Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Schwimmbeckens aus untereinander verbundenen Platten (P), wobei jede Platte (P) aus einem Zusammenbau von aufeinandergesetzten Bohlen (1) besteht, welche in Längsrichtung parallele Hohlräume (1a) aufweisen, von denen wenigstens ein Hohlraum innen eine Aussteifungseinlage (2) aufnehmen kann, wobei die senkrechten Schmalseiten der derart gebildeten Platten (P) für einen geraden oder winkelförmig ausgerichteten Zusammenbau mit Anfügemitteln zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Anfügemittel durch die überstehenden Enden der Aussteifungseinlagen (2) von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Platten gebildet werden, welche über Einsatzstücke (3) verbunden werden, wobei im Anschlussbereich der Innen- und Außenseiten der Platten eine Abdeckung (5) (6) abdichtend befestigt wird, um den Spalt zu schließen, der zwischen den Platten aufgrund des Überstands der Aussteifungseinlagen entstanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsstoßkanten der Bohlen weitere Einpassformen (1b) (1c) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren Einpassformen vom Typ Zapfenverbindung sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohlen (1) aus Verbundwerkstoff hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsatzstücke (3) aus geraden oder winkelförmigen Muffen bestehen, die an den überstehenden Enden der Aussteifungseinlagen (2) befestigt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Schwimmbeckens aus untereinander verbundenen Platten (P), wobei jede Platte (P) aus einem Zusammenbau von aufeinandergesetzten Bohlen (1) besteht, welche in Längsrichtung parallele Hohlräume (1a) aufweisen, von denen wenigstens ein Hohlraum innen eine Aussteifungseinlage (2) aufnehmen kann, wobei die senkrechten Schmalseiten der entsprechend gebildeten Platten (P) für einen geraden oder winkelförmig ausgerichteten Zusammenbau mit Anfügemitteln zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Anfügemittel durch Profile (7) gebildet werden, die über die gesamte Länge an den senkrechten Plattenschmalseiten befestigt sind, wobei die Profile (7) Vorkehrungen (7a) aufweisen, die zur dichten Verbindung von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Platten über ihre gesamte Höhe den Eingriff eines gemeinsamen Verbindungselementes (8) ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (7) und das gemeinsame Verbindungselement (8) weitere Einpassformen vom Typ männliche/weibliche Steckformen (7a) (8a) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (7) von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Platten identisch sind, wobei jedes der Profile eine männliche oder weibliche Steckform passend zu einer weiblichen oder männlichen Steckform aufweist, die symmetrisch auf dem Verbindungselement (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verbindungselement (8) zur Überdeckung der Profile (7) von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Platten profiliert ausgebildet ist und die gleiche Querschnittsfläche aufweist.
