Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for preparing a suspension for an application in an elevator installation.
  • belt-shaped suspension means In some conveyors such as elevator systems, cranes or hoists, belt-shaped suspension means are used. These support means generally comprise a plurality of beam wires consisting of tensile carriers which absorb the tensile forces to be absorbed by the suspension element.
  • the tension members are generally surrounded by a plastic sheath.
  • the jacket protects the tension members, for example against mechanical wear, since the support means are often guided over deflection points. In addition, the jacket improves the traction of the suspension element on deflection or drive rollers and fixes the arrangement of the tension members with each other.
  • Such suspension means are within a conveyor a safety-relevant component. Their failure or breakage can lead to considerable property damage or personal injury. For this reason, test units are used in conveyors, which in particular check the mechanical condition of the tension members. Damage to the forces absorbing tension members should be able to be detected early, so that the support means can be replaced in case of damage to prevent failure of the conveyor.
  • the electrically conductive, metallic tension members are surrounded by the electrically insulating jacket made of plastic.
  • contacting of a contact element with the tension member is required in some methods.
  • an electrical current is passed with the aid of the contact element through the tension members, which serves as a test current to determine the state of the tension members.
  • the DE 3 934 654 A1 shows a generic support means.
  • the ends of the tension members are connected in pairs conductive with a bridge part, so that the tension members of the support means are electrically connected in series.
  • the tension members of the suspension element are connected via an ammeter to a voltage source, so that by means of Test current, which is passed through all train carrier due to the electrical circuit in series, the state of the tension members can be assessed.
  • the WO 2005/094249 A2 shows a system for contacting a support means, wherein the contact elements perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the tension members pierce the jacket of the suspension element and then penetrate into the tension members.
  • the contact elements can miss the tension members due to the required piercing process through the jacket.
  • a contact resistance between the tension members and the contact elements penetrated therein may change over time, which adversely affects the validity of a monitoring method.
  • the WO2010 / 057797A1 and the WO2011 / 003791A1 show systems for contacting a support means, are brought in the contact elements on exposed tensile carriers of the support means, for example by resilient contacts or by penetrating into the tension members contact tips.
  • a disadvantage of such contacting systems is that the connection between contact elements and tension members is unstable and that there is a high contact resistance between the contact element and the tension members.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a suspension for an application in an elevator installation, wherein the tension members of the suspension element should be reliably electrically contacted.
  • the support means comprises a plurality of mutually parallel tension members and a jacket, wherein the tension members are substantially enveloped by the jacket.
  • the method comprises the steps of prefabricating a first end of the suspension element, wherein contact elements are arranged on the tension members at a prefabricated point so that the tension members can be electrically contacted directly at the prefabricated point by a contacting device, wherein the prefastening takes place prior to transport of the suspension element to the elevator installation.
  • Such a method for preparing a suspension for an application in a Elevator system has the advantage that the so pre-assembled suspension means can be connected to a monitoring device in a simple, reliable, and cost-effective manner when installed in an elevator installation.
  • the support means in the elevator system no special tools and no difficult to control workflows are needed.
  • an installation time of an elevator installation can be reduced, and at the same time a quality of the electrical contacting of the tension members is improved because no error-prone work steps occur.
  • the training of assembly personnel can be simplified, since no complicated steps are incurred.
  • the prefastening of the suspension element can basically be done in various ways.
  • the tension members at the prefabricated points are at least partially exposed by the jacket.
  • Such prefabricated suspension means have the advantage that the at least partially exposed tensile carriers can be electrically contacted in a simple manner, for example by contact terminals.
  • contact elements are arranged on the tension members at the prefabricated point.
  • Such contact elements have the advantage that they reliably contact the tension members electrically and, in turn, can be electrically contacted directly and reliably in a simple manner by a contacting device.
  • these contact elements are soldered to the tension members, welded, glued or pressed.
  • these contact elements protrude so far from the support means that they are directly electrically contacted by a contacting device in a simple manner.
  • Such contact elements can be arranged in a first embodiment of at least partially exposed by the jacket tension members, ie after an extrusion of the shell on the tension members.
  • the contact elements are arranged on the tension members before they are enveloped by a jacket.
  • the contact elements are advantageously designed such that they protrude from the jacket after the jacket has been extruded around the tension members. In this way, the tension members at the prefabricated point are directly electrically contactable.
  • the prefabricated point is dimensioned such that it can be guided by a suspension means fastening device.
  • a suspension means fastening device Such prefabricated points have the advantage that a suitably prepared support means can be mounted in an elevator installation in an installation of the suspension element in an elevator installation such as a conventional support means.
  • no specially designed suspension means fastening devices are necessary, which are designed for suspension means with larger sized prefabricated bodies.
  • the prefabricated point is likewise advantageously dimensioned such that it can be guided under such covers.
  • the method for preparing a suspension element for use in an elevator installation comprises the additional step of attaching a protective element to the prefabricated site.
  • Such a protective element offers the advantage that the prefabricated point is protected against mechanical loads during transport and / or storage and / or installation of the suspension element.
  • contact elements attached to the tension members can be protected from mechanical influences by a plastic element.
  • such a protective element can be attached or removed in a simple manner to the prefabricated point of the suspension element.
  • such a protective element is permanently attached to the prefabricated point, so that the protective element remains in the suspension element even when the suspension element is used in an elevator installation.
  • the protective element may have recesses which allow a simple contacting of the tension members by a contacting device.
  • only one end of the support means of the suspension element is prefabricated.
  • the tension members are electrically connected to each other on a non-prefabricated side of the support means with an installation of the suspension element in an elevator system. This can be achieved, for example, by a knife-shaped contact element, or by screw-like connecting elements, which each electrically connect two adjacent tension members.
