Claims (13)

  1. Tamis d'égouttage destiné à la fabrication de papier doté d'un filigrane à plusieurs niveaux, comprenant un tamis support présentant dans une zone partielle un relief à plusieurs niveaux de la forme du filigrane à générer, le relief à plusieurs niveaux étant constitué par un insert à filigrane perforé moulé par injection qui est agencé dans une zone découpée du tamis support et n'est rattaché à cette dernière qu'en sa zone de bordure, le contour de l'insert à filigrane se chevauchant au moins partiellement avec le contour du tamis support, caractérisé en ce que le chevauchement de l'insert à filigrane et de la zone découpée a des ampleurs différentes.
  2. Tamis d'égouttage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la zone découpée du tamis support se trouve entièrement à l'intérieur du contour de l'insert à filigrane, de telle sorte que le tamis support et l'insert à filigrane se chevauchent entièrement dans leurs zones de bordure.
  3. Tamis d'égouttage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la zone découpée est linéaire, dentelé, ondulé et/ou en gradins, de préférence dentelé.
  4. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le contour de l'insert à filigrane est linéaire, dentelé, ondulé et/ou en gradins, de préférence linéaire.
  5. Tamis d'égouttage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les dentelures, ondes et/ou gradins présentent une période située entre 0,01 mm et 5 mm, de préférence entre 0,1 mm et 3 mm, particulièrement de préférence entre 0,2 mm et 0,5 mm.
  6. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1, 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la zone découpée du tamis support ne se trouve partiellement pas à l'intérieur du contour de l'insert à filigrane, de telle sorte que le tamis support et l'insert à filigrane se chevauchent partiellement dans leurs zones de bordure et que, partiellement, le contour de la zone découpée du tamis support se trouve bord à bord avec le contour de l'insert à filigrane ou est espacé de ce dernier.
  7. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, à l'endroit de leur chevauchement le plus faible, le tamis support et l'insert à filigrane se chevauchent de moins de 0,3 mm, de préférence de moins de 0,2 mm, particulièrement de préférence de moins de 0,1 mm.
  8. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'insert à filigrane est soudé ou collé au tamis support.
  9. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'insert à filigrane est injecté directement dans le tamis support.
  10. Tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le tissu de tamisage est un tissu métallique, en particulier un tissu de bronze.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un tamis d'égouttage destiné à la fabrication de papier doté de filigranes à plusieurs niveaux, dans lequel
    a) un tamis support comportant une zone découpée est mis à disposition,
    b) un insert séparé à filigrane ayant un relief à plusieurs niveaux de la forme du filigrane à générer est fabriqué par procédé de moulage par injection et est perforé, et
    c) l'insert à filigrane est agencé dans la zone découpée et n'est rattaché à cette dernière qu'en sa zone de bordure, en particulier soudé ou collé, caractérisé en ce que le contour de l'insert à filigrane se chevauche au moins partiellement avec le contour du tamis support et en ce que le chevauchement de l'insert à filigrane et de la zone découpée a des ampleurs différentes.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un tamis d'égouttage destiné à la fabrication de papier doté de filigranes à plusieurs niveaux, dans lequel
    a) un tamis support est mis à disposition,
    b) le tamis support est découpé dans la zone du filigrane,
    c) un insert à filigrane ayant un relief à plusieurs niveaux de la forme du filigrane à générer est injecté de telle manière par procédé de moulage par injection dans le tamis support que le contour de l'insert à filigrane se chevauche au moins partiellement avec le contour du tamis support et que le chevauchement de l'insert à filigrane et de la zone découpée a des ampleurs différentes, et
    d) l'insert à filigrane intégré dans le tamis support est perforé.
  13. Procédé de fabrication d'un papier, en particulier d'un papier de sécurité, doté d'un filigrane à plusieurs niveaux, dans lequel le piégeage de papier a lieu sur un tamis d'égouttage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 10.
