Claims (12)
- Spiralfeder (1), umfassend ein in mehreren Windungen (PI, PE) auf sich selbst gewickeltes Blatt (3), wobei die innere Windung (PI) an eine Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) angeformt ist, die ein Band (7, 27, 47, 67) aufweist, dass sich im Wesentlichen in Form eines Polygons erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (7, 27, 47, 67) an jeder der Ecken des Polygons eine Ausbauchung (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) aufweist, die sich radial zu der inneren Windung (PI) erstreckt, wobei sich der Bindepunkt (S1) zwischen der inneren Windung (PI) und der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) an einer der Ausbauchungen (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) befindet, die symmetrisch zur Achse ist, die durch die Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) und den Bindepunkt verläuft, und dass der Abstand zwischen der Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) und dem Ende (S1, S2, S3, S4) jeder Ausbauchung (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) im Wesentlichen konstant ist, um an jeder Ausbauchung (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) einen äußeren Umriss zu bilden, der zwei Wände (21-22, 41-42, 81-82, 421-422, 441-442, 481-482, 621-622, 641-642, 681-682) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen axial und parallel zueinander zu dem Segment erstrecken, das zwischen der Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) und dem Ende (S1, S2, S3, S4) der Ausbauchung (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band eine Verdickung (2', 22') aufweist, die sich von der Innenwandung des Bandes (7, 27, 47, 67) auf Höhe der Ecke des Polygons, die den Bindepunkt (S1) aufweist, radial zur Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) erstreckt, um die Verlagerung des Bindepunkts (S1) bei einer Verformung des Bandes (7, 27, 47, 67) zu verhindern.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (7, 27, 47, 67) zwischen jeder Ecke des Polygons zur Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 25, 45, 65) gekrümmt ist, um Klemmpunkte (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) zu bilden, die dafür ausgelegt sind, auf eine Achse (11, 11') ausgerichtet zu sein.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstände zwischen den beiden Wänden (21-22, 41-42, 81-82, 421-422, 441-442, 481-482, 621-622, 641-642, 681-682) jeder Ausbauchung (2, 4, 8, 22, 24, 26, 28, 42, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) im Wesentlichen konstant sind.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Band (7, 27, 47, 67) im Wesentlichen in Form eines Dreiecks, eines Vierecks, eines Fünfecks oder eines Sechsecks erstreckt.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Band (7, 47, 67) im Wesentlichen in Form eines Dreiecks erstreckt und in dem Abschnitt (12, 52, 72) zwischen zwei Ecken (4, 8, 44, 48, 62, 64, 68) des Dreiecks, der sich in Bezug auf die Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 45, 65) gegenüber dem Bindepunkt befindet, eine vierte Ausbauchung (6, 46, 66) aufweist, die sich radial zu der inneren Windung (PI) erstreckt, um den Schwerpunkt der Spiralrolle (5, 45, 65) in der Mitte (C) der Spiralrolle (5, 45, 65) zu positionieren.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralfeder (1) eine innere Windung (PI) längs einer Kurve des Grossmann-Typs und eine äußere Windung (PE), die teilweise verdickt ist, umfasst.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf Siliziumbasis hergestellt ist.
- Spiralfeder (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Schicht aufweist, die verschleißbeständig und feuchtigkeitsundurchlässig ist, um die Spiralfeder (1) gegenüber klimatischen Veränderungen weniger empfindlich zu machen.
- Resonator (21, 21') für ein Zeitmessgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Achse (11, 11') umfasst, auf die eine Unruh (13, 13') und eine Spiralfeder (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgerichtet sind.
- Resonator (21') nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralfeder (1) auf eine Achse zwischen einer elastischen Scheibe (10, 10') und einem Bereich (14') der Achse (11') ausgerichtet ist.
- Resonator (21) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralfeder (1) auf die Achse (11) zwischen einer elastischen Scheibe (10, 10') und der Unruh (13) ausgerichtet ist.
- Resonator (21, 21') nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Scheibe (10, 10') die Spiralfeder (1) hauptsächlich auf Höhe der Ecken des Bandes (7, 27) ihrer Spiralrolle (5, 25) einklemmt.