  • the advantage of such a method is that only one-sided prefabricated suspension means can be cut to length in an installation of the support means.
  • both support means ends of the suspension element are prefabricated in such a way that the tension members can be electrically contacted directly at the prefabricated points by a contacting device, wherein the prefastening takes place before a transport of the suspension element to the elevator installation.
  • a method for preparing a suspension element for use in an elevator installation has the advantage that, when the suspension element is installed in an elevator installation, no elaborate and error-prone work steps have to be performed.
  • Such a pre-assembled on both sides suspension means is advantageously cut to length before transport of the suspension element to the elevator system. Therefore, the cutting can be done in the pre-assembly, so that the support means can be cut clean.
  • a distance between the prefabricated locations is greater than a required carrier length in the elevator installation between a first and a second suspension means fastening device.
  • the distance between the prefabricated points by 50 to 1000 cm, preferably by 100 to 500 cm, more preferably by 150 to 300 cm larger than the required carrier length in the elevator system between the first and the second
  • the method comprises the further steps of: installing the suspension element in the elevator installation, wherein the suspension element is fastened to suspension means fastening devices and wherein the prefabricated location is electrically connected to a contacting device, and wherein the contacting device is connected to a monitoring unit; and monitoring the suspension means based on determined electrical characteristics of the tension members.
  • At least two tension members are electrically connected to each other at a second end of the suspension element.
  • This has the advantage that the suspension can be cut to length during installation, so that no excess length arises.
  • at least two tension members each have to be electrically connected to one another at a non-prefabricated point of the suspension element, without being able to resort to prefabricated points. Since the tension members on the second end of the suspension element do not have to be contacted individually electrically, this disadvantage can be accepted because a mere electrical connection of two tension members is less complicated and less error-prone than a single electrical tapping of the tension members.
  • both the first end of the support means and a second end of the support means are prefabricated during prefabrication, such that the tension members are directly electrically contactable at the prefabricated points by a contacting device, wherein the prefastening takes place before a transport of the suspension element to the elevator installation.
  • the suspension element when installing the suspension element in the elevator installation, in each case at least two tensile carriers are electrically connected to one another by a second contacting device on the second suspension element end, and the tension members of a first contacting device on the first support end are individually electrically tapped.
  • the pre-assembly at the first and at the second end of the support means may be similar, or the pre-assembly at the first and at the second end of the support means may be formed in various ways.
  • the suspension element when installing the suspension element in the elevator installation, the suspension element is fastened to the suspension element fastening devices such that an excess length of the suspension element is stored substantially behind only one suspension element fastening device.
  • This has the advantage that the excess length must be stowed only once in the elevator system. This reduces an expense in the installation of the suspension element in the elevator system.
  • the excess length of the suspension element is rolled up and fastened to a carrier.
  • the prefabricated location is guided by the suspension element fastening device.
  • the prefabricated point is dimensioned such that no special suspension means fastening devices must be used.
  • the tension members comprise stranded steel wires.
  • the tension members comprise stranded plastic fibers, such as aramid fibers, and electrically conductive elements, such as carbon fibers or metallic wires.
  • prefabricated and prefabricated point mean that the suspension element is prepared with regard to electrical contacting of the tension members.
  • a prefabricated point thus differs from a non-prefabricated of the suspension means in that a contacting device can be connected more easily or directly to the tension members.
  • a pre-assembly can therefore include an attachment of additional elements, or even only a change of the jacket or the tension members.
  • FIG. 1 schematically illustrated lift system 40 includes an elevator car 41, a counterweight 42 and a support means 1 and a traction sheave 43 with associated drive motor 44.
  • the traction sheave 43 drives the support means 1 and thus moves the elevator car 41 and the counterweight 42 gegentechnisch.
  • the drive motor 44 is controlled by an elevator control 45.
  • the cabin 41 is designed to receive people and / or goods and to transport between floors of a building. Cabin 41 and counterweight 42 are guided along guides (not shown). In the example, the cabin 41 and the counterweight 42 are each suspended on support rollers 46.
  • the support means 1 is fastened to a first support means fastening device 47, and then first guided around the support roller 46 of the counterweight 42.
  • the support means 1 is placed over the traction sheave 43, guided around the support roller 46 of the car 41 and finally connected by a second suspension means fastening device 47 with a fixed point.
  • the wrap factor is 2: 1.
  • a loose end 1.1 of the suspension element 1 is provided with a contacting device 2 for temporary or permanent contacting of the suspension element 1.
  • a contacting device 2 is arranged at both ends of the support means 1.
  • only one contacting device 2 is arranged on one of the support means ends 1.1.
  • the Tragstoffenden 1.1 are no longer burdened by the tensile force in the suspension element 1, as this tensile force is already passed through the suspension means fastening devices 47 into the building.
  • the contacting devices 2 are thus arranged in a non-overrun area of the suspension element 1 and outside the loaded area of the suspension element 1.
  • the elevator installation 40 shown in FIG. 1 is exemplary. Other capping factors and arrangements, such as counterbalanced lift systems, are possible.
  • the contacting device 2 for contacting the support means 1 is then arranged according to the placement of the support means fastening devices 47.
  • a suspension element 1 is shown with a pre-assembled point 8 at a first end of the support means 1.1.
  • the suspension element is prefabricated only at one end, so that the suspension element can be cut to length when installed in an elevator installation.
  • at least two tension members are electrically connected to each other at a non-pre-assembled second end of the support so that in each case at least two tension members are switchable in series, wherein the tension members only have to be electrically contacted or tapped by a monitoring unit at the first end of the support means.
