Claims (14)
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) conçu pour raccorder l'un à l'autre, de manière amovible, un premier et un second tube longitudinal (118a, 122a; 118b, 122b) d'un fauteuil roulant (100), ledit dispositif de désaccouplement rapide comprenant :- un premier élément tubulaire (12) pouvant être raccordé de manière fixe audit premier tube longitudinal (118a, 118) ;- un second élément tubulaire (14) pouvant être raccordé de manière fixe audit second tube longitudinal (122a, 122b), ledit second élément tubulaire étant conçu pour être reçu de manière télescopique à l'intérieur dudit premier élément tubulaire ;- un ensemble de fixation par serrage (20) conçu pour fixer par serrage ledit premier élément tubulaire (12) sur ledit second élément tubulaire (14) afin d'empêcher un déplacement axial dudit second élément tubulaire (14) par rapport audit premier élément tubulaire (12), ledit ensemble de fixation par serrage comprenant :- une bague en forme de C (21) faisant partie intégrante d'une partie d'extrémité (12a) dudit premier élément tubulaire (12) ou conçue pour accueillir celle-ci, à travers laquelle est inséré ledit second élément tubulaire (14), ladite bague comportant deux saillies opposées (21a, 21b) délimitant une fente longitudinale (21c) s'étendant le long de la totalité de sa longueur, lesdites saillies étant pourvues de trous traversants (21e, 21f) définissant une première direction axiale (XX') ;- une goupille de verrouillage (22) s'étendant à travers lesdits trous traversants (21e, 21f) et comportant une première et une seconde extrémité (22a, 22b) s'étendant à l'extérieur de ladite bague (21), ladite première extrémité (22a) étant raccordée de manière fixe à un écrou (23) et ladite seconde extrémité (22b) étant raccordée de manière fixe à un élément formant pivot (24) définissant une seconde direction axiale (YY') ;- un levier (25) comportant une extrémité formant poignée (25') et une extrémité de pivotement (25"), ladite extrémité de pivotement (25") comportant une cavité (25a1) conçue pour recevoir ledit élément formant pivot (24) et étant configurée de façon à raccorder de manière pivotante le levier (25) à la goupille de verrouillage (22) autour desdites première et seconde directions axiales (XX', YY') ;
ladite extrémité de pivotement (25") étant configurée de façon à déplacer lesdites saillies (21a, 21b) l'une vers l'autre de manière forcée lorsque ledit levier (25) pivote autour de ladite seconde direction axiale (YY') d'une position ouverte à une position fermée, ceci fixant par serrage ledit premier élément tubulaire (12) contre ledit second élément tubulaire (14) ;
ladite goupille de verrouillage (22) étant configurée de façon à être positionnée, dans une position de verrouillage dudit levier (25), au moins partiellement à l'intérieur d'une rainure (14b1) prévue dans la surface extérieure dudit second élément tubulaire (14), ceci empêchant le déplacement axial dudit second élément tubulaire (14) par rapport audit premier élément tubulaire (12) et, dans une position de déverrouillage dudit levier (25), à l'extérieur de ladite rainure (14b1), ceci permettant le déplacement axial dudit second élément tubulaire (14) par rapport audit premier élément tubulaire (12),
caractérisé en ce que ledit second élément tubulaire (14) comporte une extrémité de forme conique (14a) conçue pour venir en appui contre un épaulement de forme conique (16a) d'un manchon souple (16) pourvu d'une pluralité de fentes longitudinales (16b), ledit manchon (16) étant reçu à coulissement à l'intérieur dudit premier élément tubulaire (12) et poussé contre ladite extrémité de forme conique (14a) par des moyens élastiques (18), ceci limitant ou, de préférence, éliminant le jeu entre ledit premier élément tubulaire (12) et ledit second élément tubulaire (14). - Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le déplacement du levier (25) de sa position de verrouillage à sa position de déverrouillage se produit lorsqu'il pivote autour de la première direction axiale (XX') à partir de sa position ouverte.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le déplacement du levier (25) de sa position de verrouillage à sa position de déverrouillage se produit lorsqu'il pivote d'un angle essentiellement égal à 180 degrés autour de la première direction axiale (XX') à partir de sa position ouverte.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bague (21) comprend une ouverture (21g) approximativement cylindrique conçue pour recevoir le second élément tubulaire (14) et dans lequel la goupille de verrouillage (22) comprend au moins une section centrale (22c) comportant un évidement (22c1), ladite section centrale (22c) étant configurée de façon à être positionnée, dans la position de verrouillage du levier (25), au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de ladite ouverture (21g), ledit évidement (22c1) s'étendant au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de la fente (21c) séparant les saillies (21a, 21b) de la bague (21) et, dans la position de déverrouillage, à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture (21g), ledit évidement (22c1) s'étendant au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de ladite ouverture (21g).
