opposing sides two transverse ribs (43) and a groove (44) which is arranged therebetween, can be displaced within the retention frame (10, 20) transversely relative to the insertion direction laterally as far as a stop, wherein the slide rails (14, 14', 24, 24') engage in each case in the grooves (44),
    wherein the plug insert (30) is constructed as a separate, U-shaped and electrically conductive portion and is in abutment with three sides within the rectangular duct (11, 21) of the retention frame (10, 20),
    the plug insert (30) has in the side frames (31) thereof, which are orientated in a U-shaped manner, on the upper and lower edge (32) two free-standing tongues (34) which are arranged in a parallel manner and which are directed into the centre of the side frame (31) and whose spaced-apart tongue ends (35) are bent into the rectangular duct (11, 21).
  2. Retention frame (10, 20) according to claim 1,
    wherein the plug insert (30) is fixed in the rectangular duct (11, 21) by means of locking plates (33) which act outwardly into a recess (12) in the retention frame (10, 20) and is fixed by means of a pin (16, 26) which protrudes from the corner regions of the retention frame (10, 20) in the rectangular duct (11, 21).
  3. Retention frame (10, 20) according to either of the preceding claims,
    wherein in order to contact a protective conductor on the electrically conductive plug insert (30) there are provided contact tongues (38, 38') which can be connected to a crimp contact (56) of a contact element (58) for strand conductors.
  4. Retention frame (10, 20) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    having a mechanical encoding which comprises two pentaprism posts (60) which can be rotated independently of each other and which are introduced in corresponding 5-edged recesses in order with a plug connection to join two posts which are divided in half in order to be able to claim a distinctive feature for plug connectors which are constructed in an identical manner.
  5. Method for equipping a retention frame (10, 20) with plug-in modules (40, 40', 40"), wherein the retention frame (10, 20) has: a rectangular duct (11, 21) with devices for retaining the plug-in modules (40, 40', 40"), a plug insert (30) which is arranged in the rectangular duct (11, 21) and within which the plug-in modules (40, 40', 40") can be inserted into the retention frame (10, 20), wherein the plug-in modules (40, 40', 40") can be arranged so as to be able to be secured in the rectangular duct (11, 12), and slide rails (14, 14', 24, 24') which are arranged opposite and which are formed in the rectangular duct (11, 21), wherein the retention frame (10, 20) is configured in such a manner that the plug-in modules (40, 40', 40") can be inserted at both sides, from an insertion side and from a connection side, perpendicularly to the retention frame into the rectangular duct (11, 12),
    wherein the retention frame (10, 20) is further configured in such a manner that a plug-in module (40, 40') which is inserted into the plug insert (30) and which has in each case at opposing sides two transverse ribs (43) and a groove (44) which is arranged therebetween, can be displaced within the retention frame (10, 20) transversely relative to the insertion direction laterally as far as a stop, wherein the slide rails (14, 14', 24, 24') engage in each case in the grooves (44), wherein the plug insert (30) is constructed as a separate, U-shaped and electrically conductive portion and is in abutment with three sides within the rectangular duct (11, 21) of the retention frame (10, 20), wherein
    the plug insert (30) has in the side frames (31) thereof, which are orientated in a U-shaped manner, on the upper and lower edge (32) two free-standing tongues (34) which are arranged in a parallel manner and which are directed into the centre of the side frame (31) and whose spaced-apart tongue ends (35) are bent into the rectangular duct (11, 21), characterised in that the plug-in modules (40, 40') are first inserted perpendicularly to the retention frame (10, 20) in the region of a plug insert (30) in the rectangular duct (11, 21) of the retention frame (10, 20) so that the transverse ribs (43) of the plug-in module (40, 40') are engaged between the tongue ends (35) of the plug insert (30), and the plug-in modules (40, 40') are subsequently displaced by means of the two transverse ribs (43) and the groove (44) which is arranged therebetween on slide rails (14, 14', 24, 24') transversely relative to the insertion direction laterally as far as a stop, wherein the rectangular duct (11, 21) is completely filled with plug-in modules (40, 40', 40").
