- Fig. 12 shows the planet carrier 204, the ball bearings 832, 234 of Fig. 8 and a drive spindle 1220, and a blocking member 1256, a support member 1252 and the spindle roller 254 of Fig. 2 to 11 in the front part 210 of Fig. 2 are arranged and form a spindle locking device 1210 according to another embodiment, in which the support member 1252 serves as a drive member, as below Fig. 13 described.
- the blocking member 1256 is compared to the blocking member 256 of Fig. 2 to 11 Preferably designed shortened such that this substantially encompasses only a portion of the support member 1252 and the drive spindle 1220, in which the at least one spindle roller 254 is arranged.
- the drive spindle 1220 has compared to the drive spindle 620 of Fig. 6 to 11 an annular shoulder 1222 at which the drive spindle 1220 extends from the at least one flattened side surface 654 in one of the support flange 255 directional axial direction tapers in an axial end portion 1242 on which at least one catch groove 1278 is formed. This serves to receive an associated, provided on the illustratively sleeve-shaped support member 1252, radially inwardly directed driving bar 1292, as below Fig. 13 described.
- On the support member 1252 is illustratively the bearing ring 340 of Fig. 3 intended. On this is in the front part 210 z. B. pressed or injected by plastic injection ball bearing 832 pressed.
- Fig. 13 shows the arrangement of Fig. 12 without the front part 210.
- Fig. 13 illustrates a plurality of radial projections 1302, 1304, 1306, 1308, which are provided on the blocking member 1256 by way of example.
- an axial end region 1242 of the drive spindle 1220 is arranged in the carrier element 1252 in order to form a radially play-connected positive connection between the drive spindle 1220 and the carrier element 1252.
- the radially inwardly directed carrier web 1292 and two further radially inwardly directed driving webs 1364, 1366 of the carrier element 1252 engage the receiving groove 1278 or two further driving grooves 1354, 1356 of the drive spindle 1220 with a radial clearance predetermined within suitable tolerances.
- an at least substantially play-free positive connection is formed by way of example so that the carrier element 1252 driven by the planet carrier 204 during operation serves as a drive member and directly drives the drive spindle 1220.
- engage on the support member 1252 exemplarily formed, radially outwardly directed driving webs 1392, 1394, 1396 in associated driving grooves 1374, 1378 and 1376, which are assigned to a planet carrier 204 formed holding and driving device 1305.
- Fig. 14 shows the arrangement of Fig. 13 before an appropriate installation.
- Fig. 14 illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the support member 1252.
- Fig. 15 shows the arrangement of Fig. 2 according to an embodiment in which the planet carrier 204 and the carrier element 252 of Fig. 2 as an example in one piece are formed and form an illustrative drive member 1550.
