Claims (16)

  1. Eine Klemmvorrichtung zum Klemmen eines Blocks, wobei die Klemmvorrichtung umfasst:
    einen Rahmen (10);
    einen Tragholm (11), der auf dem Rahmen zum Unterstützen des Blocks (100, 200) befestigt ist;
    ein Paar Klemmen (141, 142) zum Klemmen des Blocks; und
    eine Basisplatte (12) zum Tragen des Paars Klemmen (141, 142), wobei das Paar Klemmen auf der Basisplatte (12) bewegbar angeordnet ist, um den Abstand zwischen den Klemmen (141, 142) zu verändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Basisplatte (12) auf dem Rahmen (10) bewegbar angeordnet ist, um den Abstand zwischen den Klemmen (141, 142) und dem Tragholm (11) zu verändern, wodurch sie es gestattet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung geeignet ist, um Holzklötze verschiedener Durchmesser zu klemmen.
  2. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, weiterhin aufweisend mindestens einen Pfosten (18), wobei die Basisplatte (12) bewegbar mit dem mindestens einen Pfosten verbunden ist.
  3. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2, wobei der mindestens eine Pfosten (18) eine Schraube ist, während die Basisplatte (12) mit dem mindestens einen Pfosten (18) mittels Gewinde in Eingriff steht und die Basisplatte (12) sich relativ zum Rahmen (10) über die Drehung des mindestens einen Pfostens (18) bewegt.
  4. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, weiterhin umfassend ein Paar Arme (131, 132), die auf der Basisplatte (12) bewegbar angeordnet sind, wobei das Paar Klemmen (141, 142) mit dem Paar Armen (131, 132) entsprechend verbunden ist.
  5. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4, wobei ein Folger (17) drehbar auf jedem Arm (131, 132) gebildet ist, während ein Profil (16) auf dem Rahmen (10) befestigt ist, das dem Folger (17) entspricht, wobei das Profil (16) eine Oberfläche (161) aufweist, auf der der Folger (17) sich entlangbewegt, um den Abstand zwischen den Armen (131, 132) zu verändern.
  6. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 5, wobei der Folger (17) auf einem Arm (131) und ein entsprechendes Profil (16) symmetrisch sind bezogen auf den Folger (17) auf einem anderen Arm (132) und ein anderes entsprechendes Profil (16) relativ zu einer vertikale Ebene parallel zur Längsachse des Blocks und verlaufend durch eine mittige Region der Klemmvorrichtung.
  7. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4 oder 5 oder 6, wobei eine Klemme (141) auf einem Arm (131) befestigt ist und eine andere Klemme (142) ist schwenkbar mit einem anderen Arm (132) verbunden, und wobei die andere Klemme (142) in der Lage ist zwischen einer Klemmposition und einer offenen Position zu drehen.
  8. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei ein Arm-Stellglied (20) mit jedem Arm (131, 132) verbunden ist, um den Abstand zwischen den Armen (131, 132) zu verändern.
  9. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4, wobei eine Schiene (121) und eine Spur (122) zwischen dem Arm (131, 132) und der Basisplatte (12) gebildet sind, um eine verschiebbare Bewegung zwischen dem Arm (131, 132) und der Basisplatte (12) bereitzustellen.
  10. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 9, wobei ein Folger (17) auf jedem Arm (131, 132) angeordnet ist, während ein Profil (16) auf dem Rahmen (10) befestigt ist, das dem Folger (17) entspricht, wobei das Profil (16) eine Oberfläche (161) aufweist, auf der sich der Folger (17) entlangbewegt, um die Position des Arms (131, 132) auf der Basisplatte (12) zu verändern, wodurch die Position einer entsprechenden Klemme (141, 142) auf der Basisplatte (12) verändert wird.
  11. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 9 oder 10, wobei ein Arm-Stellglied (20) mit jedem Arm (131, 132) verbunden ist, um die horizontale Position des Arms (131, 132) auf der Basisplatte (12) zu verändern.
  12. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 4, 9 bis 11, wobei eine Klemme (141) des Paars von Klemmen (141, 142) auf einem Arm (131) des Paars von Armen (131, 132) befestigt ist und eine andere Klemme (142) des Paars von Klemmen (141, 142) ist schwenkbar mit einem anderen Arm (132) des Paars von Armen (131, 132) verbunden und in der Lage, sich zwischen einer Klemmposition und einer offenen Position zu drehen.
  13. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 12, weiterhin aufweisend ein Stellglied (15), das die andere Klemme (142) des Paars von Klemmen (141, 142) verbindet, wobei das Stellglied (15) die andere Klemme (142) des Paars von Klemmen (141, 142) antreibt, um die Drehung der anderen Klemme des Paars von Klemmen zwischen der Klemmposition und der offenen Position anzutreiben.
  14. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 13, wobei das Stellglied (15) unterhalb der Basisplatte (12) angeordnet ist und sich durch die Basisplatte (12) erstreckt, um die andere Klemme (142) des mindestens einen Paars Klemmen (141, 142) zu verbinden.
  15. Die Klemmvorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 4, 9 bis 13, wobei der mindestens eine Pfosten (18) eine Schraube ist, während die Basisplatte (12) mit dem mindestens einen Pfosten (18) mittels Gewinde in Eingriff steht und die Basisplatte (12) bewegt sich relativ zum Rahmen (10) über die Drehung des mindestens einen Pfostens (18), um die vertikale Position der Basisplatte (12) zu verändern, wodurch die vertikale Position des Paars Klemmen (141, 142) verändert wird; wobei ein Motor (19) vorzugsweise bereitgestellt ist zum Antreiben des mindestens einen Pfostens (18), und wobei der Motor (19) vorzugsweise auf dem Rahmen (10) befestigt ist.
  16. Eine Blockschneidmaschine, umfassend einen Block-Vorschubförderer, ein Block-Schneidmesser und eine Block-Klemmvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche.
