Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Prüfvorrichtung (1) für Pumpen (50), zum abwechselnden Prüfen bei einer einer oberen und einer unteren Temperatur, mit
- einem ersten Reservoir (2) für eine Flüssigkeit einer ersten Temperatur, und
- einem zweiten Reservoir (3) für eine Flüssigkeit einer zweiten Temperatur.The invention relates to a test device (1) for pumps (50), for alternately testing at one of an upper and a lower temperature, with

- eine erste Verteilerleitung (20), die vom ersten Reservoir (2) ausgeht,
- eine erste Sammelleitung (21), die zum ersten Reservoir (2) führt,
- eine zweite Verteilerleitung (22), die vom zweiten Reservoir (3) ausgeht,
- eine zweite Sammelleitung (23), die zum zweiten Reservoir (3) führt, sowie
- eine Mehrzahl von Prüfeinheiten (30), jede Prüfeinheit (30) umfassend:
- eine erste Vorlaufleitung (31), die von der ersten Verteilerleitung (20) ausgeht,
- eine zweite Vorlaufleitung (32), die von der zweiten Verteilerleitung (22) ausgeht
- eine Vorlaufprüfleitung (33), zu der sich die erste (31) und zweite Vorlaufleitung (32) vereinigen,
- eine erste Rücklaufleitung (34), die zur ersten Sammelleitung (21) führt,
- eine zweite Rücklaufleitung (35), die zur zweiten Sammelleitung (23) führt,
- eine Rücklaufprüfleitung (36), die sich in die erste (34) und zweite Rücklaufleitung (35) verzweigt, wobei zwischen der Vorlaufprüfleitung (33) und der Rücklaufprüfleitung (36) eine zu prüfende Pumpe (50) anschließbar ist,
- eine erste Ventilanordnung (37, 38), durch die die erste Vorlaufleitung (31) und die zweite Vorlaufleitung (32) alternativ verschließbar sind, und
- eine zweite Ventilanordnung (39, 40), durch die die erste Rücklaufleitung (34) und die zweite Rücklaufleitung (35) alternativ verschließbar sind.In order to enable a more efficient test of pumps at a time-varying temperature, it is provided according to the invention that the test apparatus further comprises:

- A first valve arrangement (37, 38) through which the first flow line (31) and the second flow line (32) are alternatively closable, and
- A second valve arrangement (39, 40), by which the first return line (34) and the second return line (35) are alternatively closable.
