Die im Wohn- und Bürobereich eingesetzten Schwenktüren sind typischerweise in der besagten Art aufgebaut. Die Handhabe ragt nahe der von der Schwenkwelle des Türblattes abgewandten Längskante des Türblattes normal vom Türblatt weg. Die schwenkbare Welle der Handhabe - mit welcher die Handhabe starr verbunden ist - ist normal zur Ebene des Türblattes ausgerichtet und sie verläuft durch eine Ausnehmung am Türblatt hindurch von der Handhabe in den Schlosskasten. Die Welle der Handhabe ist im Schlosskasten mit einem schwenkbaren Teil verbunden. Üblicherweise ist der Schlosskasten mit einem Stulpblech verbunden, welches bei fertig montiertem Türblatt an der Stirnseite des Türblattes anliegt und mit dem Türblatt verschraubt ist, wodurch die Lage des Schlosskastens am Türblatt definiert ist. In der in Fig. 1 skizzierten Bauweise, weist das Türblatt 5 zumindest an der schlossseitigen Falzfläche ein zur Falzfläche hin offenes Rahmenprofil 6 auf, dessen Profilhohlraum die Ausnehmung 7 bildet.
Der Schlosskasten 1 ist im Rahmenprofil 6 angeordnet und daran mittels eines Stulpblechs, eines Klemmteils und Schrauben befestigt. Zusätzlich zum Schlosskasten 1 ist der Mutternteil 9 im Rahmenprofil 6 angeordnet. Der Mutternteil 9 besteht typischerweise aus Stahlblech; er hat etwa die Gestalt eines U-Profils (siehe auch Fig. 2) und als solches ist er parallel zum Rahmenprofil 6 in diesem angeordnet, wobei die nach außen gebogenen freien Endbereiche 11 seiner Profilschenkel im elastischen Bereich gegenüber ihrer entspannten Position etwas zusammengebogen sind, sodass sie also an der Innenseite der Seitenflächen des Rahmenprofils 6 unter Druck anliegen und damit den Mutternteil 9 kraftschlüssig, und damit noch verschiebbar im Rahmenprofil 6 halten. Der Schlosskasten 1 ragt durch eine Ausnehmung 13 (Fig. 2) in der Basisfläche des Mutternteils 9 durch diesen hindurch. Vom Schlosskasten aus ragt die Welle 2 der Handhabe normal zur Ebene des Türblattes durch eine Ausnehmung 10 durch einen Schenkel des Mutternteils 9 hindurch, sowie durch eine Bohrung durch eine Seitenwand des Rahmenprofils 6 hindurch sowie durch eine Bohrung am Türblatt 5 hindurch. Die letztgenannten Bohrungen sind deutlich weiter (um mehrere Millimeter) bemessen als die Querschnittsabmessungen der Welle 2 im betreffenden Längsbereich. Die Welle 2 verläuft weiters durch eine Durchgangsbohrung in der Rosette 8 hindurch, wobei allerdings die Querschnittsabmessungen dieser Durchgangsbohrung so eng bemessen sind, dass die Welle 2 darin gegen translatorische Bewegung normal zu ihrer Längsrichtung spielfrei gehalten ist. Von der Rosette 8 aus ragen in einem Abstand zur Welle 2 Schrauben 4 durch weit bemessene Schraubendurchgangsbohrungen im Türblatt 5 und im Rahmenprofil 6 hindurch zu Mutterngewindebohrungen 12 an einem vorzugsweise tiefgezogenen Bereich am Mutternteil 9.

From the lock case protrudes the shaft 2 of the handle normal to the plane of the door leaf through a recess 10 through a leg of the nut member 9 therethrough, and through a hole through a side wall of the frame profile 6 and through a hole on the door panel 5 therethrough. The latter holes are significantly further (by several millimeters) dimensioned as the cross-sectional dimensions of the shaft 2 in the respective longitudinal region. The shaft 2 passes further through a through hole in the rosette 8, whereby, however, the cross-sectional dimensions of this through hole are dimensioned so narrow that the shaft 2 is held therein against translational movement normal to its longitudinal direction without play. From the rosette 8 protrude at a distance from the shaft 2 screws 4 by far-sized screw holes in the door leaf 5 and the frame section 6 through to nut threaded holes 12 at a preferably deep-drawn area on the nut part. 9

Bei der Montage der Anordnung wird zuerst der Mutternteil 9 in das Rahmenprofil 6 eingeschoben. Dann wird der Schlosskasten 1 mittels Stulpblech, Klemmteil und Verbindungsschrauben am Rahmenprofil 6 befestigt und zwar so, dass er sich in den Raum zwischen den Schenkeln des Mutternteils 9 erstreckt und durch dessen Ausnehmung 13 hindurch ragt, und dass die Welle 2 durch die dazugehörigen Ausnehmungen an Türblatt 5, Rahmenprofil 6 und Mutternteil 9 hindurch in die dafür vorgesehene Lageraufnahme am Schlosskasten 1 eingesteckt werden kann. Bei eingesteckter Welle 2 und auf diese aufgesteckter Rosette 8, werden die Schrauben 4 durch die Schraubendurchgangsbohrungen in der Rosette 8 und durch die dafür sehr weit bemessenen Schraubendurchgangsbohrungen am Türblatt 5 und am Rahmenprofil 6 hindurch in die zugehörigen Mutterngewindebohrungen 12 am Mutternteil 9 eingesteckt und erst vorsichtig angezogen und dabei die Rosette 8 am Türblatt in jene Position gerückt, bei welcher die Welle 2 optimal ohne Biegung und Zwängung durch die zugehörige Durchgangsbohrung in der Rosette 8 hindurch verläuft. Der bei leichtem Zug der Schrauben 4 im Rahmenprofil 6 noch verschiebbare Mutternteil 9 gleitet beim Anziehen der Schrauben 4, entweder von selbst oder indem man ihn von der offenen Seite des Rahmenprofils 6 her mittels eines Werkzeugs passend verschiebt, genau in jene Position, bei welcher er und die Rosette 8 durch die Schrauben 4 so fixiert werden können, dass die Welle 2 optimal bezüglich der Lage des Schlosskasten 1 ausgerichtet ist und ohne Klemmung durch die Rosette 8 verläuft. Wenn nun die Schrauben 4 kräftig angezogen werden, ist die Rosette 8 für Jahre spielfrei genau in der richtigen Position fixiert um die Welle 2 so zu führen, dass sie frei von Biegung und Zwängung mit der dazugehörigen Aufnahme im Schlosskasten 1 fluchtet. Der in Fig. 2 anschaulich für sich allein skizzierte Mutternteil 9 weist zusätzlich zu den schon beschriebenen Teilen eine Ausnehmung 14 für die Durchführung eines Schlosszylinders auf, sowie Erhebungen 15 zur Abstützung am Rahmenprofil 6 zu jener Seite hin auf welche die Schrauben 4 ziehen.When mounting the assembly, the nut member 9 is first inserted into the frame section 6. Wie schon an Hand von Fig. 1 zum dortigen Mutternteil 9 beschrieben, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der in die Ausnehmung am Türblatt eingesetzte Mutternteil 19 darin schon nach dem Einsetzen und vor dem Anziehen der die Rosette 8 haltenden Schrauben gehalten wird aber dennoch noch an seitlichen Wänden des Hohlprofils 17 entlang verschiebbar ist, damit er in die ideale Position, welche durch die Position des Schlosskastens 1 bestimmt ist, geschoben werden kann. Die Mutternteile 19 gemäß Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 sind als flache C-Profile ausgebildet, sie könnten aber auch einfach ein Flacheisen sein.