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'extrémité de pivotement (25") du levier (25) définit une surface formant came qui amène l'écrou (23) à être tiré en direction du levier (25) à mesure que ledit levier (25) se déplace de sa position ouverte à sa position fermée, ceci déplaçant lesdites saillies (21 a, 21 b) l'une vers l'autre de manière forcée.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'extrémité de pivotement (25") présente la forme d'une chape et comprend deux ailettes opposées (25"a, 25"b) pourvues de trous traversants (25"a1, 25"b1) de façon à permettre le positionnement de l'élément formant pivot (24), lesdites ailettes (25"a, 25"b) présentant une forme approximativement oblongue et ledit élément formant pivot (24) étant positionné par rapport auxdites ailettes (25"a, 25"b) de façon à définir un excentrique.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les ailettes (25"a, 25"b) sont arrondies au niveau de leur périphérie et sont en appui sur une bague formant entretoise (26) positionnée entre le levier (25) et la bague en forme de C (21) le long de la goupille de verrouillage (22), la surface (26a) de ladite bague formant entretoise (26) qui est en contact avec lesdites ailettes (25"a, 25"b) présentant un profil arrondi conçu pour recevoir lesdites ailettes (25"a, 25"b) et permettre le mouvement de pivotement dudit levier (25) autour de la seconde direction axiale (YY') entre sa position ouverte et sa position fermée.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens élastiques (18) consistent en un ressort hélicoïdal, une extrémité arrière de celui-ci se trouvant en butée contre une butée prévue à l'intérieur du premier tube longitudinal (118a, 118b) et une extrémité avant de celui-ci se trouvant en butée contre une extrémité arrière (16c) du manchon souple (16).
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier élément tubulaire (12) comprend une première série d'orifices espacés (13) et une seconde série d'orifices espacés (13), lesdits orifices (13) étant conçus pour être alignés sur des orifices correspondants (113) prévus dans le premier tube longitudinal (118a, 118b) et recevoir la tige filetée d'une vis de telle sorte que ledit premier élément tubulaire (12) puisse être raccordé de manière fixe audit premier tube longitudinal (118a, 118b).
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie d'extrémité (12a) du premier élément tubulaire (12) est pourvue d'une fente longitudinale (12a1) essentiellement alignée sur la fente (21c) séparant les saillies (21a, 21b) de la bague (21) de telle sorte que le diamètre intérieur de ladite partie d'extrémité (12a) puisse être réduit lorsque lesdites saillies (21a, 21b) sont déplacées l'une vers l'autre de manière forcée.
- Dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le second élément tubulaire (14) comporte une partie annulaire (14c) mince disposée le long de sa longueur, ladite partie annulaire (14c) présentant un diamètre extérieur supérieur par rapport au diamètre extérieur de l'extrémité avant dudit second élément tubulaire (14) de façon à définir une butée contre laquelle vient buter le second tube longitudinal (122a, 122b) lorsque ledit second élément tubulaire (14) est positionné correctement à l'intérieur dudit second tube longitudinal (122a, 122b).
- Fauteuil roulant (100) comprenant :- une structure d'assise (112) supportée sur le sol par des roues motrices gauche et droite (111a, 111b), ladite structure d'assise (112) comprenant des premiers tubes longitudinaux gauche et droit (118a, 118b),- une structure avant (120) supportée sur le sol par des roues pivotantes gauche et droite (121a, 121b), ladite structure avant (120) comprenant des seconds tubes longitudinaux gauche et droit (122a, 122b), dans lequel ledit premier tube longitudinal gauche et ledit second tube longitudinal gauche, respectivement ledit premier tube longitudinal droit et ledit second tube longitudinal droit (118a, 122a ; 118b, 122b), sont raccordés l'un à l'autre, de manière amovible, par un dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) gauche, respectivement un dispositif de désaccouplement rapide (10) droit, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Fauteuil roulant (100) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la structure d'assise (112) supporte une plaque d'assise (116) rigide ou semi-rigide.
- Fauteuil roulant (100) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la plaque d'assise (116) fait partie intégrante des premiers tubes longitudinaux gauche et droit (118a, 118b).
