Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for extending own hair strands by foreign hair strands with the help of an outer, surrounding the hairline shrink sleeve, in which the own strand of hair, the Fremdhaarsträhne and an adhesive are.
- Such a method is from the US 2004/0149302 A1 known.
- the shrink sleeve remains after bonding the strands of hair together on the head so that the junction is easily visible due to their dimensions and disturbs during wear.
- the object of the invention is to improve a method and a device for extending own hair so that with simple and quick handling smallest dimensions of the joint can be achieved and thus the joints are barely visible. Also, after the connection is made, modeling the hot junction between two fingers is not required because the shrink sleeve provides a perfect shape of the joint. Thus it should not come to burns on the fingers.
- This object is achieved in that after shrinking the shrink sleeve this is removed from the joint.
- the adhesive is heated and liquefied by heating the shrink sleeve and penetrates the hair of both strands of hair. It is thus created a method that achieved with the simplest fast handling smallest dimensions of the joint with a secure grip.
- the removal of the shrink sleeve takes place immediately after shrinking.
- a particularly simple, easy to handle and quickly performed removal of the shrink sleeve is achieved when the shrink sleeve is torn open for their removal.
- the shrink sleeve can be deducted for their removal on the Fremdhaarsträhne even with the same advantages.
- a particularly advantageous device for extending own hair is provided when the shrink sleeve has at least one preferably two along its length predetermined breaking point (s) preferably one or two longitudinal notches or grooves or perforations or Leksseinschneidungen to facilitate tearing open for removal of the shrink sleeve.
- the handling is further facilitated by the fact that at least at one end of the shrink sleeve this has on both opposite sides in each case a projecting gripping tab for tearing.
- the head-facing gripping tab (s) may protrude so far radially that it is / are a thermal shield against the top of the head.
- a compound of the own hair strand with the Fremdhaarsträhne is still much easier to handle when the ends of the foreign hair of the head facing the end of the strand of foreign hair eino in an adhesive accumulation, which is located as a prefabricated adhesive head of the strand of foreign hair within the shrink sleeve.
- the foreign hair strands are already provided with attached to their scalp end attached adhesive heads, so that the own strand of hair only has to be connected with the adhesive within the shrink sleeve.
- the Adhesive accumulation as a prefabricated adhesive head having the shape of a solid profile or a sleeve which rests coaxially and positively and / or non-positively in the shrink sleeve.
- the plastic material of the shrink sleeve shrinks by supplying heat.
- the plastic material of the shrink sleeve can be stretched mechanically at least in the region of the adhesive accumulation in the region of the adhesive sleeve.
- a simple production is given if the shrink sleeve is formed by a section of a shrink tube or by a shrink-wrap roll.
- a hook wire whose width is equal to or less than the inner area kept clear by the adhesive, for pulling the self-hair strand through the device.
- the hook has a locking mechanism, such as a carabiner mechanism, a sliding sleeve or a locking lever.
- two or more devices and / or hook wires may be mechanically connected to each other.
- An easy and fast fastening of two or more foreign hair strands is achieved by releasably connecting two or more shrink sleeves with each other for lengthening and / or compacting two or more own hair strands.
- two or more shrink sleeves may be releasably secured to a body or carrier.
- the shrink sleeves may be formed by a one-piece body.
- a particularly simple and time-saving handling is given when two or more shrink sleeves are formed by a shrink body having two or more mutually parallel channels, in each of which the sleeve-shaped adhesive eino.
- the shrinkage body is removed from one another after the bonding of the own and foreign hairs and that the shrinkage body has predetermined breaking surfaces which divide the channels. It is also proposed that a predetermined breaking surface by two or more channels and each channel is divisible by a predetermined breaking area.
- the shrink body has two superposed body halves, each forming half channels and are held together by fastening means to achieve a shrinkage of the channel cross-sections.
- the shrink sleeve outside the adhesive area is formed by a material which has no or a smaller shrinkage effect. Also, the shrink sleeve can be held outside of the adhesive area of mechanical support means which completely or partially prevent shrinkage.
- the procedure is considerably facilitated if, within the shrink sleeve at least in the adhesive area, there is a support device which holds the shrink sleeve in its extended, non-shrunken state and yields and / or removes after retraction of the own hairs.
- the mechanical support means may be a split sleeve or a coil.
- the support device may be formed by the sleeve-shaped adhesive.
- the material of the shrink sleeve is reduced when heat is supplied in its longitudinal direction. It is also proposed that the shrink sleeve and / or the shrink body has heating elements, which cause the shrinkage of the shrink body. As a result, the shrink sleeves and / or the shrink body can be used repeatedly or repeatedly, in particular as part of a tool.
