Claims (11)

  1. Kapsel, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Substanz aufzunehmen, um ein Getränk zuzubereiten, wenn die Kapsel in eine Maschine vom Typ Kaffee- oder Teemaschine eingeführt wird, um hier von einem Kolben gehalten zu werden, während die Extraktionsflüssigkeit durch die Kapsel und die sie enthaltende Substanz läuft, nachdem der Boden durch Zacken des Kolbens durchbohrt wurde, die auf einem Kreis verteilt sind, der auf die Achse der Aufnahme der Kapsel und somit der Kapsel zentriert ist,
    * wobei die Kapsel Folgendes aufweist: einen Boden (1), eine Seitenwand (3), die in ihrer Gesamtheit in einen Kegelstumpf eingeschrieben werden kann, und eine Umrandung (4), die nach dem Befüllen der Kapsel mit der Substanz einen Deckel (5) aufnimmt, wobei die in ihrer Gesamtheit kegelstumpfförmige Seitenwand (3) eine zylindrische Wand (33) unter der Umrandung (4) und einen Basiszylinder (31) in der Nähe des Bodens (1) aufweist, der mit der kegelförmigen Wand (33) durch einen kegelförmigen Verbindungsteil (32) und mit dem Boden (1) durch einen Basiskegel (2) verbunden ist,
    wobei die Kapsel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    - der flache Boden (1) eine innere kreisförmige Rille (12) aufweist, die auf die Achse (xx) der Kapsel zentriert ist und dem Kreis entspricht, auf dem sich die Zacken des Kolbens der Extraktionsmaschine befinden, wobei diese Rille (12) eine lokale Verringerung der Dicke des Bodens bildet und nur eine dünne Materialschicht (123) bestehen lässt.
  2. Hermetisch verschlossene Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der kegelförmige Verbindungsteil (32) über dem Zylinder (31) der Wand (3) an seiner Innenseite Verfalzungskonsolen (35) aufweist, die eine aufsteigende Seite (351) und eine obere Seite (352) aufweisen, die sich schneiden, wodurch eine Auflagekante (353) gebildet wird, die mit der oberen Seite (352) eine am Umfang verlaufende Auflagefläche bildet, auf welcher der Basiskegel (2) der leeren zusammengefügten Kapsel aufliegt.
  3. Hermetisch verschlossene Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Kante (21) an der Verbindung zwischen dem Basiskegel (2) und dem Zylinder (31) in Bezug auf die Verlängerung des geometrischen Kegelstumpfs der kegelförmigen Wand (33) zurückspringt.
  4. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Basiszylinder (31) an seine Innenseite eine am Umfang verlaufende Verstärkungsrippe (311) aufweist.
  5. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Boden (1) eine Dicke aufweist, die in Bezug auf jene der Seitenwand (3) erhöht ist, insbesondere eine Dicke in der Größenordnung von 1 mm, und die dünne Schicht (123) der inneren Rille (12) eine Dicke in der Größenordnung von einem Fünftel der Dicke des Bodens aufweist.
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die innere Rille (12) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt (121, 122, 123) aufweist.
  7. Kapsel nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Innenseite (121) der Rille (12) einen Radius in der Größenordnung von 5 mm aufweist und die Außenseite (123) der Rille einen Radius in der Größenordnung von 7 mm aufweist, wobei die Innenseite und die Außenseite der Rille durch die dünne Schicht (123) miteinander verbunden sind.
  8. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Unterseite der Umrandung (4), die den Rand (P) des Kolbens der Maschine aufnimmt, einen Versteifungskranz (42) und einen äußeren Kranz (43) umfasst, der mit einem inneren Kranz (44) in der Nähe der Seitenwand (3) einen Zwischenraum mit einer Dichtlippe (45) definiert, die ebenfalls eine dreieckige Querschnittsform aufweist, um die Aufnahmefläche für den Rand (P) des Kolbens zu bilden.
  9. Kapsel nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der äußere Kranz (43), der innere Kranz (44) und die Lippe (45) einen dreieckigen Querschnitt mit einem Winkel an der Spitze in der Größenordnung von 40° aufweisen.
  10. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Basiskegel (2) in der Nähe seiner Verbindung (23) mit dem Boden (1) eine innere Rippe (22) umfasst, die insbesondere einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  11. Kapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Verbindung zwischen Basiskegel (2) und Boden (1) eine Umfangsrille (24) umfasst.
