Description

The present invention relates to a support for a cooking vessel and a stove comprising the support.
The support is intended to keep the cooking vessel at a distance from a stove burner. The burner must be close enough to the container to limit heat loss.
An evacuation of the burnt gases generated by the combustion at the outlet of the burner is necessary. Thus the support is provided with openings so that the flue gas flow is discharged from the area between the burner head and the container or free zone.
This system is satisfactory in that the flue gases do not stagnate in the free zone and are evacuated to the outside. The evacuation is more effective than the openings are large and allow a good circulation of the flue gas flow.
However, the flame is sensitive to the air flow entering the free zone through the openings. The flame can be extinguished by blowing, especially by the wind when using the outdoor stove.
Large openings are advantageous for venting the flue gas, but offer little resistance to wind.
The present invention aims to solve all or all of the disadvantages mentioned above.
A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un support pour récipient de cuisson comportant :  For this purpose, the present invention relates to a support for a cooking vessel comprising:
- une pluralité d'ailettes,  a plurality of fins,
les a ilettes étant d isposées de façon à défin ir au moins partiellement un emplacement libre destiné à être positionné en regard d'un brûleur d'un réchaud,  the islands being positioned so as to define at least partially a free location intended to be positioned opposite a burner of a stove,
deux a il ettes consécutives parm i l a pl u ra l ité d 'a il ettes définissant entre elles une ouverture,  two to three consecutive ones, one of which is an opening,
le support pour récipient de cuisson étant caractérisé en ce que : the cooking vessel holder being characterized in that:
- une surface extérieure de chaque ailette présente une forme concave, an outer surface of each fin has a concave shape,
De préférence, l es a i l ettes sont d isposées en dehors de remplacement libre. the concavity of the outer surface of each fin is oriented in the direction opposite to the free location. Preferably, the garments are deposited outside free replacement.
In particular, the fins are arranged laterally with respect to the free position, considering a plane transverse to the direction of extension of the flames.
According to another aspect of the invention, the openings of the burner head are directed towards the free location.
The fins are intended to protect the flame of the burner from the risks of blowing by the wind by creating a protective barrier. The concave shape provides an additional effect: a flow of wind towards the burner and meeting the outer face of a fin is deflected in two lateral flows on either side of the concavity.
The diverted wind fl ow also creates a suction phenomenon to evacuate flue gas from the free space through the openings.
Selon un aspect de l'invention, chaque ailette présente une surface intérieure,  According to one aspect of the invention, each fin has an inner surface,
- la surface intérieure étant de forme convexe et  the inner surface being of convex shape and
- the convexity of the inner surface being oriented in the direction of the free location.
The convex surface of the fin aims to improve the evacuation of the burnt gases through the openings outside the free location. Indeed, a flue gas flow from the free location and meeting a fin is guided by the convex shape to the openings. The flow of the gas flow is not stopped by the fin but instead deflected towards the opening.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fins are arranged along a closed contour around the free location.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fins are identical.
According to one aspect of the invention, the distance separating two consecutive fins is identical.
According to one aspect of the invention, the support for cooking vessel comprises a crown for receiving a cooking vessel.
According to one aspect of the invention, the ring is secured to an upper end of each fin. The upper end of the fin corresponds to the end defined in the direction of extension of the flame of the burner. According to one aspect of the invention, the ring has an upper support surface, opposite to the fins.
According to one aspect of the invention, the upper surface comprises at least one advance towards the inside of the ring.
According to one aspect of the invention, the upper surface comprises at least one advance towards the outside of the crown.
According to one aspect of the invention, the support for cooking vessel comprises a base comprising means for attachment to a stove. The base is grounded at one end of each fin and the lower end is opposite the upper end of the fin.
According to one aspect of the invention, a stove comprises a support as described above, the stove comprising means for receiving the support. The reception means of the support are arranged so that the support surrounds the free location and a container deposited on the support is facing the flame of the burner.