- the method and the device used to extend their own hairs usually not single hairs, but several hairs simultaneously, hereinafter called “own hair strands" E.
- To the Eigenhaarsträhnen E are “foreign hair strands” 1 glued.
- the end of the foreign hair strand 1 facing the scalp is provided in advance with adhesive, so that this end of the foreign hair strand 1 forms an "adhesive head" 2.
- a significant advantage of the invention is that the foreign hair strands can be prefabricated with such adhesive heads 2, whereby the handling is easier and more precise.
- This end of the strand of foreign hair is thus z with an adhesive, in particular a thermoplastic material.
- the adhesive sleeve with its inset hair ends of the foreign hair strand 1 can be profiled both over its circumference and over its length on the outside and inside.
- the thermoplastic adhesive is at room temperature in the solid state, so that the adhesive sleeve is mechanically stable.
- Essential is u.a. the combination of a foreign hair sleeve with a shrink sleeve for rupture, so that only the shrunk on foreign hair sleeve remains on the own hair.
- the adhesive sleeve 2 is sheathed by a further sleeve 3 made of elastic material.
- This sleeve is hereinafter referred to as "shrink sleeve".
- the shrink sleeve 3 is longer than the adhesive sleeve 2 and protrudes beyond the latter at both ends.
- the shrink sleeve 3 can be profiled both over its circumference and over its length on the outside and inside.
- the shrink sleeve is formed by a portion of a shrink tube or a shrink wrap.
- the shrink sleeve 3 has at least one outer notch 4, which extends longitudinally over the entire length of the sleeve. This notch serves as a predetermined breaking point at a later date.
- the shrink sleeve 3 In order to meet in the further course of its main task, shrinking, the shrink sleeve 3 must be biased along its circumference. This can firstly be achieved in a macroscopic manner in that the nominal outside diameter of the adhesive sleeve 2 is greater than the nominal inside diameter of the shrink sleeve 3. Thus, when the adhesive sleeve is pushed into the shrink sleeve, the circumference of the shrink sleeve is stretched and a mechanical bias along the circumference achieved.
- Such a shrink sleeve can z. B. from a Kunsrtstoff such. As silicone (thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers, ...) be made.
- a pre-stress on a molecular level similar to the principle of a shrink tube, are applied.
- the bias is effective only when the shrink sleeve is exposed to an elevated temperature.
- a shrink sleeve can z. B. made of a thermoplastic.
- the shrink sleeve preferably has on one of its two end faces or on both end faces on grip tabs 9, which serve to the shrink sleeve 3 easy to grab and tear.
- the shrink sleeve can also have on the side from which no foreign hair leak, one or more tabs, which serve during the heating of the shrink sleeve as a thermal shield against the top of the head.
- a hook 5 is passed with pull rod 6.
- This hook is hereinafter referred to as "hook wire" 10.
- the hook wire is oriented in the sleeves 2, 3, that its opening on the side protrudes from the shrink sleeve on which there are no foreign hair.
- the pull rod 6 comes out of the shrink sleeve.
- the hook wire is designed so that it can be pulled through the shrink and adhesive sleeve.
- its outer diameter d must be less than or equal to the inner diameter of the shrink sleeve.
- the hook wire is designed so that a hook tip 7 is not in front of the pull rod. 6 of the hook protrudes. In this way an accidental hooking of the hook is avoided in the sleeves when the hook is pulled out of these.
- Hooked wires 10 can be used both alone, for pulling through a single strand of hair as well as for several, for simultaneously pulling through a plurality of own hair strands. To allow for the simultaneous use of multiple hook wires 10 easy handling, they can be mechanically interconnected on the side of the tie rods 6.
- the hook wire on a locking mechanism which allows a closing of the hook 8 in order to handle hooked own hair both captive and separated from other hair can.
- the closure of the hook 8 by lever from the inside or outside of the hook can be done.
- the closure by another sleeve is possible, which is a helical compression spring F is moved in the direction of the hook 5.
- the sleeve 21 is how Fig. 6 shows, pushed on the pull rod 6 near the hook 5 and is inserted together with the pull rod 6 in the shrink sleeve 3, so that then the hook 5 captive captures the hair E captive, since the sleeve 21 is pushed over the hook 5 so far that the Sleeve 21 securely holds the own hair in the hook eye 8.
- the hook 5 are drawn together with the sleeve 21 and the own hairs E in the shrink sleeve 3 and in the sleeve-shaped adhesive in which the foreign hair 1 are already.
