Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour l'utilisation efficace des flux d'air chaud dans un système de séchage pour des matériaux de séchage, en particulier pour une installation de peinture de véhicules, comprenant un séchoir (1) dont l'air d'échappement est chauffé dans une installation de postcombustion thermique (9) et peut être amené en tant que gaz purifié à des récupérateurs d'air ambiant (10-13) ou à au moins un récupérateur d'air frais (15), dans lequel il présente au moins une source de chaleur supplémentaire (14) pour le gaz purifié,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un système de circulation d'air avec au moins une conduite de retour (25) menée parallèlement à la conduite de gaz purifié (20), laquelle est raccordée à la conduite de gaz purifié (20) dans la zone du dernier récupérateur d'air ambiant (13) et dans la zone de la source de chaleur supplémentaire.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la source de chaleur supplémentaire est un brûleur supplémentaire (14).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la source de chaleur supplémentaire de la conduite de gaz purifié (20) est associée au premier récupérateur d'air ambiant (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un ventilateur (27) est disposé dans la conduite de retour (25).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de fermeture (28) pour les milieux circulant à travers la conduite de retour (25) est disposé dans la conduite de retour (25).
