Description
The present invention relates to a lighting arrangement, in particular a security lighting, and a method for mounting a security lighting system with at least two such lighting arrangements.
Various embodiments of lighting arrangements which can be used as security lighting are known from the prior art. Safety lights are distinguished according to their functions, it is in particular a distinction between emergency lighting for escape routes, safety lighting for work areas with special risk and anti-panic lighting.
A safety lighting for escape routes should emphasize escape routes lighting technology and provide adequate viewing conditions on this and also ensure that appropriate extinguishing and safety devices are easy to find.
A safety lighting for work areas with special risk, on the other hand, allow safe exit from the workplace and lead to appropriate escape routes. In addition, it is intended to ensure that work can be stopped safely at workplaces with a special hazard (for example in test laboratories, construction sites, etc.).
Anti-panic lighting should provide a subjective sense of security and thus reduce the risk of panic, allowing orientation, especially in large halls and rooms, thereby safely achieving escape routes.
Because of these different requirement profiles or (lighting) functions to be provided, different illuminations with different optical elements are used in the prior art.
In the prior art safety luminaires, in particular with LED modules, are known to which different optics can be attached to thereby adjust the lighting to the respective installation location and to the respective (lighting) function (eg escape route, workplace and anti-panic) to be able to.
The mountable / interchangeable optics known in the art are attached to the LED module by means of reversible fasteners (e.g.
In such embodiments, however, it is problematic that during a change of the optics or when installing the optics direct access to the LEDs is possible, which in the worst case can lead to damage or destruction of the LED or to the fact that the operator injured.
In addition, the optics may be subjected to mechanical stresses during replacement or assembly, which may result in damage (e.g., scratching). Finally, in such luminaires with interchangeable optics there is the risk that the optics will not be placed above a corresponding light-emitting diode or not optimally above a corresponding light-emitting diode, which may lead to an impairment of the light emission of the illumination.
In these known lighting, which are adapted by means of various individual components to the respective lighting situation, there is also the need to produce and stockpile a significant number of individual components, which represents a particular disadvantage, especially for the individual distribution levels, since such a storage of individual components high organizational effort (eg due to the different order and inventory number) brings with it, and in addition relatively large storage areas are claimed. In order to offer the end customer several types of lighting, often also multiple covers of which the unused are usually disposed of, which is environmentally disadvantageous.
Based on this prior art, the present invention has the object to provide a lighting arrangement, in particular a security lighting, in which the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art are eliminated or reduced.
In particular, the present invention has the object to provide a lighting arrangement, with the different lighting requirements (with different lighting functions), in particular in the field of safety technology, can be solved without having to assemble different individual components (in particular optics) to a respective lighting arrangement. In addition, a method for mounting a safety lighting system is to be specified, which has the lowest possible susceptibility to errors, in particular with regard to the safety area to be observed distances between two adjacent lighting arrangements.
These and other objects, which will become apparent upon reading the following description or may be recognized by those skilled in the art, are achieved by the subject-matter of the independent claims. The dependent claims further form the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.
- zumindest eine Leuchdioden-Anordnung mit zumindest einer Leuchtdiode;
- at least one light-emitting diode arrangement with at least one light-emitting diode;
- at least one lens arrangement are arranged on the at least two optical elements, wherein the lens arrangement is arranged above the light-emitting diode arrangement and the arrangements are engaged with each other such that in each case one of the at least two optical elements of the lens arrangement by a relative relative to one another or a defined relative movement of the arrangements relative to each other over the at least a light-emitting diode of the light-emitting diode arrangement can be arranged, and thus light can be guided by the optical element arranged above the light-emitting diode.
A lighting arrangement according to the invention is thus distinguished by the fact that the lens arrangement, which comprises at least two optical elements (optics), is arranged displaceably / rotatably or movably relative to the light-emitting diode arrangement arranged underneath or fastened thereto.