- the pull rod 6 with the hook 5 is further pulled in the same direction until they are removed from the shrink sleeve 3.
- the shrink sleeve 3 and the adhesive 2 are heated and removed after the connection, the shrink sleeve.
- the hook may have a carabiner mechanism that allows opening of the hook toward the hook eye 8 to introduce own hairs.
- the force-locked closing of the snap hook are the hooked Hair caught captive.
- this prevents the accidental threading of foreign hair during the pull-through operation. This allows the separation of natural and foreign hair strand to maintain even after the pull-through operation.
- a hair row is first separated at the head by the overlying hair z. B. with commercial hair clips are pushed up.
- the hair underneath the hairline to be separated is held down by at least one hair clip.
- the achieved separation of the own hair series of hairs above and below further prevents retraction of the own hair in the foreign hair sleeve, without inadvertently adjacent own hairs are drawn in with.
- a heating clasp or heating pliers is pushed or clamped on the device, which has small outer dimensions.
- the heating clasp heats up substantially only the region of the shrink sleeve in which the adhesive sleeve 2 is located.
- the heating cleat heats up the shrink sleeve over the length of the adhesive sleeve in order to shrink the shrink sleeve also in front of and behind the foreign hair sleeve.
- a hair piece is staked in the form of a hair row by overlying hair is stuck by conventional hair clips up and underneath hair is staked down by hold down clips.
- One or more adhesive sleeves 2 with jacketed shrink sleeve 3 are pushed onto one or more hook wires 10, so that the hooks are clearly in front of the front end of the shrink sleeve.
- the one or more fishing hooks are passed through the stretched yoke and hair of the pass are inserted into the fishing hook or hooks, where they from now on one Make your own hair strand.
- the one or more fishing hooks are preferably positioned and fixed on the locking points of the hold-down clasp.
- the shrink sleeves are moved from behind over the fishing hooks to the front of the scalp and then pulled by pulling on the tie rods, the own hair strands through the adhesive sleeve.
- the sleeves are preferably designed so that they are easily displaced on the own hair strand, but do not slip by their own weight of the own hair strand. If necessary, the sleeves can be removed simply and without residue and put back in another place.
- the heating clip is positioned on the shrink sleeve and heats it.
- the thermoplastic material of the adhesive sleeve softens.
- the shrink sleeve contracts due to its bias, which shrinks the adhesive sleeve to the own strand of hair.
- An immaculate joint is forming.
- the joint in the longitudinal and circumferential direction is designed individually.
- the heating clasp is removed. After a short time, the joint is cooled and the thermoplastic material is solidified again. By opposing pulling the shrink sleeve along its notch over the entire length is torn and so released the joint. The hair clips are removed.
- a plurality of shrink sleeves 3, in particular with hook wires 10, are fastened next to one another in a detachable or non-detachable manner and thereby form a multiple tool 22, 23, which substantially facilitates and accelerates the work.
- Either the shrink sleeves 3 are detachably or non-releasably attached to a carrier 22 ( Fig. 7 ) or all shrink sleeves are part of a one-piece shrink body 23 (FIG. Fig. 8 to 10 ).
- the shrink body 23 in the form of a flat plate which forms the shrink sleeves 3 side by side and parallel to each other, wherein the number of shrink sleeves is preferably 3 to 10 and in the cylindrical cavity of each shrink sleeve of the hollow cylindrical adhesive 2 rests.
- the shrink body 23 is separated from the hair joints by the shrink body 23 is separated along a predetermined breaking surface 25 in the upper and lower half.
- the predetermined breaking surface 25 thus divides all channels 24 of the shrink sleeves 3 into an upper and lower channel half.
- the predetermined breaking surfaces 25 extend at right angles to the longitudinal extent of the flat shrink body 23, each predetermined breaking surface passing through a respective shrink sleeve 3 and thus through a channel 24 and thus separates each channel longitudinally in two halves. In both cases, the hair can be removed with the finished hair joints the shrink body.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 9 and 10 is different from that Fig. 8 in that the shrinkage body 23 consists of a separate upper 23a and a lower half 23b from the outset, the separation surface between the two halves extending centrally through the channels 24.
- the two shrink body halves 23a, 23b held together by fastening means having an upper and a lower mounting surface 26a, 26b which are releasably secured to each other by rods 26c.
- the shrink sleeves can be made in such a way that a tube of greater length, in particular an endless tube is produced, the material alternately consists of shrinkable plastic and non-shrinkable or less shrinkable plastic and this tube then separated or cut into the individual shrink sleeves 3 becomes. This results in shrink sleeve forms as in Fig. 1 or 11 shown.
