Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer beschichteten, inneren Oberfläche (4), insbesondere zum Herstellen einer beschichteten Bohrung (1) eines VerbrennungsmotorsThe invention relates to a method for producing a coated inner surface (4), in particular for producing a coated bore (1) of an internal combustion engine
Vorgeschlagen wird, dass das Verfahren zumindest mit den folgenden Schritten durchgeführt wird:
- Herstellen eines im Rohling vorliegenden Basiskörpers (3);
- Aufbohren der Bohrung (1) und Vorbearbeiten derselben;
- Aufbringen einer Email-Beschichtung (2) auf die innere Oberfläche (4) der Bohrung (1), und
- Nachbehandlung der beschichteten Bohrung (1), wobei sich die Email-Beschichtung (2) mit dem Grundwerkstoff der Bohrung (1) metallurgisch durch Phasenbildung verbindet.
It is proposed that the method be carried out at least with the following steps:
