Claims (15)

  1. Système de commande hydraulique pour au moins deux récepteurs (38), le système de commande ayant, pour un récepteur (38) respectif, un obturateur de dosage (10) pour commander un flux de fluide, un obturateur de dosage (10) respectif relié du côté d'entrée à une pompe hydraulique (40), un obturateur de détection (12, 70) respectif étant associé à un obturateur de dosage (10) respectif, caractérisé en ce que les obturateurs de détection sont disposés en série sur le plan fluide et qu'un chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) de type à détection de flux (Flow Sensing) s'étend, via lesdits obturateurs, de la pompe hydraulique (40) jusqu'à un dispositif de réglage (42) utilisé pour régler un flux de fluide de la pompe hydraulique (40) jusqu'aux obturateurs de dosage (10), sachant qu'en cas de passage en dessous d'une différence de pression définie via un des obturateurs de dosage (10), l'obturateur de détection (12, 70) associé bloque le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) et qu'en cas de passage au-dessus de la différence de pression définie, ledit obturateur ouvre le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32), le dispositif de réglage (42) de la pompe hydraulique (40) pouvant être influencé par le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS pour commander le flux de fluide.
  2. Système de commande selon la revendication 1, le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) influençant de telle sorte le dispositif de réglage (42) qu'un blocage du chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) par au moins un des obturateurs de détection (12, 70) conduit à une augmentation du flux de fluide et qu'une ouverture du chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) de tous les obturateurs de détection (12, 70) conduit à une réduction du flux de fluide.
  3. Système de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32), un obturateur de détection (12, 70) respectif a un élément de soupape sollicité, dans la direction d'ouverture, par le moyen de pression en amont de l'obturateur de dosage (10) et dans la direction de fermeture par le moyen de pression en aval de l'obturateur de dosage (10) et par une force de ressort d'un ressort de détection (30).
  4. Système de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, le dispositif de réglage étant un réglage par pompe (42) permettant de régler un volume extrait de la pompe hydraulique réalisée sous la forme d'une pompe réglable (40).
  5. Système de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, une balance de pression individuelle (12) étant associée à un obturateur de dosage (10) respectif, ladite balance étant utilisée pour maintenir une différence de pression constante via l'obturateur de dosage (10).
  6. Système de commande selon la revendication 5, au moins une balance de pression individuelle (12) étant réalisée, conjointement avec l'obturateur de détection (12) associé, sous la forme d'une soupape individuelle (12) avec un élément de soupape commun.
  7. Système de commande selon la revendication 6, la soupape individuelle (12) étant connectée en amont ou en aval de l'obturateur de dosage (10).
  8. Système de commande selon la revendication 6 ou 7, l'élément de soupape d'une soupape individuelle (12) respective étant un poussoir de soupape ayant une position de base (0) et pouvant être coulissée, en partant de la position de base (0), en direction de premières positions de connexion (a), et de là ensuite en direction de deuxièmes positions de connexion (b), sachant que dans les premières et deuxièmes positions de connexion (a, b), le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) est ouvert et qu'il est bloqué dans la position de base (0) et que dans les deuxièmes positions de connexion (b), la liaison de moyen de pression entre la pompe hydraulique (40) et le récepteur (80) est commandée en fermeture et que dans les premières positions de connexion (a), la liaison de moyen de pression entre la pompe hydraulique (40) et le récepteur (38) est commandée en ouverture étranglée et que dans la position de base (0), la liaison de moyen de pression entre la pompe hydraulique (40) et le récepteur (38) est commandée en ouverture complète.
  9. Système de commande selon la revendication 8, le poussoir de soupape de la soupape individuelle (12) respective étant chargé en direction de la position de base (0) par la force de ressort du ressort de détection (30) et par le moyen de pression en aval de l'obturateur de dosage (10) et en direction des premières et deuxièmes positions de connexion (a, b) par le moyen de pression en amont de l'obturateur de dosage (10).
  10. Système de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, une balance de pression individuelle (68) avec un poussoir de soupape respectif étant connectée en aval d'un obturateur de dosage (10), ledit poussoir bloquant, dans une position de base (0), une liaison de moyen de pression entre l'obturateur de dosage (10) et le récepteur (38) associé et commandant l'ouverture étranglée, en partant de la position de base (0) en direction des premières positions de connexion (a), de la liaison de moyen de pression entre l'obturateur de dosage (10) et le récepteur (38) associé et commandant l'ouverture complète, en partant des premières positions de connexion (a) en direction des deuxièmes positions de connexion (b), de la liaison de moyen de pression entre l'obturateur de dosage (10) et le récepteur (38) associé.
  11. Système de commande selon la revendication 10, le poussoir de soupape de la balance de pression individuelle (68) respective étant chargé en direction des premières et deuxièmes positions de connexion (a, b) par le moyen de pression en aval de l'obturateur de dosage (10) et en direction de la position de base (0) par la plus grande pression de charge des récepteurs (38) .
  12. Système de commande selon la revendication 11, les balances de pression individuelle (68) étant reliées à une conduite LS (72) commune et les poussoirs de soupape d'une balance de pression individuelle (68) respective reliant de façon étranglée, dans les deuxièmes positions de connexion (b), la conduite LS (72) à une conduite de travail (18, 20) en aval de l'obturateur de dosage (10) et bloquant, dans les premières positions de connexion (a) et dans la position de base (0), la liaison entre la conduite LS (72) et la conduite de travail (18, 20) et le poussoir de soupape étant chargé en direction de la position de base (0), via la conduite LS, (72) par la plus grande pression de charge des récepteurs (38).
  13. Système de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 12, le réglage par pompe (42) ayant un cylindre de réglage (44) permettant de régler le volume extrait de la pompe réglable (40), le cylindre de réglage (44) étant réglé via une soupape de réglage (52) et le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32).
  14. Système de commande selon la revendication 13, un piston (46) du cylindre de réglage (44) délimitant une chambre de cylindre (48) pouvant être alimentée en moyen de pression pour réduire le volume extrait de la pompe réglable (40) et pouvant être purgée du moyen de pression pour augmenter le volume extrait de la pompe réglable (40), la chambre de cylindre (48) étant directement reliée au chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) .
  15. Système de commande selon la revendication 14, la soupape de réglage (52) ayant un poussoir de soupape chargé, via un ressort de soupape (54), avec une force de ressort en direction d'une position de base (0) et chargé en moyen de pression d'un côté de sortie de la pompe hydraulique (40), en direction des positions de connexion (a), une liaison de moyen de pression étant commandée en ouverture, dans la position de base (0), entre le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) et la chambre de cylindre (48) et commandée en fermeture entre le côté de sortie de la pompe hydraulique (40) et la chambre de cylindre (48) et dans les positions de connexion (a), la liaison de moyen de pression étant commandée en fermeture entre le chemin d'écoulement de fluide FS (32) et la chambre de cylindre (48) et commandée en ouverture entre le côté de sortie de la pompe hydraulique (40) et la chambre de cylindre (48).