- Fig. 11 can also be achieved in that within the shrink sleeve at least in the adhesive region 27 is a support device 29 which holds the shrink sleeve 3 in its extended, non-shrunken state and yields after retraction of the own hairs E and / or removed.
- These support means 28 are in the in Fig. 11 illustrated embodiment pins 28 which penetrate the shrink sleeves on both sides near the adhesive area.
- the mechanical support means 28, 29 are a split sleeve or a helix.
- the support device may be the sleeve-shaped adhesive 2.
- the mechanical support means 28, 29 are preferably formed by a split sleeve or a coil of plastic or metal.
- the supporting device by which the shrink sleeve 3 is kept apart or spread apart in the adhesive region 27, formed by the sleeve-shaped adhesive 2, so that the adhesive 2 has a dual function.
- the shrink sleeve 3 spread apart, to then give in with heat and compressed by the shrink sleeve 3 to the hair 1 and E, and on the other hand, the adhesive 2 provides after its heating for an adhesive connection of the hair with each other ,
- a plastic is selected in a further embodiment, which additionally or alternatively in its longitudinal direction shrinks upon supply of heat or reduces the length of the shrink sleeve 3, whereby the adhesive is pressed into the hair to be joined.
- the supply of heat to the shrink body 23 and / or the shrink sleeve 3 is carried out either by a heat from the outside or by the fact that the shrink body 23 and / or the shrink sleeve 3 have heating elements, which cause the shrinkage of the plastic.
- a split support device 29 is shown which is inserted into one or both ends of the shrink sleeve 3 to prevent the end regions from shrinking until they are removed.

The object of the invention is to improve a method and a device for extending own hair so that with simple and quick handling smallest dimensions of the joint can be achieved and thus the joints are barely visible. Also, after the connection is made, modeling the hot junction between two fingers is not required because the shrink sleeve provides a perfect shape of the joint. Thus it should not come to burns on the fingers.
This object is achieved in that after shrinking the shrink sleeve this is removed from the joint. In this case, the adhesive is heated and liquefied by heating the shrink sleeve and penetrates the hair of both strands of hair. It is thus created a method that achieved with the simplest fast handling smallest dimensions of the joint with a secure grip. Here, the removal of the shrink sleeve takes place immediately after shrinking.
A particularly simple, easy to handle and quickly performed removal of the shrink sleeve is achieved when the shrink sleeve is torn open for their removal. Alternatively or additionally, however, the shrink sleeve can be deducted for their removal on the Fremdhaarsträhne even with the same advantages.
A particularly advantageous device for extending own hair is provided when the shrink sleeve has at least one preferably two along its length predetermined breaking point (s) preferably one or two longitudinal notches or grooves or perforations or Längseinschneidungen to facilitate tearing open for removal of the shrink sleeve. The handling is further facilitated by the fact that at least at one end of the shrink sleeve this has on both opposite sides in each case a projecting gripping tab for tearing. In this case, the head-facing gripping tab (s) may protrude so far radially that it is / are a thermal shield against the top of the head.
A compound of the own hair strand with the Fremdhaarsträhne is still much easier to handle when the ends of the foreign hair of the head facing the end of the strand of foreign hair einliegen in an adhesive accumulation, which is located as a prefabricated adhesive head of the strand of foreign hair within the shrink sleeve. Thus, the foreign hair strands are already provided with attached to their scalp end attached adhesive heads, so that the own strand of hair only has to be connected with the adhesive within the shrink sleeve. Here, the Adhesive accumulation as a prefabricated adhesive head having the shape of a solid profile or a sleeve which rests coaxially and positively and / or non-positively in the shrink sleeve.
It is preferably proposed that the plastic material of the shrink sleeve shrinks by supplying heat. In this case, the plastic material of the shrink sleeve can be stretched mechanically at least in the region of the adhesive accumulation in the region of the adhesive sleeve. A simple production is given if the shrink sleeve is formed by a section of a shrink tube or by a shrink-wrap roll.
Pulling the own hairs into the shrink sleeve is facilitated by a hook wire whose width is equal to or less than the inner area kept clear by the adhesive, for pulling the self-hair strand through the device. Preferably, the hook has a locking mechanism, such as a carabiner mechanism, a sliding sleeve or a locking lever. Also, two or more devices and / or hook wires may be mechanically connected to each other.
An easy and fast fastening of two or more foreign hair strands is achieved by releasably connecting two or more shrink sleeves with each other for lengthening and / or compacting two or more own hair strands. Here, two or more shrink sleeves may be releasably secured to a body or carrier. Also, the shrink sleeves may be formed by a one-piece body.
