Abstract
Dispositif de fixation pour panneau de protection thermique La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de fixation (10) pour panneau de protection thermique (1) comprenant une embase de fixation (11) assurant son rattachement à une structure fixe (2) recevant le panneau, et équipée d'une structure d'accrochage (12) apte à pénétrer à l'intérieur d'un orifice (1b) traversant correspondant du panneau à fixer pour coopérer avec un moyen de retenue (15) correspondant associé à un bouton de retenue complémentaire (16), caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage s'étend sur une longueur supérieure à l'épaisseur du panneau à fixer de manière à venir en saillie de ce dernier, et en ce que le dispositif comprend une entretoise (17) intermédiaire disposée entre le panneau et le bouton de retenue et présentant un orifice traversant à l'intérieur duquel la partie en saillie de la structure d'accrochage est apte à pénétrer partiellement pour venir coopérer avec le moyen de retenue du bouton.
Description
Dispositif de fixation pour panneau de protection thermique
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de fixation d'un matelas de protection thermique sur une structure interne fixe d'une nacelle de turboréacteur.
Un avion est mû par un ou plusieurs turboréacteurs logés chacun dans une nacelle.
Une nacelle présente généralement une structure sensiblement tubulaire comprenant une entrée d'air en amont du turboréacteur, un ensemble intermédiaire destiné à entourer une soufflante du turboréacteur et une ensemble arrière pouvant intégrer des moyens d'inversion de poussée et destiné à entourer la chambre de combustion et tout ou partie des étages de compresseur et de turbine du turboréacteur, et est généralement terminée par une tuyère d'éjection dont la sortie est située en aval du turboréacteur.
Les nacelles modernes sont destinées à abriter un turboréacteur double flux apte à générer, d'une part, un flux d'air chaud (également appelé flux primaire) issu de la chambre de combustion du turboréacteur et circulant dans un espace délimité par un compartiment de for sensiblement tubulaire appelé compartiment « core » , et d'autre part, un flux d'air froid (d it flux secondaire) issu de la soufflante et circulant à l'extérieur du turboréacteur à travers un passage annulaire, également appelé veine, formé entre une structure interne définissant un carénage du turboréacteur et une paroi interne de la nacelle. Les deux flux d'air sont éjectés du turboréacteur par l'arrière de la nacelle.
Le com partiment « core » comprend une enveloppe externe servant de carter et appelé structure fixe interne (IFS : Internai fixed structure).
Cette structure interne fixe est soumise à de fortes contraintes thermiques et il est nécessaire de la protéger à l'aide de panneaux de protection thermique, permettant notamment d'isoler les composants de la nacelle de l'environnement moteur afin de les maintenir à des températures acceptables et prolonger leur durée de vie.
Ces matelas de protection thermique assurent également une protection anti-feu et peuvent être utilisés dans d'autres zones de la nacelle au niveau desquels existe un risque d'incendie.
Afin de protéger thermique NFS, il est connu d'avoir recours à des panneaux de protection placées du côté compartiment « core », et comprenant
au moins un matelas isolant, généralement fabriqué à partir de fibres de silice, de céramique ou d'un matériau microporeux, ledit matelas étant pris entre des feuillards généralement en inox.
Les matelas de protection thermique sont fixés à l'IFS à l'aide de systèmes de fixation qui coopèrent ponctuellement avec lui sur toute la surface de protection à la manière de rivets.
La protection thermique est également retenue par ses bords sur l'IFS par des bandes de retenue appelées communément « retainers ».
Un exemple de système de fixation selon l'art antérieur est décrit dans le document FR 2 829 81 1 .
U n tel système de fixation utilise un système de fil frein et comprend généralement deux parties, à savoir, d'une part, une embase fixée dans l'I FS et portant une structure d'accroché (de type crochet, passant ou pion à œillets par exemple) venant partiellement à l'intérieur d'un orifice de fixation correspondant du matelas et apte à recevoir un fil frein, et d'autre part, un bouton de reten ue venant en appu i contre une su rface extérieure d u matelas de manière à former rondelle de maintien et de serrage, ledit bouton de retenue étant pourvu d 'orifices de passage du fil frein qu i est ensu ite torsadé et serré.