In any case, the invention will be better understood with the aid of the description given with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings showing, by way of non-limiting example, an embodiment of this support for a cooking receptacle.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a stove comprising a support for cooking vessel.
Figure 2 is a schematic top view of the support for cooking vessel.
Figure 3 is a schematic top view of two fins.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, a stove 1 comprises a burner 3 and a support 5 for a cooking vessel. The burner 3 has a head 7 provided with a plurality of openings 9. A cup 11, having a central opening 13, surrounds the head 7 of the burner 3.
The support 5 comprises a base 15 provided with fixing means to the stove 1. According to one embodiment, the base 15 is integral with the cup 1 1 or rests on the cupel 1 1 and defines the lower part of the support 5, as shown in Figure 1. The support 5 comprises a ring 17 delimiting the upper part of the support s. According to an embodiment illustrated in Figure 1, the ring 17 is s itu ée the opposite of the base 15 along a reference axis 19. The ring 17 is intended to get the cooking vessel. The ring 17 has projections 21 directed towards the center 23 of the ring 17 intended to stabilize the container placed on the support 5. Similarly, the ring 17 has outwardly directed projections 22 intended to stabilize the container placed on the support 5.
The support 5 comprises a plurality of fins 25 arranged in a circle around the reference axis 19. The upper end of each fin 25 is identical to the crown 17 and the lower end of each fin 25 is integral with the base 15. The support 5 has a free position 27 defined as the space delimited by the plurality of fins 25 inside the support 5.
The free location 27 is defined as being opposite the head 7 of the burner 3. The free location 27 is the zone in which the gases leaving the burner head 7 circulate along the reference axis 19. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, the fins 25 at least partly surround the free space 27 and are thus not included in the free space 27.
According to the reference axis 19, the free position 27 is delimited in its lower part by the head 7 of the burner 3 and in its upper part by the ring 17; the head 7 of the burner 3 and the ring 17 being excluded from the location libre 27. Thus a part of the ring 17, including for example the advances 21, may be found with the burner r 3 and the free slot 27.
Each fin 25 has an outer surface 29 shaped like a cellar and an inner surface 31 of convex shape. The inner surface 31 and the outer surface 29 of a fin 25 are parallel.
According to one embodiment, each fin 25 is symmetrical with respect to a plane 33 defined by the reference axis 19 and passing through the point 35 of the vane 25 closest to the reference axis 19.
Two consecutive fins 25 are separated by an opening 37 placing in fluid communication the free location 27 with the outside. In operation, flames are generated by the ignition of a gas / air mixture at the outlet of the head 7 of the burner 3 at the openings 9 and extend in the free location 27.
The combustion generates flue gas, evacuated at least partially from the free space 27 to the outside through the openings 37 located between the fins 25.
Typically, the flue gases flow from the central part to the periphery of the free space 27, as illustrated in FIG. 3. A flue gas stream 39, facing the wing 25, is separated into two lateral flows of gas 41 burned by the convexity of the inner surface 31.
The sideflows of burnt gas 41 are g uid by the inner surface 31 to the apertures 37 located between the fins 25. Thus the flue gases are directed towards the apertures 37 by the plurality of fins 25.
The outer surface 29 of the fins 25, concave shape has a protective role vis-à-vis the wind from the outside. As illustrated in FIG. 3, an incident wind flow 43 arriving opposite a fin 25 is separated into two lateral wind flows 45 by the concavity of the outer surface 29.
The airfoils are externally seated by the outer surface 29 and are oriented towards the outside of the support 5 at the ends of the fins 25 contiguous to the openings 37.
The lateral wind flows 45, directed towards the outside of the support 5 at the level of the openings 37, create a suction phenomenon favorable to the evacuation of the flue gas from the free space 27.
In the form of the fins 25 promotes both a good evacuation of burnt gases and protects the flames from the risks of blowing due to the penetration of the wind in the free location 27.
As goes without saying, the invention is not limited to the sole embodiment of this ispositif, described above as an example, it encompasses all the variants.