A particularly simple and time-saving handling is given when two or more shrink sleeves are formed by a shrink body having two or more mutually parallel channels, in each of which the sleeve-shaped adhesive einliegen. In this case, it is advantageous if the shrinkage body is removed from one another after the bonding of the own and foreign hairs and that the shrinkage body has predetermined breaking surfaces which divide the channels. It is also proposed that a predetermined breaking surface by two or more channels and each channel is divisible by a predetermined breaking area.
Preferably, it is proposed that the shrink body has two superposed body halves, each forming half channels and are held together by fastening means to achieve a shrinkage of the channel cross-sections.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the shrink sleeve outside the adhesive area is formed by a material which has no or a smaller shrinkage effect. Also, the shrink sleeve can be held outside of the adhesive area of mechanical support means which completely or partially prevent shrinkage.
The procedure is considerably facilitated if, within the shrink sleeve at least in the adhesive area, there is a support device which holds the shrink sleeve in its extended, non-shrunken state and yields and / or removes after retraction of the own hairs. For this purpose, the mechanical support means may be a split sleeve or a coil. Also, the support device may be formed by the sleeve-shaped adhesive.
It is advantageous if the material of the shrink sleeve is reduced when heat is supplied in its longitudinal direction. It is also proposed that the shrink sleeve and / or the shrink body has heating elements, which cause the shrinkage of the shrink body. As a result, the shrink sleeves and / or the shrink body can be used repeatedly or repeatedly, in particular as part of a tool.

The method and the device used to extend their own hairs usually not single hairs, but several hairs simultaneously, hereinafter called "own hair strands" E. To the Eigenhaarsträhnen E are "foreign hair strands" 1 glued. For this purpose, preferably the end of the foreign hair strand 1 facing the scalp is provided in advance with adhesive, so that this end of the foreign hair strand 1 forms an "adhesive head" 2. A significant advantage of the invention is that the foreign hair strands can be prefabricated with such
The adhesive sleeve with its inset hair ends of the foreign hair strand 1 can be profiled both over its circumference and over its length on the outside and inside. The thermoplastic adhesive is at room temperature in the solid state, so that the adhesive sleeve is mechanically stable.
Essential is u.a. the combination of a foreign hair sleeve with a shrink sleeve for rupture, so that only the shrunk on foreign hair sleeve remains on the own hair.
The
The shrink sleeve is formed by a portion of a shrink tube or a shrink wrap.
The
In order to meet in the further course of its main task, shrinking, the
The shrink sleeve preferably has on one of its two end faces or on both end faces on
Through the inner opening of shrink and
The hook wire is designed so that it can be pulled through the shrink and adhesive sleeve. In particular, its outer diameter d must be less than or equal to the inner diameter of the shrink sleeve. Furthermore, the hook wire is designed so that a hook tip 7 is not in front of the pull rod. 6 of the hook protrudes. In this way an accidental hooking of the hook is avoided in the sleeves when the hook is pulled out of these.
In a further embodiment, the hook wire on a locking mechanism, which allows a closing of the
Further, the hook may have a carabiner mechanism that allows opening of the hook toward the
For sounding own hair strands a hair row is first separated at the head by the overlying hair z. B. with commercial hair clips are pushed up.
The hair underneath the hairline to be separated is held down by at least one hair clip. The achieved separation of the own hair series of hairs above and below further prevents retraction of the own hair in the foreign hair sleeve, without inadvertently adjacent own hairs are drawn in with.
For heating the
A hair piece is staked in the form of a hair row by overlying hair is stuck by conventional hair clips up and underneath hair is staked down by hold down clips. One or more
Next, the shrink sleeves are moved from behind over the fishing hooks to the front of the scalp and then pulled by pulling on the tie rods, the own hair strands through the adhesive sleeve. The sleeves are preferably designed so that they are easily displaced on the own hair strand, but do not slip by their own weight of the own hair strand. If necessary, the sleeves can be removed simply and without residue and put back in another place.
Finally, the heating clip is positioned on the shrink sleeve and heats it. The thermoplastic material of the adhesive sleeve softens. The shrink sleeve contracts due to its bias, which shrinks the adhesive sleeve to the own strand of hair. An immaculate joint is forming. Depending on the shape of the shrink sleeve, the joint in the longitudinal and circumferential direction is designed individually.
The heating clasp is removed. After a short time, the joint is cooled and the thermoplastic material is solidified again. By opposing pulling the shrink sleeve along its notch over the entire length is torn and so released the joint. The hair clips are removed.