In other words, an illumination arrangement is provided on which the optics (optical elements) necessary for the different illumination functions (which may occur, in particular, in the area of the safety illumination) are already mounted and can be selected by a simple displacement or rotation of the arrangements relative to one another. Thus, no separate components must be attached to a lighting, so that the above-mentioned disadvantages can be avoided and, for example, therefore, a quantity of items to be stored in wholesale can be significantly reduced.
Due to this configuration of a lighting arrangement according to the invention, there is therefore no longer any need to manufacture or stockpile various individual components.
Preferably, a lighting function for an escape route, an anti-panic lighting or a security lighting for work areas with special danger can be provided by a lighting arrangement according to the invention. The optical elements may be e.g. provide different scatter, radiation directions, intensity distributions and / or illumination perceptions.
For example, the DIN EN 1838 specifies the different requirements for the respective safety lighting for the above-mentioned different functions (escape route, workplace, anti-panic), in particular with regard to the uniformity of the light distribution, the illumination, and the light intensity.
The fact that the lens arrangement is provided above the light-emitting diode arrangement furthermore has the advantage that the light-emitting diode (or the light-emitting diodes) is protected against unintentional contact and damage caused thereby during assembly.
Preferably, the lens assembly is rotatably mounted about a pivot point that can be arranged by rotating the lens assembly of the at least two optical elements on the at least one light emitting diode, wherein the lens assembly in plan view preferably has a circular or polygonal shape ,
In one embodiment, the light-emitting diode arrangement and the lens arrangement can have a substantially circular shape in plan view, which are preferably rotatably mounted at a common center. Alternatively, however, other forms for the arrangements into consideration, as long as they allow any intervention of the arrangements at a pivot point, so that the optical arrangement provided on the lens arrangement by rotating the arrangements to each other in each case above the light emitting diode of the light emitting diode array can be.
In a further preferred embodiment, the lens arrangement is displaceably mounted along an axis (for example by means of corresponding rail elements) such that one of the at least two optical elements can be arranged above the at least one light-emitting diode by displacing the lens arrangement. For example, the lens arrangement may be formed in plan view as a rectangular bar, which can be moved relative to the light-emitting diode array, so that in each case one of the optical elements can be arranged above the light emitting diode. Again, the expert is again various geometric solutions known to be able to arrange the lens assembly so slidably on the light emitting diode array that by moving the lens assembly, a respective optical element is positioned over the light emitting diode.
Spherical lenses, aspherical lenses, optical gratings and / or stepped lenses are preferably used as optical elements of the lens arrangement. By means of these optical elements, it is possible to adapt an adaptation of the light emitted by the light-emitting diode to the respective requirements / functions (as described in more detail, for example, in DIN EN 1838), before, during or after installation of the illumination arrangement.
Furthermore, it is preferred that at least three optical elements are arranged on the lens arrangement. As a result, it is possible to provide the three most common lighting functions (escape route, workplace, anti-panic) of a security lighting with a lighting arrangement.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the respective optical elements are arranged in a housing on the lens arrangement. As a result, on the one hand, it is possible for the operator or fitter to emphasize the positions of the respective optical elements on the lens arrangement. In addition, there is the possibility to protect the optical elements from accidental contact during assembly, and thus from damage.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the light-emitting diode arrangement and the lens arrangement have corresponding latching means by means of which the arrangements can be latched together in one position. In this case, the corresponding latching means can be designed such that latching is possible only in a position in which one of the optical elements is positioned exactly above the corresponding light-emitting diode of the light-emitting diode arrangement. Such corresponding locking means can be provided for example by a lockable locking pin or positioning, which can be guided by the two arrangements. Alternatively or additionally, various latchable protrusions or latching tongues, which can be latched into respectively corresponding receptacles or undercuts, can be provided on the arrangements.
