  • the post according to the invention can be used both as a lower post and as an upper post of the same banister.
  • the solution devised is also particularly simple, slim and of limited bulk: it is thus particularly recommended in situations of little available space and/or in which it is intended to make a particularly light banister.
  • the solution of adjusting the installation height of the post is also of particular interest, also allowing possible unevenness between different areas of the flight of stairs in which the single posts are mounted to be compensated.

Claims (12)

  1. Pfosten für Baluster, Geländer und Ähnliches, umfassend einen rohrförmigen Körper (4), der mit einem unteren Ende (5) versehen ist, das dazu geeignet ist, auf einem Boden, einer Stufe einer Treppe (3) oder einer anderen ähnlichen Fläche befestigt zu werden, und mit einem oberen Ende (6), wobei der Pfosten (1) ferner ein Drehgelenk (7) umfasst, das mit dem oberen Ende (6) verbunden ist, wobei das Drehgelenk (7) ein erstes Element (8) umfasst, das mit dem oberen Ende (6) verbunden werden kann, und ein zweites Element (9), das mit einem Handlauf (11) einer Brüstung (2) verbunden werden kann, wobei das erste Element (8) und das zweite Element (9) jeweils einen ersten Zapfen (16) umfassen, der in der Lage ist, in den Hohlraum des oberen Endes (6) des rohrförmigen Elements (4) eingesteckt zu werden, und einen zweiten Zapfen (17), der in der Lage ist, in den Hohlraum des freien Endes (10) des Handlaufs (11) eingesteckt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (8) und das zweite Element (9) identisch und austauschbar sind.
  2. Pfosten nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Element (8) eine erste seitliche Aussparung (14) umfasst und das zweite Element (9) eine zweite seitliche Aussparung (15) umfasst, an die das erste (8) und das zweite (9) Element jeweils längs einer Drehachse (A) in einer Anordnung minimaler Querabmessung angekoppelt sind.
  3. Pfosten nach Anspruch 2, wobei das erste Element (8) einen ersten Gelenkabschnitt (12) umfasst, der die zweite seitliche Aussparung (15) in Eingriff nimmt, und das zweite Element (9) einen zweiten Gelenkabschnitt (13) umfasst, der die erste seitliche Aussparung (14) in Eingriff nimmt.
  4. Pfosten nach Anspruch 3, wobei der erste Gelenkabschnitt (12) und/oder der zweite Gelenkabschnitt (13) eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische oder halbzylindrische Ausgestaltung mit einer Symmetrieachse aufweisen, die mit der Drehachse (A) zusammenfällt.
  5. Pfosten nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4, wobei die erste seitliche Aussparung (14) und/oder die zweite seitliche Aussparung (15) jeweils durch eine erste schräge Fläche (22) und durch eine zweite schräge Fläche (23) in Bezug auf die Längsachse des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) und/oder des Handlaufs (11) definiert sind.
  6. Pfosten nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die erste schräge Fläche (22) und/oder die zweite schräge Fläche (23) mit der Seitenfläche des ersten Elements (8) und/oder des zweiten Elements (9) eine erste Anschlagkante (24) und/oder eine zweite Anschlagkante (25) jeweils auf dem zweiten Gelenkabschnitt (13) und/oder auf dem ersten Gelenkabschnitt (12) definieren, um wenigstens eine Anschlagstellung bei der Drehung des ersten Elements (8) in Bezug auf das zweite Element (9) zu erhalten.
  7. Pfosten nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6, wobei der erste Zapfen (16) und/oder der zweite Zapfen (17) in dem Hohlraum des oberen Endes (6) des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) und/oder in dem Hohlraum des freien Endes (10) des Handlaufs (11) mittels einer ersten Schraube (26) und/oder einer zweiten Schraube (31) arretiert werden können, die in ein in dem rohrförmigen Körper (4) ausgebildetes erstes Durchgangsloch (27) und/oder in ein in dem Handlauf (11) ausgebildetes zweites Durchgangsloch (32) eingreifen.
  8. Pfosten nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Ende (5) des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) Mittel (36) zum Anpassen der Befestigungshöhe des Pfostens (1) an einen Boden, eine Stufe einer Treppe (3) oder eine andere ähnliche Fläche umfasst.
  9. Pfosten nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Mittel zum Anpassen (36) eine Auflage (37) umfassen, die in dem Hohlraum des unteren Endes (5) des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) befestigt ist, mit dem eine oder mehrere überlappende Platten (38) verbunden sind, um auf den Boden, auf eine Stufe einer Treppe (3) oder auf eine andere ähnliche Fläche aufgesetzt zu werden.
  10. Pfosten nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Auflage (37) einen Kopf (39) umfasst, der in dem Hohlraum des unteren Endes (5) des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) mittels oberer Schrauben (40) befestigt werden kann, wobei ein Gewindestift (45), der an dem Kopf (39) befestigt ist, eine derartige Länge aufweist, dass er teilweise aus der Öffnung des unteren Endes (5) auskragt, und einen Block (46), der mit dem Zwischenabschnitt des Gewindestifts (45) verbunden ist, an dessen unterem Ende (47) die Platten (38) mittels unterer Schrauben (48) verbunden werden können, wobei die Platten (38) jeweils zentrale Löcher (49) für den Durchgang des Gewindestifts (45) aufweisen, wobei das untere Ende des Gewindestifts (45) seinerseits am Boden, an einer Stufe einer Treppe (3) oder an einer anderen ähnlichen Fläche mittels einer selbstschneidenden Schraube, Mutter oder anderer ähnlicher Teile befestigt werden kann.
  11. Pfosten nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der rohrförmige Körper (4) einen oder mehrere Schlitze (50) für die einstellbare Verbindung jeweiliger Drahtseile (51) eines Geländers, einer Brüstung o. ä. umfasst.
  12. Pfosten nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, umfassend eine oder mehrere Buchsen (52), die drehbar in dem Hohlraum des rohrförmigen Körpers (4) an den Schlitzen (50) gelagert sind und jeweils seitliche Löcher (54) zum Einfügen der Anschlussenden der jeweiligen Drahtseile (51) aufweisen.
