L'invention concerne des détergents, contenant au moins un composé de la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 für –H, -CH3, -CH2-CH3, -(CH2)2-CH3, -CH-(CH3)2 ou –(CH2)n-CH3 où n = 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 ou 11 ; X représente un atome d'hydrogène, un cation monovalent ou la nième partie d'un cation n-valent. Les détergents présentent une puissance de nettoyage améliorée notamment sur les salissures enzymatiques.
