  • the clamping device as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 needs to hold and support the logs 200 as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the posts 18 rotate, and the base plate 12 moves upwardly to increase the distance between the supporting beam 11 and the clamps 141, 142; at the same time, the follower 17 rotates and moves upwardly along the surface 161 of the profile 16, and the arms 131, 132 slide on the base plate 12, whereby the distance between the arms 131, 132 and between the clamps 141, 142 is increased.
  • the log 200 can be inserted among the supporting beam 11 and the clamps 141, 142.
  • the log 200 is then secured by the supporting beam 11 and the clamps 141, 142 after a reversed rotation of the clamp 142, where the clamp 142 is in the clamping position.
  • each arm 131, 132 is connected to an arm actuator 20.
  • the arm actuator 20 may be an electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuator, and may comprise an electric motor.
  • the horizontal positions of the arms 131, 132 on the base plate 12 can be changed by the driving of the arm actuator 20. In other words, the distance between the arms 131, 132 can be adjusted by the driving of the arm actuator 20. In such way, the horizontal positions of the arms 131, 132 and the vertical positions of the arms 131, 132 can be controlled independently.
  • the arm actuator 20 can be a rack and pinion system formed between the arms 131, 132 and the base plate 12.
  • the moveable connection between the base plate 12 and the post 18 is not limited to screws.
  • Other systems such as linear actuators, or rack and pinion can also be formed between the base plate 12 and the post 18 to accomplish the vertical position adjustment of the base plate 12.

Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de serrage pour serrer un rouleau, le dispositif de serrage comprenant :
    - un cadre (10) ;
    - une poutre de support (11) fixée sur le cadre pour supporter le rouleau (100, 200) ;
    - une paire de pinces (141, 142) pour serrer le rouleau ; et
    - une plaque de base (12) pour porter la paire de pinces (141, 142), la paire de pinces étant disposée de façon déplaçable sur la plaque de base pour changer la distance entre les pinces (141, 142), caractérisé par la plaque de base (12) qui est disposée de façon déplaçable sur le cadre (10) pour changer la distance entre les pinces (141, 142) et la poutre de support (11), permettant ainsi au dispositif de serrage d'être approprié pour serrer des rouleaux de différents diamètres.
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre au moins un montant (18), la plaque de base (12) étant reliée de façon déplaçable à l'au moins un montant.
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'au moins un montant (18) est une vis, la plaque de base (12) est engagée de façon filetée avec l'au moins un montant, et la plaque de base se déplace par rapport au cadre (10) par l'intermédiaire de la rotation de l'au moins un montant (18).
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre une paire de bras (131, 132) disposée de façon déplaçable sur la plaque de base (12), la paire de pinces (141, 142) étant respectivement reliée à la paire de bras (131, 132).
  5. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel un suiveur (17) est formé à rotation sur chaque bras (131, 132), un profil (16) est fixé sur le cadre (10) correspondant au suiveur (17), le profil (16) a une surface (161) le long de laquelle le suiveur (17) se déplace pour changer la distance entre les bras (131, 132).
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le suiveur (17) sur un bras (31) et un profil correspondant (16) sont symétriques par rapport au suiveur (17) sur un autre bras (132) et un autre profil correspondant (16) par rapport à un plan vertical parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du rouleau et passant à travers une région centrale du dispositif de serrage.
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 4 ou 5 ou 6, dans lequel une pince (141) est fixée sur un bras (131), et une autre pince (142) est reliée de façon pivotante à un autre bras (132), et dans lequel l'autre pince (142) est capable de tourner entre une position de serrage et une position ouverte.
  8. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel un actionneur de bras (20) est relié à chaque bras (131, 132) pour changer la distance entre les bras (131, 132).
  9. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel un rail (121) et une piste (122) sont formés entre le bras (131, 132) et la plaque de base (12) pour fournir un mouvement coulissant entre le bras (131, 132) et la plaque de base (12).
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel un suiveur (17) est disposé à rotation sur chaque bras (131, 132), un profil (16) est fixé sur le cadre (10) correspondant au suiveur (17), le profil (16) a une surface (161) le long de laquelle le suiveur (17) se déplace pour changer la position du bras (131, 132) sur la plaque de base (12), permettant ainsi de changer la position d'une pince correspondante (141, 142) sur la plaque de base (12).
  11. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel un actionneur de bras (20) est relié à chaque bras (131, 132) pour changer la position horizontale du bras (131, 132) sur la plaque de base (12).
  12. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4, 9-11, dans lequel une pince (141) de la paire de pinces (141, 142) est fixée sur un bras (131) de la paire de bras (131, 132), et l'autre pince (142) de la paire de pinces (141, 142) est reliée de façon pivotante à l'autre bras (132) de la paire de bras (131, 132) et capable de tourner entre une position de serrage et une position ouverte.
  13. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre un actionneur (15) reliant l'autre pince (142) de la paire de pinces (141, 142), l'actionneur (15) entraînant l'autre pince (142) de la paire de pinces (141, 142) pour entraîner la rotation de l'autre pince de la paire de pinces entre la position de serrage et la position ouverte.
  14. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'actionneur (15) est positionné sous la plaque de base (12) et pénètre à travers la plaque de base (12) pour relier l'autre pince (142) de l'au moins une paire de pinces (141, 142).
  15. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4, 9-13, dans lequel l'au moins un montant (18) est une vis, la plaque de base (12) est engagée de façon filetée avec l'au moins un montant (18), et la plaque de base (12) se déplace par rapport au cadre (10) par l'intermédiaire de la rotation de l'au moins un montant (18) pour changer la position verticale de la plaque de base (12), permettant ainsi de changer la position verticale de la paire de pinces (141, 142) ; dans lequel un moteur (19) est de préférence prévu pour entraîner l'au moins un montant (18), et dans lequel ledit moteur (19) est de préférence fixé sur le cadre (10).
  16. Machine de coupe de rouleau comprenant un convoyeur d'acheminement de rouleau, une lame de coupe de rouleau et un dispositif de serrage de rouleau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
