Claims (12)

  1. Procédé servant à emballer des groupes d'objets (1) assemblés en des unités d'emballage (2), avec des étapes suivantes :

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) sont préalablement fixées, en particulier laminées, à l'aide d'un élément de compression (14).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la source de chaleur (15) et/ou l'élément de compression (14) sont disposés de part et d'autre et de manière parallèle par rapport à la direction de transport principale des unités d'emballage (2).
  5. Dispositif servant à emballer des groupes d'objets (1) assemblés en des unités d'emballage (2), en particulier servant à mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, avec
    une unité d'enveloppement servant à envelopper l'unité d'emballage (2) respective sur un tronçon de transport (T) dans la direction de défilement (L) d'un film (3) ainsi que servant à former de manière simultanée un recouvrement en film (4) et des languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) faisant saillie respectivement côté bord transversal au-delà de l'unité d'emballage (2), avec en outre
    une unité de pliage (9) servant à placer les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) au niveau de l'unité d'emballage (2) lors du passage, et avec
    un dispositif de fixation (14, 15 ; 16) servant à fixer au moins mutuellement les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) les unes aux autres, dans lequel
    le dispositif de fixation (14, 15 ; 16) se compose d'une unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) servant à fixer au préalable mutuellement les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) par un effet de chaleur et
    d'une unité de fixation finale (16) servant à fixer de manière finale l'ensemble de l'unité d'emballage (2) par un effet de chaleur,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) se situe dans le prolongement de l'unité de pliage (9) et l'unité de fixation finale (16) suit l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15), et dans lequel l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) est équipée d'une source de chaleur (15) étirée en longueur et déplacée conjointement.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la source de chaleur (15) est alimentée en énergie en totalité ou en partie par l'unité de fixation finale (16).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la source de chaleur (15) de l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) parvient jusque dans l'unité de fixation finale (16).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) soumet les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) dans le même temps à une contrainte mécanique et à l'action de la chaleur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) soumet les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8) à une contrainte mécanique à l'aide d'au moins un élément de compression (14) et/ou par un flux d'air pour le positionnement et l'orientation mutuels par rapport à l'unité d'emballage (2).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compression (14) et/ou la source de chaleur (15) sont équipés, au niveau d'au moins leur côté tourné vers les languettes de pliage (5, 6, 7, 8), d'un revêtement, lequel évite une adhérence.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fixation finale (16) est réalisée sous la forme d'un tunnel de rétraction (16).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de pliage (9), l'unité de fixation préalable (14, 15) et l'unité de fixation finale (16) se situent directement dans le prolongement les unes des autres dans la direction de défilement (L).