Advantageously, guide means are provided on at least one of the light-emitting diode arrangement and / or the lens arrangement, which means an optical element when displaced in the direction of the light-emitting diode - more precisely, during a relative movement of the optical element and the light-emitting diode towards each other - initially pushed away from the light-emitting diode arrangement / away / spaced and in a further displacement of the optical element in the direction of the light emitting diode - more precisely: in a further relative movement of the optical element and the light emitting diode toward each other - the optical element on the at least one light emitting diode lowered again, so that the optical element is disposed over the at least one light emitting diode. Such guide means can be provided, for example, by means of elevations, preferably with inlet and outlet slopes, which are provided on one or both arrangements. In the latter case, both arrangements have mutually corresponding guide means. This can ensure that there is no collision or contact of the optical elements with the light-emitting diode during a displacement or rotation of the lens arrangement with respect to the light-emitting diode arrangement. For example, corresponding elevations can be provided with approach and drain slopes, which interact with a respective housing of the optical elements and push them away accordingly or bring them back to the light-emitting diode arrangement. When the optical element is lowered over the at least one light-emitting diode, these are preferably aligned with one another in such a way that they are centered or provided coaxially with one another and thus a reproducible defined position for emitting light from the light-emitting diode through the optical element is made possible.
Preferably, the light-emitting diode array and the lens array have corresponding positioning marks (preferably at their respective faces) through which the respective positions of the optical elements and the light emitting diode (s) are indicated during a displacement of the arrays relative to each other can be. This makes it possible for a fitter to facilitate the respective exact positioning of an optical element over a light-emitting diode.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the illumination arrangement furthermore has a value arrangement which, depending on a light point height of the illumination arrangement (essentially the height of the installation location) and depending on the optical element actually arranged above the light-emitting diode, displays a distance at which an adjacent one Illumination arrangement is to be arranged or displays a distance interval in which adjacent lighting arrangements are to be arranged.
As already stated, there are different conditions for the different functions of a safety lighting to be provided (overall) lighting. In particular, depending on the actual optical element used, different light distributions and, thus, different distances to be maintained with respect to an adjacent illumination arrangement result. By the proposed value arrangement, the determination of the distance to be respected in each case can be substantially facilitated even for an inexperienced mechanic and at the same time the probability of a misappropriation can be reduced. Furthermore, a simple planning and implementation tool for building planners or electricians is provided to determine the exact number and positioning of the lighting arrangements in the building and each other - also directly on site. In addition, the tool is advantageous in that it can be provided inexpensively by a simple plate or disc.
Preferably, the value arrangement is arranged rotatably or displaceably between the light-emitting diode arrangement and the lens arrangement. In one embodiment, the value arrangement is arranged as a circular disk between the light-emitting diode arrangement and the lens arrangement and is rotatably mounted about a pivot point common to the lens arrangement and light-emitting diode arrangement.
Preferably, a plurality of viewing windows (preferably at least corresponding to the number of optical elements, for example at least three) are provided in the lens arrangement, which in this area enable the view of the value arrangement arranged behind them, so that in this embodiment the distances to be maintained are met or spacing intervals can be printed on the value arrangement and in the respective viewing windows (by appropriate rotation of the value arrangement) can be displayed for a fitter.
Advantageously, at least one viewing window is provided in the lens arrangement, which is associated with the light spot height, wherein by moving or rotating the value arrangement with respect to the lens arrangement a light spot height of the lighting arrangement is adjustable. In other words, the value arrangement can be displaced or rotated relative to the lens arrangement in such a way, ie, moved relative to one another, that the installation height (light point height) provided at the respective installation location can be set in the associated viewing window. If the height of the light point is, for example, 3 m, then the fitter shifts or twists the value arrangement with respect to the lens arrangement until the corresponding value is displayed in the viewing window for the light spot height. On the value arrangement, the typical values for the light spot height between 2.5 and 4.5 meters are provided.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that at least one viewing window is assigned in each case to an optical element which indicates the distance to be maintained or the distance interval to be maintained relative to an adjacent illumination arrangement. An optical element (or the illumination function) is in each case assigned a specific viewing window which indicates the necessary distance or a corresponding distance interval, corresponding to the specific light point height.
