Claims (21)

  1. Magnetische Vorrichtung zum Regulieren der relativen Winkelgeschwindigkeit eines Rades (22) und mindestens eines magnetischen Dipols (24), der mit einem oszillierenden Element (26) fest verbunden ist, wobei das Rad oder der Dipol durch ein Antriebsdrehmoment angetrieben wird, wobei das Rad eine ferromagnetische Bahn (36) mit periodischer und als Funktion eines Zentrumswinkels wechselnder Polarität aufweist und wobei der mindestens eine Dipol so angeordnet ist, dass eine magnetische Kopplung mit der ferromagnetischen Bahn und eine Oszillation des Dipols mit der Eigenfrequenz des oszillierenden Elements bei der relativen Bewegung des Rades und des magnetischen Dipols ermöglicht werden, um die relative Winkelgeschwindigkeit zu regulieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rad ferner Mittel (40) zum Abführen kinetischer Energie des mindestens einen Dipols, wenn er sich von der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) entfernt, aufweist und dass die Mittel (40) zum Abführen kinetischer Energie nicht-ferromagnetische, elektrisch leitende Bereiche (40a, 40b) umfassen.
  2. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (40) zum Abführen von Energie benachbart zu der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) auf mindestens einer der Seiten der ferromagnetischen Bahn angeordnet sind.
  3. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bereiche (40a, 40b) im Wesentlichen in der Ebene der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) erstrecken.
  4. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht-ferromagnetischen, elektrisch leitenden Bereiche (40a, 40b) auf beiden Seiten der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) angeordnet sind.
  5. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht-ferromagnetischen, elektrisch leitenden Bereiche (40a, 40b) von der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) elektrisch isoliert sind.
  6. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Isolierung durch einen Luftspalt oder ein galvanisches Mittel ausgebildet ist.
  7. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ferromagnetische Bahn (36) Durchgangsschlitze (50) aufweist, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene der ferromagnetischen Bahn erstrecken.
  8. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ferromagnetische Bahn (36) durch eine konzentrische Schichtung eines ferromagnetischen Materials gebildet ist.
  9. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht-ferromagnetischen, elektrisch leitenden Bereiche (40a, 40b) aus einem Material hergestellt sind, das aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die Gold, Silber, Kupfer, Aluminium, Platin, Palladium, Titan und Nickel enthält.
  10. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ferromagnetische Bahn (36) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die Weicheisen, µ-Metall und Supermalloy enthält.
  11. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Dipol ein Permanentmagnet ist.
  12. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine magnetische Dipol eine Magnetisierungsrichtung senkrecht zu der Ebene der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) aufweist.
  13. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine magnetische Dipol eine offene Struktur umfasst, die einen geschlossenen magnetischen Kreis und einen Luftspalt (E) definiert, in dem sich das Rad (22) senkrecht zu der Richtung des magnetischen Flusses bewegen kann, der durch den mindestens einen magnetischen Dipol erzeugt wird, wobei die freien Enden der Struktur sich im Wesentlichen gegenüber der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) erstrecken, wenn das oszillierende Element im Ruhezustand ist.
  14. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rad (22) durch das Antriebsdrehmoment angetrieben wird und dass das oszillierende Element (26) mit einem festen Rahmen fest verbunden ist.
  15. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine magnetische Dipol mit mindestens einem Arm fest verbunden ist, wobei sich einer der Pole des Dipols im Wesentlichen gegenüber der ferromagnetischen Bahn (36) erstreckt, wenn das oszillierende Element (26) im Ruhezustand ist.
  16. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Arm mit einem ausgewuchteten Rotor, der durch das Antriebsdrehmoment angetrieben wird, fest verbunden ist und dass das Rad mit einem festen Rahmen fest verbunden ist.
  17. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ferromagnetische Bahn (36) durchgehend ist.
  18. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ferromagnetische Bahn (36) senkrecht zu der Drehachse des Rades (22) ausgerichtet ist.
  19. Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rad (22) ein isolierendes Substrat umfasst, auf dem auf mindestens einer Fläche die ferromagnetische Bahn (36) und die nicht-ferromagnetischen, elektrisch leitenden Bereiche (40a, 40b) aufgebracht sind.
  20. Uhrwerk für ein Zeitmessgerät, umfassend eine Regulierungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  21. Zeitmessgerät, umfassend ein Uhrwerk nach Anspruch 20.