La retenue du panneau sur l'IFS est ainsi assurée.
Afin de parfaire la protection, l'extrémité torsadée du fil frein est ensuite noyé dans du silicone.
En variante, le système de fil frein peut être remplacé par une structure d'accroché filetée ou taraudée coopérant avec une extrémité complémentaire du bouton de retenue. Toutefois, de tels systèmes vissés sont lourds, ont un coût plus élevé et sont peu efficaces thermiquement.
De manière générale, la pose de ces fixations est extrêmement longue et un nombre important d'opération sont nécessaires.
En raison de la présence du bouton venant en appui contre le matelas, la hauteur de la structure d'accroché est limitée à l'épaisseur du matelas. De ce fait, les œillets ou le crochet de la structure d'accroché se situe à l'intérieur de l'orifice correspondant du matelas et il est très difficile d'y passer le fil frein. Cela demande beaucoup de temps et de précision aux opérateurs, et ce d'autant plus que cette opération doit être répétée pour chaque fixation.
La présente invention vise à résoudre ce problème et à améliorer le système de fixation décrit dans le document FR 2 829 81 1 et vise pour ce faire
un dispositif de fixation pour panneau de protection thermique comprenant au moins une embase de fixation apte à assurer son rattachement à une structure fixe destinée à recevoir ledit panneau, ladite embase de fixation étant équipée d'au moins une structure d'accrochage apte à pénétrer à l'intérieur d'un orifice traversant correspondant du panneau à fixer pour coopérer avec un moyen de reten u e co rrespond a nt assoc ié à a u mo i n s u n bouton d e reten u e complémentaire, caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage s'étend sur une longueur supérieure à l'épaisseur du panneau de protection thermique à fixer de manière à venir en saillie de ce dernier, et en ce que le dispositif comprend au moins une entretoise intermédiaire destinée à être disposée entre le panneau de protection thermique et le bouton de retenue et présentant un orifice traversant à l 'intérieur d uquel la partie en saill ie de la structure d'accrochage est apte à pénétrer partiellement pour venir coopérer avec le moyen de retenue du bouton.
Ainsi, en prévoyant une structure d'accrochage venant en saillie du panneau de protection à fixer, cette dernière est plus aisément accessible à l'opérateur pour y introduire le moyen de retenue correspondant, et il n'est plus nécessa ire de procéder à l 'aveug l e su r u ne structu re d 'accrochage partiellement enfouie à l'intérieur de l'orifice correspondant du matelas.
L'entretoise permet alors de servir de structure d'appui complémentaire au bouton et vient compenser cette hauteur supplémentaire de la structure d'accrochage.
L'entretoise permet également de renforcer la performance thermique du système à fil frein utilisé actuellement.
Selon un premier mode de réalisation préférentiel, le moyen de retenue du bouton est un fil frein.
Selon une première variante, la structure d'accrochage du moyen de retenue est un crochet.
Selon une deuxième variante, la structure d'accrochage du moyen de retenue est un piton à œillet formant passant pour le fil frein.
Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, le moyen de retenue du bouton est un embout taraudé ou fileté.
Selon une variante particulière, la structure d'accrochage est un piton filetée / taraudé complémentaire de l'embout taraudé / fileté du bouton.
De manière préférentielle, la structure d'accrochage s'étend selon une direction sensiblement normale à l'embase de fixation et plan de fixation correspondant.
De manière avantageuse, caractérisé en ce que l'embase de fixation peut-être intégrée dans la structure fixe destinée à recevoir le panneau.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise à la lumière de la description détaillée qui suit en regard du dessin annexé dans lequel la figure unique est un exemple d'un dispositif de fixation selon l'invention.
Comme mentionné précédemment, la présente invention concerne un dispositif 10 d'accrochage d'un panneau de protection thermique 1 sur une structure fixe 2.