Advantageously, the respective viewing windows and the positioning of the distance values or interval values provided on the value arrangement are coordinated in such a way that only for the optical components are values visible in the associated viewing window which is arranged above the light-emitting diode, i. the viewing windows which are assigned to the optical elements not arranged above the light-emitting diode do not display any values. Such a configuration can be provided, for example, in the preferred embodiment with circular arrangements by providing the respective viewing windows at different distances from the fulcrum, and by correspondingly positioning the corresponding values on the value arrangement.
Due to the proposed value arrangement therefore there is the possibility of reducing the susceptibility to errors, especially in the installation of safety lighting, because the fitter no cumbersome planning tools must be able to operate and no building technical or safety plans must study before he with the installation of a continue lighting arrangement can continue. Alternatively to the arrangement of the value arrangement between the light-emitting diode arrangement and the lens arrangement, it is possible to provide the value arrangement on the rear side of the light-emitting diode arrangement, possibly with a further circular cover which has corresponding viewing windows.
- Befestigen einer ersten erfindungsgemäßen Beleuchtungsanordnung;
- Anordnen eines der optischen Elemente der Linsen-Anordnung über der zumindest einen Leuchtediode durch ein gegeneinander Verschieben der Linsen-Anordnung relativ zur Leuchtdioden-Anordnung, genauer: durch eine definierte relative Bewegung der Linsen-Anordnung und der Leuchtdioden-Anordnung zueinander;
- Einstellen der Lichtpunkthöhe der ersten Beleuchtungsanordnung durch ein Verschieben oder Verdrehen der Werte-Anordnung relativ zur Linsen-Anordnung bis die Lichtpunkthöhe der ersten Beleuchtungs-Anordnung im zugeordneten Sichtfenster der Linsen-Anordnung der ersten Beleuchtungsanordnung angezeigt wird;
- Fixing a first lighting arrangement according to the invention;
- Arranging one of the optical elements of the lens arrangement over the at least one light-emitting diode by moving the lens arrangement relative to the light-emitting diode arrangement relative to one another, more precisely by a defined relative movement of the lens arrangement and the light-emitting diode arrangement relative to one another;
- Adjusting the light spot height of the first lighting arrangement by shifting or twisting the value arrangement relative to the lens arrangement until the light spot height of the first lighting arrangement is displayed in the associated viewing window of the lens arrangement of the first lighting arrangement;
- Fixing a second illumination arrangement according to the invention with a distance or within a distance interval, which is displayed in the at least one viewing window of the first illumination arrangement according to the invention, which is assigned to the optical elements arranged above the light-emitting diode.

During assembly, the illumination arrangement can first be fastened to the intended installation location, wherein the desired
After arranging the desired

- In a first step, the
value arrangement 50 is rotated relative to thelens arrangement 40 in such a way that in the viewing window for the 44, 44 ', 44 ", which is assigned to thelight spot height 21, 22, 23 positioned above the light-emittingoptical element diode 15, the value for the height to which the lighting assembly has been attached is displayed.
In a second step, the corresponding distance value or the corresponding distance interval can be read from that
Preferably, at least the positioning of the
In a further step, an adjacent illumination arrangement can then be mounted with the displayed distance value or within the displayed distance interval. Subsequently, the same procedure can be used for mounting further lighting arrangements.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to lighting arrangements for use as emergency lighting, but can also be used advantageously for other applications, in particular in applications where certain distances or intervals must be observed, for example, a homogeneous light distribution at different installation heights (Light point heights) to provide.
RGB-Leuchtdioden.It should also be pointed out that an optical element, that is, for example, a corresponding lens, not only one but also a plurality of LEDs can be assigned; eg RGB light-emitting diodes.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments as long as it is encompassed by the subject matter of the following claims. Furthermore, the individual features of the embodiments in any way mit- and can be combined with each other.
