GMA hardware for a sliding door

The present invention relates to a GMA fitting for a sliding door of a sliding door furniture according to the preamble of claim 1, a sliding door as well as a sliding door furniture.

Gma fittings of the exposed gender for sliding doors of, for example, sliding door furniture, are known, for example, from FR 2 108 755 A, have a gma piece as a sliding piece for a top gma and a sliding piece as a sliding piece with rolling for the lower gma. The piece of gma is composed, in this case, of a box for the piece of gma with a sliding element, which protrudes below a gma profile of the ceiling of a sliding door furniture to drive the sliding door. In addition, the sliding element is permanently pressed upwards by means of a compression spring and therefore penetrates the gma profile.

It is disadvantageous in a similar GMA hardware that the retention of the sliding element in the gma part box does not offer reliable anti-theft insurance, that is, that the sliding element can be pushed down from the outer face of the door of the mode easier by pressing down the sliding element with a flat object, for example, a credit card.

From document DE 297 11 352 U1 a GMA hardware is known, in which a sliding part is provided with a recess, in which one end of an elastic element can be interlocked to limit the displacement of the sliding part. However, the elastic element can be compressed by hand so much that the sliding part can be extracted upwards.

From US 4,123,874 A a gma hardware is known, in which a gma body is locked in a recess of a hardware body by means of retention tabs.

The problem of the present invention is, therefore, to facilitate a gma fitting for a sliding door with a piece of gma, which has a reliable anti-theft lock and with which an adaptation of the depth of the gma is simply possible.

Said problem is solved by means of a gma fitting for sliding door with a gma piece according to the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, a retention tab is arranged in the sliding element of the gma fitting, which can be interlocked with an interlocking element of the gma piece housing, which runs perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the sliding element. By means of the retention made possible in this way, the disengagement of the sliding door from outside is effectively avoided.

In addition, an end shaped as a mouth has been configured in the retention tongue by its face oriented towards the interlocking element to at least partially wrap an interlocking element of the box of the gma piece configured as a brace. This simply guarantees a secure restraint of the retention tab on the interlocking element.

The retention tongue is formed above the mouth-shaped end with a gripping element, which is accessible by means of a second opening provided in the gma piece housing above the interlocking element. By pressing the retention tab on the gripping element, pressure can be exerted on the end of the retention tongue behind the interlocking element of the gma piece housing. With this, the sliding element can be pushed down so that it is completely removed from the gma profile of the sliding door cabinet. The sliding element can be locked in that position by interlocking the end of the retention tab in the first hole of the gma piece case.

chosen by way of example in the respective figures. These concepts are not to be understood as limiting, that is, in different work positions or in the symmetrical design by reflection or the like, such references may vary.

The gma 3 hardware, shown in figures 1 to 7, of a sliding door 1 for a sliding door furniture is provided, for example, for the conduction of a sliding door in a gma profile 2, for example, in U-shape, where the gma profile 2 has preferably been embedded in a part of the roof of a sliding door cabinet.

The gma hardware 3 has, as can be recognized especially in Figures 4 and 5, a gma piece box 7, in which a sliding element 4 provided with lateral ribs 19 gma has been placed vertically movable. From the basic body configured in a parallelepipedic manner of the sliding element 4, an 18 gma rib protrudes, which in its operative position penetrates from below in a gma profile 2 of a sliding door furniture, shown in figures 1 to 3, to drive the sliding door. In the assembly of the sliding element 4 in the box 6 of the gma piece, the sliding element 4 slides from above into a box section 9, made partially cylindrical, arranged on a rear face 8 of a box part of flat gma, whose box section 9 has grooves 11 corresponding to the lateral ribs 19 on its inner face, on which they rest.

On the lower face of the sliding element 4, a cylindrical hole 20 is provided, into which an elastic element 5 can be inserted, preferably in the form of a compression spring, which rests at its other end in a cylindrical hole 12 of the box 6 of the piece of gma. The elastic element 5 permanently presses upward on the sliding element 4 towards the gma profile 2 of the sliding door furniture. So that the sliding element 4 is not pressed completely out of the box 6 of the gma piece, a stop 21 has been formed in the sliding element 4, which holds the sliding element 4 in the box 6 of the gma piece. To hold the stop 21, a recess 16 congruent with the shape of the stop 21 has been made in the upper edge of a rectangular recess 13 of the box.

