Claims (14)

  1. Höhenverstellbare Plattform (10; 50; 210) für eine Matratze oder ein Möbelteil, bestehend aus
    einem Rahmen (12), um eine Auflageebene (H) für die Matratze oder das Möbelteil zu erhalten,
    einem Stützfuß (16), der schwenkbar am Rahmen (12) angebracht ist, drehbar ist und den Rahmen (12) vom Boden stützen kann,
    einem Arm (32; 62; 232), der an einer Seite mit dem Fuß (16) und an der anderen Seite mit einem schwenkbar angebrachten Element (34; 64; 234) am Rahmen (12) verbunden ist,
    besagtes Element dazu geeignet ist, eine Zug- oder Schubkraft auf den Arm (32; 62; 232) bei seiner Drehung durchzuführen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es
    einen Hebel (30; 72; 230) aufweist, der mit dem drehbar angebrachten Element (34; 64; 234) verbunden ist und von einem Benutzer greifbar ist, um das drehbar angebrachte Element (34; 64; 234) zu schwenken.
  2. Plattform nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hebel (30; 72; 230) teleskopisch ist.
  3. Plattform nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bestehend aus zwei Füßen (16), wie sie in Anspruch 1 definiert sind, und jeder Fuß einen Arm (32; 62; 232) aufweist, der an einer Seite mit dem Fuß und an der anderen mit dem schwenkbaren Element (34; 64; 234) verbunden ist, so dass eine Drehung des drehbar angebrachten Elements (34; 64; 234) gleichzeitig eine entgegengesetzte Schub- oder Zugkraft auf die beiden Arme (32; 62; 232) bewirkt.
  4. Plattform nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das drehbar angebrachte Element (34; 64; 234) am Rahmen (12) angebracht ist und entsprechend viele Enden aufweist, die frei schwingen, dass die Arme (32; 62; 232) an jedem Ende einen Arm schwenkbar angebracht haben.
  5. Plattform entsprechend Patentanspruch 4, wobei das schwenkbar angebrachte Element (34; 64; 234) direkt am Rahmen (12) schwenkbar angebracht ist.
  6. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Rollelement (78), welches am drehbar angebrachten Element (34; 64; 234) fest angebracht ist.
  7. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche von 3 bis 6, wobei das Rollelement (78) fest am Hebel (30, 72, 230) angebracht ist, um zu vermeiden, dass der Hebel (30, 72, 230) den Boden berührt oder an diesem aufliegt.
  8. Plattform nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Drehachse vom Rollelement (78) parallel zur Schwenkachse vom Fuß (16) in Bezug zum Rahmen (12) verläuft.
  9. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Rollelement (78) an einem Fuß (16) angebracht ist und die Drehachse parallel zur Drehachse vom Fuß (16) in Bezug auf den Rahmen (12) verläuft.
  10. Plattform nach Patentanspruch 6, 7, 8 oder 9, wobei das Rollelement (78) ein Rad ist.
  11. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das drehbar angebrachte Element (34, 64, 234) schwenkbar am Rahmen (12) angebracht ist und die Drehachse (Y1) senkrecht zur Auflageebene (H) verläuft.
  12. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das drehbar angebrachte Element (34, 64; 234) schwenkbar am Rahmen (12) angebracht ist und die Drehachse (Z1; Y6) parallel zur Auflageebene (H) verläuft.
  13. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das drehbar angebrachte Element (34, 64; 234) eine Stange (234) aufweist, die mit dem Rahmen (12) verbunden ist, indem sie durch Bolzen drehbar in einem Abstandhalter (284) zum Rahmen (12) angebracht ist.
  14. Plattform nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche von 4 bis 13, wobei das drehbar angebrachte Element (234) auf einer der besagten freien Enden einen Sitz (242) aufweist, der geeignet ist, das schwenkbar angebrachte Ende des Arms (232) darin unterzubringen.
