A particular problem with older incontinent and demented persons is that they often tend to remove or even tear away their diaper pants or other protective means. It is therefore desirable, as far as possible, to prevent incontinent and demented persons from losing or even being able to remove their diaper pants or other items of clothing with the embedded urine and stool collecting means at inappropriate or unattended moments. In addition, the measures taken, of course, should not only be useful in the matter, of course, it is also anxious to preserve the dignity of the person concerned as good as possible.

Of course, with all these measures, one must always take into account the fact that the person concerned may have good reasons to behave accordingly, even though the ability to communicate due to dementia is lacking. It is well known that the older skin loses tension and elasticity and becomes increasingly more sensitive to heat, pressure and moisture and therefore requires special care. Prolonged lying or sitting in the damp heat of airtight diaper pants can therefore quickly lead to irritation, skin damage and ulcerations, especially in elderly patients with bladder weakness. and the demented person may therefore endeavor to remove the protective means. One will therefore always have to check the reasons for the present behavior of the demented person. Nonetheless, there are many situations in which you want to spare those unworthy situations and visions.

But it is also known that many demented people due to their dementia even simple closures difficult or impossible to solve or open independently. Already simple buttons or zippers can become insurmountable obstacles for a very demented person. Of course, one can take advantage of this fact by attaching the required closure elements just where they are particularly difficult to reach for the demented person, or by taking measures that cause their opening even require multiple manipulations in the correct order.

Of course, other aspects must always be considered. For example, it can also be assumed that many persons affected by incontinence and dementia are at the same time in need of care and bedridden. Clothing or nursing suits for persons in need of care and bedridden persons must therefore also be suitable for being easily and simply exchanged by nursing staff for lying patients. Easy interchangeability is also useful if you often have to check why the incontinent and demented person wants to get rid of the protection.

The closures and fasteners must not be applied and they must also have the necessary properties so that skin irritation, bedsores or even injuries are excluded or at least greatly reduced. They should cause no inconvenience even during prolonged lying or sitting and therefore the funds used should be as soft as possible or at least as well protected and padded. So For example, zip fasteners should be well embedded in covering fabric strips on all sides.

As already mentioned, one endeavors to preserve the dignity of incontinent and demented persons in as many everyday situations as possible. Particularly uncomfortable situations are felt in which incontinent and demented person in the presence of other people and often even in circumstances where there is no obvious medical indication succeeds in tearing away the protective incontinence garments, exposing themselves and polluting everything. For this reason, it has gone over to choose for such nursing suits a two-part form with a lower part and a shell. The whole may have a pajama-like character with long-sleeved over-reachable top and fully formed trousers, but it can also be designed as an arm-free, body-like overstitchable top with a panty in the form of shorts. In both cases, however, the upper part with the trouser part can be connected to a zipper in the suit waist region. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an improved nursing suit for incontinent and demented persons. In particular, the nursing suit should also be better suited for bedridden persons. This object is achieved by the feature combination of claim 1.

The solution is that in a generic nursing suit for incontinent and demented persons, which consists of an upper part and a captive fastened thereto lower part, both the upper part and the lower part are formed in a special way. According to the invention, the upper part has, in a hip region, a peripheral fastening strap made of Velcro fasteners attached to the outside. According to the invention, the lower part has a wing area that can be transversally folded around the buttocks and pelvis of the person, with a left and a right side lobe and a median around the intimate area of the person foldable cover flap on. With the special design of the lower part it is achieved that the nursing suit is better suited for bedridden persons. 1. Care clothing for people who are incontinent or have dementia, consisting of an upper part (1) and a lower part (2) which is able to be fastened undetachably thereon,