The recess 13 of the box also makes accessible a retention tab 22 arranged in the sliding element 4, which can be interlocked with an interlocking element 15 of the box 6 of the gma piece, which runs perpendicularly to the direction z of travel of the sliding element 4.

The retention tab 22 has also been configured with an end 24 shaped as a mouth on its face oriented towards the locking element 15, the end of which 24 can at least partially wrap the locking element 15. The interlocking element 15 is also preferably configured as a brace, behind which the box 6 of the gma piece has been made with an additional concavity 17, which is connected with a first hole 14 to the front face 7 of the box 6 of the piece of gma.

The case 6 of the gma piece also has two pins 10 on its rear face 8 to fix to the sliding door 1, which can be inserted in perforations provided for it from the sliding door 1 and through which screws can be screwed thread from the front face 7 of the box 6 of the gma piece.

The retention tab 22 is elastically disposed in the sliding element 4 and can be inserted by pressure on a gripping element 23, formed approximately centered on the retention tongue 22, from the front face 7 of the case 6 of the part from gma. In addition, the end 24 of the retention tab 22 shaped as a mouth is also advanced more or less in an L-shape with respect to the front face 7 of the case 6 of the gma piece. With said elastic retention tab 22 of the sliding element 4, the sliding element 4 allows an anti-theft security in the gma hardware 3. The sliding element 4 can take, in particular, three operating positions, which have been shown in Figures 1 to 3.

In figure 1, the sliding element 4 is in an upper position. The stop 21 of the sliding element 4 in this case touches the recess 16 of the box 6 of the gma piece and the mouth-shaped end 24 of the retaining tongue 22 is in this position above the interlocking element 15 . In this position of the sliding element 4, the rib 18 gma of the sliding element 4 sinks from below into the gma profile 2 of the sliding door furniture.

To remove the sliding door 1, the sliding element 4 must first descend from the 2 gma profile. For this, a user must push down the sliding element 4 by means of the gripping element 23 of the retention tab 22 against the elastic force of the elastic element 5. If, in addition, the gripping element 23 is not pressed back to the case 6 of the gm piece, then the end 24 shaped as a mouth the retention tab 22 sits from above on the interlocking element 15. With this, the sliding element 4 cannot be pushed further down. In that position a piece of the nerve 18 gma of the sliding element 4 still penetrates into the profile 2 gma, so that the sliding door 1 still cannot be disassembled in that state.

To further push the sliding element 4 down to the disassembly position, the user must, as shown in Figure 3, press the retention tab by means of the gripping element 23 back to the case 6 of the gma piece before reach the locking element 15 by means of the end 24 shaped as a mouth of the gma retention tab 22 and then push in further down to the hole 17 of the box 5 6 of the gma piece. By subsequent release of the grip element 23, the retention tab 22 returns

elastically in the direction of the front face 7 of the box 6 of the gma and interlocking piece, with the end 24 formed as a mouth of the retaining tongue 22, below the interlocking element 15. Only in that position of the sliding element 4, has the nerve 18 gma left the gma profile 2 completely so that the sliding door 1 can be removed.

As can be seen in Figures 6 and 7, the sliding element 4 can be imagined in different variants. In this case, the variant of the sliding element 4 shown in Figure 7 corresponds to the variant of Figures 1 to 5, in which the nerve 18 gma has been configured as an extension of a rear wall of the sliding element 4, while the variant of the sliding element 4 shown in figure 6 has an 18 'gma rib,

15 which has been configured as an extension of a front wall, that is, of the wall of the sliding element 4 'facing the front face 7 of the case 6 of the gma piece. It is also imaginable a situation of the nerve 18 gma in places located in between. This makes it possible, by a simple exchange of the sliding elements 4, 4 ', to obtain different depths of gma in a box 6 of the gma piece.

Sliding door (1) for a sliding door furniture, which has at least one gma hardware (3) with a gma piece to drive the sliding door in an upper gma and at least one hardware (32) of gma with a moving part to drive the sliding door in a lower gma, characterized in that the at least one gma hardware (3) has been configured with the sliding element (4) according to one of claims 1 to 2. 4. Sliding door furniture, which has at least one sliding door (1) with a sliding element (4) to drive the sliding door in an upper gma (2) of the sliding door furniture and at least one hardware (32 ) of gma with a mobile element (34) to drive the sliding door in a lower gma (31) of the sliding door furniture, characterized in that the at least one sliding door (1) has been configured according to claim 3.