Pour ce faire, le dispositif comprend au moins une embase 1 1 de fixation apte à assurer son rattachement à la structure fixe 2, par exemple par collage et équipée d'un structure d'accrochage 12 se présentant sous la forme d'un piton à œillet 13 s'étendant selon une direction sensiblement normale à l'embase 1 1 .
Le panneau de protection thermique 1 vient recouvrir l'embase au niveau d'un logement 1 a de forme sensiblement complémentaire ménagé dans l'épaisseur du panneau 1 .
Un orifice traversant 1 b situé en regard de la structure d'accrochage 12 permet à cette dernière de traverser le panneau 1 .
Une rondelle isolante 14 assure l'interface entre le panneau 1 et l'embase 12.
Conformément à l'invention, la structure d'accrochage 12 possède une longueur suffisante pour traverser l'orifice 1 b et venir en saillie du panneau 1 de manière à rendre l'œillet 13 accessible.
La structure d'accrochage est destinée à coopérer avec un moyen de retenue correspondant, en l'espèce un fil frein 1 5, associé à un bouton de retenue 16.
En outre, le dispositif comprend une entretoise intermédiaire 17 destinée à être d isposée entre le panneau de protection thermique 1 et le bouton de retenue 16 et se présentant sous la forme d'une rondelle présentant u n o rifi ce cen tra l 1 7a a pte à perm ettre l ' i ntrod uction d e l a structu re d'accrochage 12.
Plus précisément, lors de la mise en place du dispositif, le fil frein est introdu it à travers l'œil let 1 3 de la structure d 'accrochage 1 2 et ses
extrémités sont introduites à travers deux orifices correspondants (non visibles) du bouton de retenue 16. Le fil frein est ensuite torsadé de manière à assurer le serrage et l'appui du bouton de retenue 16.
Conformément à l'invention, l'entretoise 17 possède une épaisseur supérieure à la hauteur de la partie de la structure d'accrochage 12 venant en saillie du panneau 1 de manière à ce que cette structure d'accrochage ne pénètre que partiellement à l'intérieur de l'orifice 17a. Ainsi, le bouton de retenue vient en serrage contre l'entretoise 17 qui maintient le panneau 1 , tout en rendant la structure d'accrochage plus accessible lorsque le dispositif 10 n'est pas serré.
Le fil frein est ensuite noyé dans du silicone comme dans l'art antérieur.
Bien que l'invention ait été décrite avec un exemple particulier de réalisation, il est bien évident qu'elle n'y est nullement limitée et qu'elle comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits ainsi que leurs combinaisons si celles-ci entrent dans le cadre de l'invention.
Claims
1 . Dispositif de fixation (10) pour panneau de protection thermique (1 ) comprenant au moins une embase de fixation (1 1 ) apte à assurer son rattachement à une structure fixe (2) destinée à recevoir ledit panneau, ladite embase de fixation étant équipée d'au moins une structure d'accrochage (12) apte à pénétrer a l'intérieur d'un orifice (1 b) traversant correspondant du panneau à fixer pour coopérer avec un fil frein (15) correspondant formant moyen de retenue et associé à au moins un bouton de retenue complémentaire (16), caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage s'étend sur une longueur supérieure à l'épaisseur du panneau de protection thermique à fixer de manière à venir en saillie de ce dernier, et en ce que le dispositif comprend au moins une entretoise (17) intermédiaire destinée à être disposée entre le panneau de protection thermique et le bouton de retenue et présentant un orifice traversant à l 'intérieur duquel la partie en saill ie de la structure d'accrochage est apte à pénétrer partiellement pour venir coopérer avec le fil frein du bouton.
2. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage du moyen de retenue est un crochet.
3. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage du moyen de retenue est un piton (12) à œillet (13) formant passant pour le fil frein (15).
4. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la structure d'accrochage (12) s'étend selon une direction sensiblement normale à l'embase de fixation (1 1 ) et plan de fixation correspondant.
5. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embase de fixation (1 1 ) est intégrée dans la structure fixe (2) destinée à recevoir le panneau (1 ).
