Definitions
- Enzyme-stabilizing surfactant mixture and liquid detergents and cleaning agents containing them The invention relates to a surfactant mixture which, in particular in liquid detergents or cleaning agents, has an enzyme-stabilizing effect. The invention also relates to the use of the surfactant mixtures.
- enzymes or enzyme combinations to improve the cleaning effect of detergents and cleaning agents is generally known in the field of detergents and cleaning agents.
- the enzymes most commonly used include proteases, amylases, cellulases, lipases and mannanases. These enzymes can each have different properties from one another and come from different sources.
- Enzyme-containing detergents and cleaning agents often have the disadvantage that the enzymes contained therein have only a limited stability and the washing and cleaning properties deteriorate significantly even after short storage times. This also applies to agents to which enzyme stabilizers have been added. This problem occurs in particular with liquid formulations and there in particular with formulations with a higher water content. Surfactants can also have a negative influence on the enzyme stability, so that there is a need for enzyme-compatible, yet powerful surfactant systems.
- EP 1 700 904 A1 and WO 00/37600 A1 generally describe surfactant combinations that can be used in combination with enzymes in liquid detergents and cleaning agents.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a surfactant system, in particular for liquid detergents and cleaning agents, which ensures sufficient stability of the enzymes contained and has improved washing and cleaning activity.
- this surfactant system can achieve high enzyme stabilities, in particular in liquid detergents or cleaning agents.
- This surfactant system makes it possible to incorporate enzymes into detergents or cleaning agents with a long-term stability in storage and without the addition of special enzyme stabilizers.

- other matrix-forming materials can be used instead of alginate.
- the capsules can be dispersed stably in the liquid detergents or cleaning agents.
- Stable means that the washing or cleaning agents are stable at room temperature for a period of at least 4 weeks and preferably for at least 6 weeks without the particles in the agent creaming or sedimenting.
- the active ingredients are usually released from the capsules by destroying the shell or the matrix as a result of mechanical, thermal, chemical or enzymatic action.
- the liquid washing or cleaning agents contain capsules in which one or more fragrances are contained.
- the particles can comprise abrasive substances such as spheres made of plastic or calcium carbonate as well as powders, granulates or compounds of compounds that are insoluble in the detergent or cleaning agent.
- abrasive substances such as spheres made of plastic or calcium carbonate as well as powders, granulates or compounds of compounds that are insoluble in the detergent or cleaning agent.
- the liquid detergents or cleaning agents contain the same or different particles in amounts of 0.05 to 10% by weight, in particular 0.1 to 8% by weight and extremely preferably 0.2 to 5% by weight. -%.
