A guide fitting (32) of a sliding door (1) of a piece of sliding door furniture, comprising a guide component housing (33), an adjusting element (44), a running element (34) which is held inside the guide component housing (33) and which is adjustable in the height direction by the adjusting element (44), said running element (34) comprising a running wheel (43) and a sliding element (42), whereby the adjusting element (44) and the running element (34) form a unit made from one piece, whereby said unit can be mounted in the guide component housing (33) in two positions being rotated by 180°, whereby in a first mounting position the sliding element (42) is located at a side facing a front side (38) of the guide component housing (33) with the running wheel (43) located behind the sliding element (42), or in a second mounting position which is rotated by 180° the sliding element (42) is situated in the back position and the running wheel (43) is located in the front position, characterized in that the running element (34) comprises lateral guide webs (46) which engage with grooves (36) of the guide component housing.
  2. A guide fitting (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting element (44) in its operating position is located above the running element (34).
  3. A guide fitting (32) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adjusting element (44) is formed as a thumb wheel, said thumb wheel protruding from apertures of the two side planes of the guide component housing (33).
  4. A sliding door (1) of a piece of sliding door furniture, comprising at least one guide fitting (3) with a guide part for guiding the sliding door in an upper guide and at least one guide fitting (32) with a running part for guiding the sliding door in a bottom guide, characterized in that the guide fitting (32) is formed with a running element (34) according to one of claims 1 to 3.
  5. A piece of sliding door furniture, comprising at least one sliding door (1) having at least one guide fitting (3) having a guide part (4) for guiding the sliding door in an upper guide (2) of the piece of sliding door furniture and at least one guide fitting (32) having a running element (34) for guiding the sliding door in a bottom guide (31) of the piece of sliding door furniture, characterized in that the at least one sliding door (1) is formed according to claim 4.
